The place is a great value for money. Make sure you book the room online. It’s twice cheaper than on the place. The breakfast is fine: vegetables, an egg, bread and jam, cornflakes. Especially that it’s included in a such low price. The location is great! It’s very close to bus and metro station, there’s a wonderful park across the road. You can also walk to the Ankara castle on foot, we walked, it’s not very far. The bathrooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Reception is trying to be friendly, but they can speak very little English. If you’re a non smoker make sure to choose a nonsmoking room, as there are rooms where it’s allowed to smoke.

October '22: The receptionist sent me to a taxi driver that took me out of the city (being that the address I showed him said ÇANKAYA). A worker of the hotel (not in charge of the cleaning) enter into my room while I was getting dressed using a personalized carf for my bedroom!!! And when I complained they laughed at me. Please women abstain from going alone, there is zero respect. Also my ring and necklace got lost.

It is advertised as 3 star hotel, but it is even not equivalent to a 1 star hotel. Poorly maintened, paints falling off walls everywhere, rooms were not clean and stinking.

I have Booked on Agoda.com and the booking was including free breakfast but they made us pay 25 tl each for the breakfast, we demand a refund.

Good hotel with friendly polite staff, customer`s needs oriented. Price is affordable , while it is better to book it online with discount than over the counter. Receptionist is cooperative. Car parking is an issue at crowded hotel area, but hotel can handle it. Break fast is on spot ready trays and delicious

The Hotel was good but not facilitated with some major articles speci with heating facility while outer temperature was -12°C. Cattery, drinking water and hair dryer were not available in the room, while they were shown in the pictures in Booking.com. I have booked the rooms on Booking.com but on my arrival they refused the price of Booking.com and over charged me. They also disallow the breakfast which was included in my package and they after ward charged me 30 Lira per head for breakfast which worth hardly 5 lira. However the Location was good.

I love the place. The workers are kind and helpful. The room is nice and has enough space. The price is affordable. I would love to visit again. - If you are not smoker ask for non-smoking room

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean despite the old carpets. Good value for the price however the hotel definitely needs some renovation. Some areas of the wall are falling apart. The wifi is spotty and slow. The bathroom doesn't have a separate area to shower which means the entire bathroom will be wet every time you shower. It was mostly in a quiet area despite having a large mosque right across from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is beautiful, especially its view of the Malak Khatun Mosque

Some rooms does not have AC so make sure you check-in early so you get a good room 🥳 Mosque view is awesome 🤩

It needs small things to be good. Room needs fridge ,hairdryers. Bathroom very small. But around in this place I think it's good. Location also good.

Breakfast is FREE at this hotel; it’s automatically included in the rooms. Don’t let let them charge you extra for breakfast (like they did to me). Selip at reception tricked me and charged me extra for breakfast. Always book online, it’s cheaper. Staff are nice, friendly and accommodating, but no English. The Masjid view is the best. There are lots of shops, markets, restaurants nearby, but they all close around 8pm. Rooms are clean. Some rooms AC don’t work, make sure to check it - it gets very hot in the summer. They have FREE tea all day on A floor. They don’t accept credit cards, just cash!

I don't have words to describe the poor quality of the hotel. The shower didn't work well, the bathroom was dirty and when I went to sleep the bed was full of insects, they had to change my room. I don't recommend the hotel, it was a terrible experience

It’s very clean. We chose the non smoking floor, staffs are very nice 👍 and kind. Wifi a bit not so good and don’t have hot water time to time. But turkey is hot so ok.

This place is great. They have no-smoking rooms that don't stink, free Turkish breakfast, and a beautiful view of the mosque next door. Walking distance to the train station and Metro lines
