    To be honest, I am a foreigner and after reading negative reviews about the hospital, I was hesitant to go. After deciding to try, I can now say my true opinion about it. The staff are more than welcoming and doctors are professional and well-equipped in their clinics. The entry fee to see a doctor is 250TL apart from analysis and medications prescribed. I liked it because, you can have an appointment within an hour or two at your arrival as well as avoiding all the hassle and lengthy waits in the public hospitals not to mention the attitude you get there. You can have a translator if you need for free in yhe hospital unless you speak English as doctors are English language literates. One more thing, the hospital prices are costly but affordable if you want to get treated quickly and professionally.

I wouldn’t recommend you to visit this hospital what so ever reason you have.

    this is my first time going there, first of all, no one in the reception can speak English so they redirect me to a room so-called " for VIP patients" which should have some translators. I kept waiting for a long time every 15 min I was asking the reception of the "VIP" about the translator and every time she tells me that they will be available after 15 min each time I ask her, so after an hour I decided to leave and never come back again. if that's how the reception is I wonder how the doctors would be.

    OMG!!! This morning I visited this hospital. I wish I had read its reviews before I went there staff ware unwelcoming they took blood test from me and left me bleeding without putting my wound a bandage. The receptionists didn't even ook me up when I was talking to them it was an utterly disgraceful they don't have manners to work with parents.

    If I could put negative zero I would. Worst Hospital ever! We have been waiting for hours, the waiting room is full. We went there for a COVID test for traveling. Their Somali translators are poorly organized, unprofessional and don’t do things in order. They don’t even listen to you, you don’t know who is helping who. We left there after 2 hours and drove one hour to airport clinic. I recommend going elsewhere.

    I recently underwent a checkup at Lokman Hekim Akay Hastanesi, and I am delighted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment I stepped into the hospital to the very end of my checkup, I was met with an exceptional level of care and support. However, one individual, in particular, stood out during my visit, and that is Mr. Hasan, the assistant who accompanied me throughout the entire process. First and foremost, the hospital itself exudes an air of professionalism and cleanliness, which immediately put me at ease. The staff at the reception was friendly and efficient, making the registration process smooth and hassle-free. From there, I was introduced to Hasan, who would be my dedicated guide throughout the checkup journey. Hasan's assistance was invaluable as he navigated me through the various tests and consultations. He has an outstanding ability to fluently translate from English to Turkish and vice versa, which significantly enhanced communication with the medical staff. His fluency in both languages eliminated any language barriers, ensuring that I fully understood all the medical procedures, explanations, and recommendations provided by the doctors. Moreover, Hasan's compassion and empathy were apparent from the beginning. He made sure I felt comfortable during each stage of the checkup, patiently addressing any concerns or questions I had. He was not only a translator but also a reassuring presence that made the whole experience much less daunting. Throughout the day, Hasan demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the hospital's facilities, and he efficiently guided me from one department to another, making the process seamless. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands with him by my side, which is an invaluable sentiment for anyone going through medical procedures. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the timeliness and organization of the hospital. Despite the various tests and appointments, everything seemed to run on schedule, thanks in no small part to Hasan's efficient coordination and planning. In conclusion, I cannot express enough gratitude for the excellent care and assistance I received during my checkup at Lokman Hekim Akay Hastanesi, and Hasan's remarkable professionalism and support played a pivotal role in making it a positive experience.     For more than 4 visits, the hospital was clean, tidy and very good hospitality. Very good doctors and most of them can speak English. A full team of interpreters of Arabic, Somali and English. I got a very good support with interpretation by Hurik Muhammad and the rest of the team.

    Very expensive service for the foreigners, 6 times more expensive than for the citizens, i could understand double price, but 6 times is a bargain. If you are a foreign citizen do not go to this hospital. Doctors are good, but the prices are so much expensive, and they are having fun when you recognised that they are foolish you.

    The secretariat, without consulting or the consent of the Doctor, does unnecessary tests. They don't let you talk the doctor until the tests are done. They took 6 blood samples from my baby, and doctor said none was necessary. Edit- They responded by a phone call and said they have updated their protocols accordingly. It was not a wrltten statement and I have no way to check this, however at least it was considerate.

    I give it a five. The doctors have been almost the best doctors I have ever seen in my life, the staff might not be able to speak in English well but they try their best to help you, I have been going there for almost 6 years and not even once encountered a problem. I wouldnt even want to try any other hospital since I literally trust these people with my life.

    Worst hospital. Translators are the worst with lack of understanding the terminology. Don’t trust the Somali translators. Bring your own, if u can find another hospital please run!!

    So impressed...The nurses at clinic were so welcoming and friendly to patients. Especially nurse Gamze and Alina were very helpful and they did their best for all my needs. Also doctors were good listeners and I had no problems at communication level which could be a problem in many hospitals.They took enough time on the investigations before the diagnosis and overall I feel satisfied. The only issue could be the antibacterial gels which should be widely available but missing at some common waiting areas. Thanks to all staff for wonderful service.

    My name is Ahmed Jumale. I met DR kaan KAYA. He is a highly qualified doctor because before I have met alot of doctors in the UK and Germany. Unfortunately, they did not help me. But Doctor KAYKA helped me. He is a doctor who knows what he is doing. He also speaks English. Now I am not worried. He has solved my problem.     Extremely disappointed with this hospital. The customer service was shockingly poor, showing no regard for patients. Communication was practically non-existent. They pushed for unnecessary tests without my consent, resulting in an inflated bill. The pricing was exorbitant for the dismal level of service provided. A place to avoid if you value your well-being and finances.

    as the translator Mona dialect was different (as arabic speaker), but her dealing with me was very good and so cooperative and helpful.. the doctors are good (yasemin kiraç/ahmet duran/aynur aliyeva)but the nurses are bad except the senior nurse on floor 0/ next to the kids room💐💐

    I was very satisfied with the help that the translator Ms. Mahnaz gave me during the treatment process in this hospital. She was very polite and very responsible, even when the hospital system was having trouble giving receipts, she helped me to get the payment receipt, also for other information like insurance.
