Ooh My God, please don't chose this "hotel" if you love yourself, Neither their air conditioners nor their internet were working, as soon as I got ınto the room I started to sweat, I took 3 cold showers in their grubby bath to see ıf I could balance the teperature but their smelly dusty room was like a sauna, Gosh I was in hell for a day.

It's not even a 1star hotel!!

they dont know how to give respect . manager wife she dont now how to tock . wifi is soo poor in upper portions . if any one want to stay in this hotel then please first u have to know there rules other wise they will charge . this was my last time in this hotel . room cleaner was soo good nice person . vaters in break fast are nice . but other dont now how to give respect to there guests .

This hotel was the worst hotel on the earth. It deserves no star and also awful services. Rooms were very very dirty.

Bad service.. the room was too hot and the ac is broken .. bathroom wasnt that clean

This Hotel is a very nice place to stay budgeted clean, good service, staff is also nice and cooperative. Breakfast served was good. I stayed there. Its location is also very reachable close to metro, park, sports stadium and in proximity to Railway Station (Ankara Tren Gari).

Good. But needs updating. Many local night clubs.

Worst nightmare ever

The hotel is not maintained at all;, no air conditioning, rooms with broken lamps with no lamp shade, broken locks, carpet was filthy , soap dispenser was a disgrace( the soap in there was all dried up, very disgusting), toilet was leaking. And pending on which side your room is , you are either facing the noisy Main Street or you are adjacent to a night club which blasted music till 3 am. With no AC we cannot even open the window! When we first checked in, we immediately noticed the air conditioning was not working, we informed the receptionist and she said she will send someone to fix it. When we returned 8 hours later, it still was not working. The night shift manager said they were still fixing it and will let us know. That’s a lie, they had no intention of fixing anything, the entire facility has no AC and I am pretty sure it has been broken for a while. We asked for a refund since they false advertised but they refused. This hotel is rated as a 3 star facility. We understand we cannot expect a lot but our stay was totally a disaster. The staff was not helpful and deceitful. The restaurant staff was also rude; refused to replenish soup or stuff for breakfast,(the sad thing was we were not even late for breakfast), so we just had tea and ate out on or own. I would stay away from this facility and doubt the 5 five star ratings are real! It really does not deserve any!
