The rooms were not clean and were missing a lot of things ..

This was by far the worst experience in a hotel my wife and I have ever had being international travelers.. They have NO multilingual staff at all thus no one to hear your grievances, no room service, no hand towels to dry your hands, no wash cloths to clean your body, no cups to drink faucet water and the reason we we're forced to drink faucet water while cupping our hands is due to the empty mini bar they claim to offer as yet another amenity they lied about offering.. As for the "worldwide breakfast buffet" they pride themselves on, well, cold, old potatoes, dried out pound cake, plastic fruit (literally), old, cracked hardboiled eggs, juice that I'm quite sure at one time was carbonated and an empty water cooler are just a few of the gourmet cuisine items available.. My wife and I tried on several occasions to complain to a manager only to be blankly stared at and dismissed.. This Turist Hotel should be shut down immediately to preserve all humanity..

No light in the shower. No coffee cup or glass is provided but an electric kettle is given. Reading light switch is broken. The fridge keeps the temperature at exactly room temperature.

Stayed here as part of a holiday tourist package. Tour guide told us the area was a little seedy. I did go out just down the road for dinner - it was oky. The hotel was okay. The buffet breakfast wasn’t good - not much selection.

Liked the room. Great location! Enjoyed the morning to see a balloon flying close to the hotel.The employees, in spite of being young, do not speak English.

Rooms are dirty, carpets dirty. Just now i pushed the elevator button and it stopped and brokdown, scarry.
