I made a reservation on another hotel days before our trip. We travelled all night and I called to check if our room was ready and they said we should wait for 5 hours before our room was open. I was with my two little kids with me so I cancelled and started to making calls to other hotels. Some hanged up on my face, some said there wasn't any rooms available. Some said they can not take 2 kids in the same room so I needed two rooms for very expensive prices. And I called CPAnkara without any hope. I was very fortunate that Mr. Sami Tilbe answered the phone. And I explained our situation and told him that my family was very anxious because my husband had to go to work and I had to stay with my kids in a city without a room for eight hours if we couldn't find a room. He was very kind and helpful. He told me they didn't have any regular family suit rooms available but their King Suit was open for guests and I laughed and I said that I didn't believe that we could afford it. He told us that he would like to help and offered it almost on half price. It was even cheaper than a regular room price some hotels offered us. He accepted us 5 hours early to check in and room was glorious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was fabulous. We will remember this trip for the rest of our lives. Thank you again Mr Tilbe if you are reading this we will never forget your hospitality.

The restaurant is inside the hotel we stayed. Breakfast was included, but not dinner. First we checked out nearby shopping mall to see if any good place to dine, but only saw a few Cafe / bar. We came back to the Prime restaurant, top floor was full (Jess music event), so we sat on the first floor and ordered green salad (80 lira), grilled vegi (110 lira) and lamb chop (290 lira), bread was complimentary. All dishes were quite large quantity. Lamb chops were fresh/juicy, has very good flavor and texture, enough for two of us. Grilled veggies were also very tasty. Green salad was also very fresh.

The hotel is good, and the location is nearby Metro and Anka Mall. But they put in the room some of wines like fodka. If there are some people like it, also there are a lot of people don't like it and it consider forbidden in thier culture. Please respect us as per respect them.

I stayed in the CPAnkara hotel for three nights! I was looking for a good hotel to work and destress in the same time. Both went very well. The room was perfect, silent, and things you need to feel comfortable were present. Than the facilities of the hotel. I spent a lot of my time in the restaurant to work and eat and drink. Restaurant Prime was such a convenient place. The food was great, a lot of choice, The staff especially mr. Hosamettim was always there to help me but he also felt it when I needed some privacy to work. I loved the fact that he spoke very well English too and that the background music was not too loud. The rest of the staff was very kind too. The crew working at the reception were very welcoming and kind and informative and their English was perfect!. Even the doormen were so alert and kind. I travel with my oldtimer car and it is very important to me that the car is safe and secured. Well they were there constantly to watch it. The hotel also has a wonderful spa and sauna where I took a medical massage cause I have an injury. The masseuse is very professional and she really helped me to release the pain. Sauna, and Turkish Haman were also great and clean. This hotel is worth a 5 star review and classification. I would definitely come back again!

So we checked in for 3 nights, the triple room was so nice and comfortable with a very large bathroom, well worth the money. The double room we booked for a night, I wasn't so pleased with this as it was very basic no thrills. Was ok to sleep and shower. Complimentary water and snacks on arrival was a nice touch in both rooms. Front staff, reception, valet, security, technicians all amazing especially the front house couldn't thank them enough as they do go above and beyond to cater to anything you throw at them. BREAKFAST ON THE OTHER HAND was nice if you don’t have allergies but if you have allergies be prepared not to be so pleased- really ended breakfast on a not so happy note which was quite sad to see for such a nice hotel. A big thankyou for all the help received to support my daughter and her injuries. I would recommend this hotel to all, there is room for improvement but nothing major, English is well spoken.

I had a positive experience in this hotel. The breakfast had a very good variation and there is an excellent food service. The beds are very comfortable and the room has a lovely view. Staff are welcoming and they try to help at all times. We had a few issues regarding the air-conditioning but they were eventually solved.

Hi everyone, Traveled from Canada We asked for smoke free room and they put us room which was smelling smoke. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Internet connection was poor. Bed covers wasnt clean at all. Stayed there 13 days and paid online otherwise wouldn’t stay next day. Daily cost me 100$ and wasn’t worth it half of price. For this price there are much better hotels . I don’t think this hotel deserves 5 star. Or they gave me worst room I ever experienced.

The quailty in relation to price is a bargain. Excellent service, even through I had to wait a little when check in. They forgot my Vip treat, but remembered the next day (after my review). But still the rooms are big, the restaurant is good with quailty food. Some problems with the drain in the shower but they fixed it fast. The place is near a shopping mall, Ankamall. It is possible to travel by, car, taxi or metro. They are uoograding the hotel to Hilton standard. I believe it will deserve 5 stars then. I recommend this hotel.

It's located nearby ankamall literally walking distance. Spacious parking space, accessible by metro/subway and public transportation easily. First glance, the lobby quite small for 5 star hotel.
