This hotel is not more than any 2-3 stars hotel, it is very old, I believe the furniture was not changed since the opening day of this hotel.. Very bad experience in the hotel and honestly I don’t recommend it for anyone

Had wedding there. Staff is quite sensitive to your requests. Almost perfect meal, cozy and quality rooms.

Poor customer service. Rooms had odor. No temperature control.

Listen, guys…when your front desk services people who simply skip lines, you just end up annoying the waiting crowd. It seems obvious. That’s the thing that sticks in my mind, not your otherwise decent rooms. Breakfast was fine. Parking was fine.

first of all we’re e charged more than what’s indicated in booking and since they have access to our card they think they can do whatever they wish they refused to give our money back cash until we said we’ll contact booking, furniture is very old, the place is the stupidest and the awful tv, very bad experience. Internet, location, breakfast are good.

Room was dirty, exposed to smoking habits from neighbours, noisy until 2 am - and all this being a HH member. Disgusting! Worse experience ever with Hilton as Hilton Honor member!

A decent hotel for business. Clean with a kind staff. Rooms are wide and equipped with almost everything you may need. It has restaurant with a very affordable prices and nice foods. I highly recommend it The only disadvantage is the elevator. It is not enough for all the guests. You may wait up to 15 mnts with no possibility to use the stairs. Only for exit.

Not happy, for a Hilton, not impressed. First room reaked of smoke, Second room, or most of the rooms, air-conditioning was not operational, and it gets hot here in summer. Bar fridge and hair driers not working. And the food, well this was poor, edible but poor. Also for an international hotel their communication skills are very poor.

Hotel reception service attitude was awful.. no help at all!! We were going to stay there as whole group, none of rooms air condition were working… they just told us to wait 2 hours for fixing, but we knew they were just waiting till sunset and temperature getting down.. Very disgusting 5 star hotel!! My friends were there last week, they had same situation, that means HILTON Garden Inn didn’t fix their AC at all… day after day they treated customers with heating in rooms

The hotel is from an other age . Don’t stay here if you can … minimum 15/20 years without renovation. The food in the restaurant is not good as well , the menu pretty poor as well . I ordered a burger and the bun came still a bit frozen … never happened to me in turkiye before … the staff is fine . The room was overheated more than 30 degrees . We had to call to fix the issue . How the person who cleaned the room could not realize that

I spent a week in hotel, i would say the hotel's service was great, hotel's staff were so polite and careful.breakfast was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food. The rooms were so clean and cozy. Overall, this is a great hotel and i would definitely stay here again !!!

I wish I could rate this place -100. Hilton should take their name off this property. Rooms are sad, AC for the full hotel does not work when the weather is cold, you complain about any inconveniences - their staff is not bothered. Worst ever Hilton I've ever stayed at. Definitely not a 5 star property.

Unfortunately did not meet my standards for dinner & breakfast. Simple egg the chef's spoilt 3 times...wayyy underdone then it was overdone then BURNT! Dinner was a disgusting piece of boiled chicken with canned tomatoe thrown over. Waiters and staff aren't attentive to guests which is terrible. Rooms was superb and that was the only nice part of this place.

The hotel rooms were cozy. But less variety in terms of food.

They just need to stop cigarette smoke coming through the room air con and bathroom vent and I'd give it 4stars. Has good business facility with printer, copier and staff and breakfast excellent. And there is spa and gym. Let down by bad ventilation architect.

I reserved room on the phone. When i got there they told me they can accommodate me for only two nights and then they will shut down hotel for 17 days. And later when passing i saw it was open.

Very disappointing and bad experience. I had an annoying and upsetting night. I paid to get relax and comfy after a long travel. Unfortunately, I was too annoyed and couldn’t relax at all. The AC is not working which made my night awful! 😡🤢. I called reception and they send technician 12:10 am and nothing was fixed. Again I called reception on 2:20 am and asked them to change my room but they didn’t help and again they sent the technician who fixed it but the room was too hot and did not cool down. I woke up on 7:00 am from the temperature. Seriously, bad experience and they don’t deserve even a 1 star review. Bad smell, old grey towel, old furniture, not well cleaned and dirty floor and bathroom.

Really helpful and professional staff

Worst experience ever. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel (more like 1 ⭐) and it should not be under the Hilton brand. 1) There are only 2 small elevators for this huge hotel. The stairs are not usable. They also function as a emergency exit, but they are blocked with old furniture. If there is fire and the exits are blocked, a lot of people will die. 2) The room was with a broken window. 3) The bathroom (and room) had an unpleasant moldy smell. 4) The bathtub was rusty and dirty. It didn't had a cover for creating some friction. It was slippery and you could fell and brake something. 5) The toilet was broken. 6) For an international hotel no one spoke foreign language.

I assure you one thing is that it is clean and the style of the staff is classy ... only old furniture and the rest is good

One of the crappiest hotels I've stayed. The linen in room 1012 was stained and the bathroom smelled with sewage. We asked for the linen to be changed, they couldn't do it immediately, so put us in another room with twin beds even though we booked a room with a king bed. The next day we wanted to move to our initial room with a king bed. To our surprise, when we came there, the stains were still there, even though we were told the room was cleaned. I was very shocked at how dirty it was and that the room wasn't cleaned even after we asked. Probably one of the dirtiest hotels, even though it's called "Hilton". The surfaces were also not clean. When I wiped them with a tissue, it was brown. The window in our room had dirt on it. The hotel staff was not supportive at all and were not interested to help us. Highly disappointed.

Staff was helpful. Washer and dryer require tokens but they could only find one token. The metal detectors always strip the key cards so you always have to get them reactivated.

Simple cozy hotel helpful friendly staff

Room is clean, good welcoming but there is heavy smell of food in the room early in the morning. I believe something wrong in their HVAC system. Breakfast was lower than average, lobby bar is just ordinary.

We have stayed at Ankara Hilton Garden Inn three nights. The location is amazing. Shopping malls, markets, cinema halls all are walking distance from the hotel. Our room was also neat and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Actually, their attitude and behavior make our trip enjoyable. We felt like our home.
