Aircon is not function to cool the room with a ridiculous reason by management need to open window (when sleep). Ermmm in Cappadocia the cave hotel provide aircon too, the weather at there night is 10°c here is 27°c. WIFI here also terrible bad. Foods ok.

No need air cond in winter. Very large room for 2 of us. Comfy bed and the staff is friendly

I enjoy to stay in Sergah Hotel. It was good for accommodation. Pretty room enough breakfast and actually most important is car parking. definitely I'll come back.

I was here in 2017, it was a good hotel in general, but you should keep in mind that the area isn't that much safe at night, so don't walk alone after 10 pm

Old place with old standards. As an example, the door key is a punch card 🤔. Not hygienic enough for a 4 stars hotel, not even for a 2 stars hotel, towels are so old and some even are with holes. Bathrooms are old. Rooms are small and the twin bed was a queen size or less and not enough for two. TV is very small, lights are not enough for the room, and the AC system is old and not cooling well and with fans are noisy. In summary, it does not qualify to be a 3 or 4 starts hotel, and recommended only if no other options are available.

Rude staff, dirty rooms and terrible food. They even charge you 1 day more than you stay. I'll never visit this place again!!!

Clean and cosy hotel, delicious breakfast, and it's near the center of Ankara. Receptionists are not very kind and each time I want to get my car back in or out the hotel's garage I wait up to 5 minutes till the guard comes and open it!

Wonderful Hotel, awesome staff, Rajab speaks English he is awesome guy. The hotel is so clean they just reopen it after they made a full renovation. I recommend this place and close to Kizlay square in Ankara.

The old hotel with old standard, the 3 star hotel with limited breakfast meal and when you late you wouldn’t get breakfast, wife not work, for the all, it’s sucks hotel, this is not recomending hotel
