Very yummy! Friendly and helpful staff! Indoor seating is back open! Love the milkshakes!!!! Only vegan option is French fries and potentially onion rings. And the sides are the only vegetarian option.

I can’t believe how fresh and delicious their food is. It is not a typical fast food restaurant. The fish is not processed and tastes like fish I ate in Alaska straight out of the ocean. The chicken is an actual chicken breast full of flavor. Their hamburgers taste like real meat with no fillers and their custard is out of this world. I don’t eat at fast food restaurants, and I don’t consider Culver’s that. It is has real food, not factory food!

Fish on the hook!!!! Took a first timer with me. He absolutely loved the experience and food. Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Food came out quick and looked great. Taste was yummmyyy!!!! Good place to get tasty food OR desert.

I tried Culver for the first time and today I picked The Culver's Deluxe Burger. The burger was really delicious and even their fries. Unfrozen meats was my top reason to eat there and i liked it. Customer service was great and the woman who srerved me was very friendly and nice. Finally their prices are reasonable and personally I would pick them over Mcdonalds or Wendys and other fastfood chains. Will definitely visit again.

Wow. Impressed is an understatement. Came here on National Custard Day and what a treat. I had a question about the menu and was musing about it aloud with a friend — thankfully, a member of the Blue Crew piped in and answered it. We had a small mishap with our order (it happens, no sweat!) and they were so accommodating. Kindly accepted our free scoop coupon. A perfect day. If I come through Ann Arbor again, you can bet I’m coming to the Culvers on Jackson.

OCT 2022 Update Culver's still has some of the best frozen custard for both concrete mixers and their shakes! We finished it so fast... forgot to take pics! Next time! Lots of staff on-site to help customers! 😋 Apparently, it was a Culver's night 😄 20+ cars in drive-thru...yummy concrete mixers for those craving some frozen custard! Love the fries and cheese curds! Mushroom Swiss burger, pork tenderloin, and chicken tenders among my family's favorites! Great customer service! Fast too!

After eating here several times things have gone down hill twice we ordered onion rings that were over cooked and some burnt. The burgers were not prepared properly on our last trip and the malts were not blended. When I asked the server if they could be blended he took them and returned with no difference. They were like a vanilla chocolate swirl. Will not return.

Pleasant enough experience. Liked the service team member who took my order. Delivered in timely fashion. Location's a bit dingy/dirty in some areas. Overall, strictly an average experience w/nothing to write home about.

I enjoyed the Harbest burger as a vegetarian option there. Fries are good. Fish sandwich is constantly satisfying. There kids meals are always a hit, corn dogs and grilled cheese. I recommend getting kids if there are 2 or more one broccoli and one fry so they can split and have both. I also enjoy coleslaw as an adult side.

The quality of burger here is unmatched for a fast food chain. I love their Butterburger and cheese curds. Don’t forget a concrete mixer, I like the cookies and cream one.

One of our favorite fast food places of all time. Staff is always friendly, the place always clean (even restrooms) and it's impressive how well kept everything is. We love cheese curds, onion rings, butter burgers, chicken sandwiches, root beer and always...concrete mixers! Yum!

It's possibly the reason why I think this culver is just the number one I visited so far in Michigan it's number one the food was there as fast as any other Culver's however I ordered the fish and how surprised was I to find that the fish was more delicious at this Culver's cooked correctly and still there at the same amount of time the fries taste like fries at this Culver's not fish fries the gravy my wife ordered wasn't lumpy and the host did not stay with the doting eyes waiting for a tip at this fast food location that's why it was easy for me to say hey I'm going to leave a tip here. Even though it's not required or necessary at a Culver's this place is super clean it's always busy the fast food line moves faster than McDonald's and there was seating inside the spare a roomy location heads up this is probably the covers you want to stop ant and grab a bite.

Service is always polite and fast. I don't recall ever having a complaint about my food. It has always been hot, tasty, and visually appealing. The store was clean and comfortable. The cod and pot roast sandwiches are personal favorites.

I was today years old (it's a lot) when i tasted my first Butterburger. Culver's, i wish you were in California, but I'll visit you every time I'm near a location. And cheese curds are what i didn't even know i needed in my life. Add a cement mixer (shake) to that delicious combo and you'll forget there's anywhere else. Extra points for the homey, clean dining room.

Everything is good. Friendly and fast service. Burger is very fresh and has great texture, but the beef needs more seasoning (salt and pepper). Also the fish is almost unsalted. Overall, top tier fast food. Will come back.

Double Culver's Deluxe, no pickles, no onions, gluten-free bun, medium fries, medium concrete mixer with salted caramel and Heath bar chunks. Culver's has the best GF bun I've had anywhere. Comes steamed in a sealed bag. Eat it within ½ hour or it'll start getting hard. Fries are good. Not Wendy's good, definitely not McDonald's good, but better than many others. Concrete mixer? Awesome.

Great lunch! The burgers were a good size and super good! It would have to say that the food was a good value for the price. The ice cream for dessert is always a plus!

Ok ok. I still haven't tried the custard. If you like smash burgers with some crispy edges and well built burgers this is the place. Every time I have been here the food comes out perfect. Not a whole lot else to say. Good job by the staff and I'll be back. I actually now prefer it over the other chains.

The food is fairly good, it's priced competitively. Smash burgers with a crust, cement mixer tasted pretty rich and not in a bad way. The only point I dock is the service. This particular location gives off downtown McDonalds style vibes from their workers. Not good but definitely not bad service.

Love the Butter Burgers and frozen custard. Great fries and cheese curds, too. Drive through is a bit slow because each order is individually made. Service inside is pretty quick. Great customer service!

Great food; I like the chicken tenders meal and shrimp meal. Fast, friendly, efficient and a fun experience. I've been there several times and it keeps bringing my back on occasion. They have something for everyone. if I could come up with a new shake product; it would mint and peanut butter swirl :D

The walley dinner was fabulous! Fish, slaw , fries, roll - simply wonderful & tasty. The staff was multitasking in a quiet & friendly manner. Jeremy, did it all!

Good service but they messed up my mother's order. She wanted ketchup and mushrooms only and received ketchup and mustard only. She didn't realize until she ate half of the burger. So way to go youngin's

This location definitely Ups the ante when it comes to your food tasting fresh. I had ordered my food and it came to my window after I parked on the side completely melted in my mouth it was that fresh. The employees they are doing good work to strive to make your food taste as best as they can for sure

I’m honored to be one of the few who get to try the Curderburger.. staff was super friendly and the food was amazing, flavorful, and filling. 100% worth it!!!
