Nothing good with my experience here, room smells bad, dirty towels and smelly blankets, doesn't even qualify for 1 star. bad location far from transportation, no AC and bugs at night, and the worst: a rude owner that needs to learn how to do right business. Stay away from this cheap hotel!

My bathroom smelled bad and so did the room. One of the towels was visibly dirty and I had to use mine. Definitely I expected something more for 30 euro per night. The receptionists were kind but with very limited English.

The room Air Conditioners weren't working well they would stop for 20 mins then start to work for 2 mins .And The breakfast lady was making faces when you ask her to make eggs. The drinks weren't in order the milk was in a basket in the far left and there wasn't much drinks there was only apricot juice which wasn't to great. Im surprised at the 4.5 stars.

Rooms smells like cigarettes 😖Pillows had hair on it and the room barely had space for our luggage .I would not recommend it because it’s not that clean and it’s very uncomfortable 😣

Very good city hotel - friendly staff, good rooms. Our stay was perfect. It's on a busy street and there is a huge mosque very close by. Bring earplugs!

The hotel was okay , needed to be renovated and renewed. I like the receptionist, was very helpful and made a discount for our 3 days stay , The thing that i was most shocked about is that they enter the room when we left although they entered to put water for free for us , but still I believe it is not suitable to enter a room without prior knowledge. The breakfast buffet was very good.

One of the worst hotels I've ever tried, they wrote that the hotel is 4 stars every where.. but it didn't deserve a one star .. when i asked the reception they asked me who told me that the hotel is 4 stars!! .. the room was dirty you will see the worst quality in evry single item at this hotel ..from toilet paper to bed to breakfast..i don't understand how they managed to rise this high review at Google ..but am sure that is a scam review

It was so bad the service is horrible I totally did not deserve that kind of rudeness and it seemed like they were messing with us so it does not even deserve 1 star. It smelled like cigarettes.😡😡

It's okay for the price. Big advantage is the location. Everything is nearby!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel, the service was absolutely amazing and the workers were great people and they were very helpful. The place itself was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Not only was it located in the center of the city but it was so easy to get around, overall it was great to stay.

Centrally located hotel WITHOUT sauna/hamam. But with extremely extensive breakfast buffet, daily room cleaning service, and elegant rooms. THE GOOD - Price - Buffet Breakfast included - Excellent large morning breakfast buffet - Plenty of vegetarian choice for the breakfast - The breakfast stays until the scheduled time and starts even before that time. - Some Dishes at the breakfast vary from to day - Elegant ans stylish rooms - Spacious and comfortable lounge - Meeting room - Marble floor - Stylish and comfortable bathroom with marble - Elegant and practical lighting - High quality soap bars, they smell like dove products. - Rooms are cleaned daily while you stay - You can leave your bag at the reception after/before checkout THE BAD - At the reception they don't speak English - They asked me to pay extra even though I paid already (I guess it was an error) - The location on airbnb was wrong - The entrance of the hotel is not really too elegant - I would not consider it 4 stars, but 3+ - There is a smell of rotten in the bathroom - The wifi does not work properly at the reception - No mesh Wi-Fi, you have to connect each time to a new network inserting the password - The curtains don't give a complete blackout for the light. - Breakfast ends at 10.00 - The room's glass door to access the balcony didn't open - Monouse cups, no glassware - Despite what mentioned in the description, there is no sauna - AC for cooling didn't work (in October), it was really hot during the day - You can hear noise from corridor through the door and the mosque's songs from the window. - The cleaners will come in the room, after knocking, every day to clean it up. In case you don't want it, you need to put the sign outside.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff members were incredibly polite and helpful. Not to mention, the hotel's prime location right in the heart of the city made it even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in town!

It was an amazing experience to stay at Double Comfort Hotel. The staff were really nice and kind. The location was good, near to museum and castle. I would like to emphasize breakfast which they served was awesome and pretty cheap. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I have a chance to visit Turkey again.
