I had a surgery here, they are kind and they care their patients.

I went there to get a Rabbies vaccine, and it was awful! They can't speak English. Some of them are rude. And also they have a lot of office work to do a simple task! Comparing to Ankara büyükşehir hastanasi, you'll spend more time and money, and you'll get less services.

Good drs, but good luck getting an appointment unless you know somebody or go to the drs expensive private practice. Also good luck getting someone on the phone. Disgraceful!

Academically the Best Hospital of Turkey ...

A great hospital! The patient rooms are big well equipped and comfortable. The medical staff is nice and friendly, and some of them speak English. The waiting rooms are not bad. And the food is tasty! Plus it is accesible by foot, car, or public transport, and there are many bars and restaurants at reasonable prices in the nearby area.

Staffs are rude. Most especially at the emergency section. They are not nice to foreigners.
