So
Disappointing.
I
purchased
the
ticket
for
Meg
2
:
The
tranch
for
the
morning
show
(Today)
on
Thursday
the
3rd
of
August
2023.
Initially
it
was
for
a
3d
version
of
the
film.
But
somehow
due
to
the
infamous
lines
by
every
service
staff,
a
"technical
error"
occured
due
to
which
the
film
was
offered
as
a
2d
version
only.
This
happened
last
night
when
they
called
to
confirm
if
I
wanted
to
proceed
with
attending
the
show.
I
agreed.
Once
at
the
theatre
at
9
am,
they
asked
us
to
sit
and
wait
for
the
show
to
start.
And
after
15
mins,
they
informed
us
again
that
due
to
"technical
error"
they
are
unable
to
play
the
movie.
A
refund
will
"probably"
be
initialted
by
Bookmyshow
and
it'll
refelect
on
the
payment
mode
in
a
weeks
time.
This
is
so
unprofessional.
When
I
confronted
the
manager,
he
then
confessed
that
the
film
reels
weren't
sent
by
the
distributors
yet.
I
was
bold
enough
to
mention
that
in
todays
time
when
cinemas
are
barely
filled
with
5
-
8
people
on
opening
day,
such
careless
behaviour
will
only
drive
movie
goers
out
of
the
halls
and
to
their
own
homes
as
they
watch
films
on
OOT
instead
of
the
multiplexes.
It
is
indeed
a
sad
sad
day
in
the
history
of
Cinema,
where
fans
of
the
big
screen
seem
to
diminish,
and
the
entire
cycle
of
distributors,
producers,
multiplex
owners
and
staff
are
still
unshaken
and
the
courtesy
involved
in
customer
satisfaction
seems
lost.
