As an American Viewer: PROS: 1- Respectful staffs. (1star) 2- Competitive price. (1star) 3- They understand English. 4- Quick responses to our needs when called the front desk from the room's phone. CONS: 1- Doesn't look like what's advertised. Old furniture. 2- The toilet water was keep running which was so disturbing during bed time. 3- The cleaning staffs opened our door with no permission or knocking on the door. 4- Super slow internet. Slower than phone 3g. 5- 13 minutes to US Embassy by taxi. 6- Very noisy around 10am. The staffs woke us up multiple times. There's is a phone outside of the room which was keep ringing. So annoying. 7- Dirty bathtub.

Stayed in this hotel 2 times and the staff are amazing. our flight got cancelled couldn't reach to hotel for the day we booked but they rescheduled our booking. so satisfied with the staff and definitely will recommend.

Very good hospitality and good staff behavior. I do recommend for travelers to spend their quarantine time here at cheap price and service quality.

Everything is working. The breakfast is delicious, the chef is great💯. This hotel is good only because the staff do everything right and professionally. Ideal for short stay. Budget friendly hotel.👌

Close to places of interest, nice staff, small rooms. Dinners (extra payment) are not good.

Average quality. The hotel definitely needs maintenance. Two small elevators and one was not working. We were a group of 20 people and some of us had to wait almost half an hour in order to gain access to the elevator to take our luggage to the room. The staff did their best, but could not work miracles. Food was OK.

Price/amenities are likely balanced. The room is kind of dark. Needs refreshed furniture. Seems like furniture is old which makes you feel like you are in an old hotel and doesn't give you the energy you would need to get from the room. I have stayed in the suit room, i was expecting more from the room, its simply 2 rooms joined together with an extra door between them.. there should be some extra changes may have done. In the bath there is a jakuzi. Thats nice thing... But still the money you paid for the suit is way too much... The price seems NOT ok if the room is standard economy room, the reason is also the place of the hotel. The surrounding of the hotel is the one of the worst place in Ankara. You can even walk on the street at night time... Place, energy, furniture, style, room types, price, with all these included my conclution would be "better find an hotel at Kizilay other then this place, you should even find a better one with the same price".
