(Translated by Google) It is located in the center of old Ankara, in the Doğanbey neighborhood around Ulus. In the original two-line Arabic inscription above the door of the mosque, whose name cannot be determined from whom and when, this charity work was written in 952 (1545-46) by Ali b. It is written that it was built by Abdullah. İbrahim Hakkı Konyalı states that the inscription previously published by Mübârek Galib Bey was incorrect and the date was given incorrectly as 902 (1496-97). On top of this main construction inscription, a four-coupled verse repair inscription was written directly on the wall surface with black fixed ink. It is reported here that the masjid was repaired in 1323 (1905) by a person named Hacı Hakkı Efendi. Hallac Mahmud Masjid was repaired again in the 1950s by the Foundations Administration. The significance of Hallac Mahmud Masjid is that it represents the single-domed mosque type of the Ottoman period among Ankara's many places of worship. The masjid was built on a square plan, without a narthex, and the walls were built of hewn stones of varying sizes. The joints between these stones must have been made during close repairs. The body walls bear an octagonal, deaf-rimmed, lead-covered dome. The two windows in the lower row on the qibla wall were damaged during the repairs, and the single window above the mihrab preserved its original form with its pointed arch made of brick. There are two rectangular windows on the side facades and pointed brick arched windows on the upper ones. The entrance, which has a window on both sides, is in a pointed brick arched niche and has a marble jamb and a bow arch. In the harim, the transition from square to dome-round is provided with squinches with muqarnas inside at the corners. As seen in most of the Ankara mosques, the mihrab is decorated with plaster molding technique. Around the niche of the mihrab, which has a muqarnas caisson, two generations, one with the inscription of kalima-i tawhid and the other with ornamentation, circulate. Konyalı wrote that there were twelve pieces of tiles, five of which were large, on the mihrab, and six-pointed stars, light green and blue colors were used on the tiles. However, it could not be checked whether these tiles are still in place and whether they are Iznik artifacts. In addition, these tiles are not mentioned in other publications on Ankara mosques. Mukarnaslı kavsaraya sahip mihrap nişinin etrafında biri kelime-i tevhid yazısı, diğeri tezyinî olan iki kuşak dolaşır.

(Translated by Google) It is a very beautiful and historical mosque, and there is also the tomb of the saint who gave the mosque its name. However, the location is not very pleasant. In fact, the location is also nice, but the surroundings are not pleasant at all. It is stuck in a strange noise and confusion. It's stuck between the nation state and the messed up small business. The surrounding is very disturbing. However, those who come to Hacı Bayram should stop by at the exit. Yine de Hacı Bayram'a gelenlerin çıkışta uğraması gerekir.

Hallaç Mahmut Mosque or Hallaç Mahmut Mosque ; Built in 1545 A.D. Ankara 's Ulus . This Ottoman Empire structure, which was built with a single dome and without a minaret , was originally designed and used as a mosque . After a recent restoration, it has become a mosque with the addition of a wooden pulpit . Although there are two inscriptions on the entrance door to the east of the building; There is no exact information about where the mosque got its name and when it was built. According to the original stone inscription in Arabic ; It was built by a man named " Ali son Abdullah " between 1545-1546 . Despite this, there are claims in some sources that it was built at the end of the 1400s. In addition, the mention of his name among the mosques in Ankara in a book dated to 1530 confirms these arguments. It was repaired by Hacı Hakkı Efendi in 1905 and another inscription was written directly on the wall of the building in black paint. The mosque went through maintenance once again in the 1950s.

(Translated by Google) It is located at the lower part of the Hacı Bayram-ı Veli Mosque and Tomb. It is indeed a place between the buildings and left to its fate. May Allah bless your visits and accept your prayers. Haji Bayram Veli Hz. He is one of his teachers. It is said that Haji Bayram Veli Hz. He went to visit, Hallaç-ı Mahmut Hz. To a person who did not visit, Hallaç-ı Mahmut Hz. appears in this person's dream and says, "Look, my son! Is it worthy that you pass me on the way to Bayram-ı Veli, who is my student? If you visit him and donate a marshmallow, why don't you read me a Fatiha?" says....
