Unfortunate experience we had yesterday which make MADO another time not a favourite place for a tourist. The way we got treated by the waiter was a big shame (the waiter refuse to clean the table, refused to take orders, through literally the plates). Desserts was less than average. Very slow service .. they lake of professionalism among the staff .. I would never go there again ..

One of the waiters was very rude, he delivered the orders very late, and often after we ask for them frequently, and when he delivers the order he slams the plates on the table. Very unprofessional.

Bad service. I was seated, scanned the QR menu, and waited for someone to come to my table and take my order. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was so frustrated that I left the restaurant without having ordered anything. Thanks, Mado for half an hour of my life that I'll never get back.

This doesn’t even deserve one star. Really bad service and rude waiters.

I had their hot breakfast menemen plater yesterday and I had food poisoning threw up on a plane flight back to Istanbul the same day! I believe it was the sausage meat and the side of mushrooms that made me very sick. Food needs to be preserved and refrigerated at a certain degree otherwise it goes bad! I had a miserable trip back; the seats on the plane were ruined along with all my clothes. I nearly froze til I got home. Highly not a recommended restaurant.

Baklava surprisingly tough. Kazan dibi was delicious but the atmosphere was pretty dull.

I went for the breakfast. Worst experience ever. The quality of the food and service is awful. Even egg was cold and stale, green. How hard to boil an egg and serve it fresh?

I think their quality has dropped so much ,my Friend ordered Kebap and he got food poisoned

The place is a very friendly place but the people eating are mostly elders but is a very yummy place
