Tried many shakes, waffles and icecreams. Almost liked every items ( Depends ok personal test). Ambiance is cool. Interior is also good.

Large variety of Waffles and they are nice. Shake and icecream are good. Sitting is less and congested. Fresh and delicious. Ambience is pretty cool.

The staff here is so dumb when asked for extra cup they refused and said its out of their policy but when asked to package the drink the they packed it another cup never expected this kind of service what a hypocrite.

Poor service attitude of employees, no customer satisfaction, takes a long time to prepare the items. Overall, was the worst experience ever had.

The chain may have a good growth history which they proudly claim on their walls, the staff of this particular outlet is visibly incompetent. Severe miscommunication in taking orders leading to high delays, refusal to provide additional disposable cutlery are just a few of the mishaps our group faced there. Worst service ever. They should literally change their name from santushti to asantusti. They also take too long to prepare order and whenever you ask for extra spoon the staff stare at you in a very creepy way like you had asked for gold or something. If want to suffer then you should go to this place. 0

When I visit a/c not working also staff is not friendly here product not good as compare to others shops same price. Also is you come with car then police will lock your car wheel so they don’t have parking . And one more things baggers come in and begging for money .

18.11.23. I have order three items (KIT KAT THICK SHAKE, BELGIUM DARK CHOCOLATE SHAKE AND CHOCO CHIP) ALL TASTE LIKE Cardboard SHEET. I DON'T LIKE THE SHAKE. MY ALL MONEY GET LOST. VERY VERY POOR QUALITY.

Have some shakes..... try some new haven't tried due to time issue but next time for sure..... I have tried vanilla shake for my son and he was happy and made be more

Had late night cold coffee.. Interiors are very instagrammable.. Totally chick vibe... Coffee was nice but qty was less.

this place is an amazing 🤩 you can definitely visit with your loved ones and enjoy your sugar rush ! we tried a naughty Nutella waffle . Sizzling brownie with a an ice cream 🍦.Also their triple chocolate was also yummy 🤤

Disappointing. The thickshakes only contain cream and tasteless icecream. Added some bad quality chocolate pieces on top thats it. the Hot Sizzling Brownie doesn't sizzle. The brownie is bad. Worst experience.

Very bad experience, they don't understand what we want to order. Later waiting for more then 40 min, got poor taste of items, like it was spoiled milk, taste was sour totally, waste of money n time.

They charge premium for Nutella but definitely uses some other hazelnut spread. The extra filling for which I paid extra didn't taste like nutella at all. This is totally unacceptable since they are cheating us of our money.

I ordered a Swiss coco swirl and the ice cream in it tasted so weirdly and so bad. And the staff is so unfriendly they didn’t even accept or gave a replacement. Worst service Technically no star is what they deserve

Need to improve customer support by staff... Reached special for kitkat shake and they were not having it... Very upseting as that is their core item... Even after asking if waiting for 1 hour if its possible then we will have it but still the staff denied rudely.. Need to improve it..otherwise place vibe is awesome.

The very first branch of Santushti is in Rajkot city and that one was my favourite. After that they have started so many outlets. This outlet at bharuch is quite same. Good quality of shakes, waffles, juices. Must try.

While on d trip back to Baroda spoted this amazing dessert parlour with a very loud and inviting entrance,we stepped in and we were transport it to heaven with d remarkable taste quality and ambience.We tasted oreo thick shake and KitKat milk shake and few ice creams a perfect treat to pamper ur dessert craving.Its a must visit place

Ordered ice cream family pack from here, and they delivered me EXPIRED ice cream, I really did not expect this kind of stupidity from this place, but what to say..they lowered their standards, and they did not do proper work for giving the franchise. Please don't go here or order from here, you may get sick.

Not at all good. My roasted almond thick shake had a wierd taste because of the almonds being over roasted.

The test of Bharuch outlet is different from other outlets. The taste of chocolate cream in particular looks sour. Bad quality shakes and ice cream.

I am really really excited that Santushti is now open in Bharuch. I didn't even knew until i saw it on Zomato. It has the amazing thick shakes to choose from. I will definitely be visiting soon. I would definitely recommend to try there berry shake and Ferrero Rocher thick shake. Thank you

Waffle was half cooked, and when we asked them and showed them the waffle they said this is what we serve. The quality is bad and taste is poor , disappointed by there service.
