We have stayed at Palm Villas 4 times now over the last 5 years. The villas are clean and cute! We have been in the 2 bedroom which was perfect t for the 4 of us and also stayed in a studio villa that was very cute and great for the 2 of us. The location is so close to the beach that it is no big deal to run back if you forgot something or need a sun break! We will definitely go back.

Whenever our couples ask for housing recommendations on Anna Maria Island, we always recommend Palm Tree Villas. What a hidden gem! Their serene atmosphere, beautifully appointed rooms, prime location and kind staff make this a no-brainer. The free trolley stops very close to the Villas if you don’t want to drive. You definitely will not be disappointed.

I only stayed for one night. My room is Foxtail. It’s very clean, cozy and spacious. The room was fully equipped. The best part is that there is a private patio in the back for this unit where you can rinse off sand sit or use it for storage. The pool is small but it’s very nice; plenty of shade and loungers. The beach is across the street. And I found it had second best sand on the island (my favorite is Coquina Beach). I subtract one star because the wifi didn’t work during my entire stay. And my phone signal was very weak on the island.

The villa management was short and kind of rude as if we were inconveniencing them for asking basic questions. They had no customer service skills. Answered the phone sometimes. The dishes was dirty with black dirt on it and other dishes still had food on it. We could not lock our room because we were given the wrong key and had to wait the rest of the day and entire night till morning to get the correct one even though we were told we could get it in a few hours. We were told to leave the door unlocked. The beach was beautiful and the place was quiet so I will return just at a different villa or air b n b.

Absolutely love this place. Gabriela was extremely sweet and helpful. You can tell she loves people. The location, price, and cleanliness were 5 stars. Gabriela has went above and beyond to keep us happy and even help me with something on the island a couple weeks after we stayed. We will definitely be back! My only concern is that it gets discovered and we cant get a room. lol

We stayed there for my husband's birthday The owner claims that the knock on our door at 930 was because we were checking out an hour late, however we were never made aware of a check time of 0830. (Odd check out time for a Sunday morning). She also claims we were an hour late to check in. Nowhere did it say that check in has a hard stop time. The worker wad cold flat and shouldn't be in any form of customer service or hospitality business. The place itself tho is great! A few issued with the pool but things like that happen. FYI no it was 930am. And quite frankly your response is 7 mos late. There is no ugliness except your response. An honest and balanced review was given. The purpose of Google reviews. And yes I did leave a review under JH. Your comments prove our point. And also to my point we didn't speak to anyone from housekeeping unless housekeeping is making calls to your guests on their cell.phones until they check in.

Perfect for our getaway. Close to everything and a super quick walk to the beach! Loved our time and will definitely go back! Thank you for helping to make our 20th anniversary special!

On-site caretaker should not be in hospitality. She is cold, flat and called us at least 3-4 times before we arrived for non sense questions. Also the 0930 knock on our room door was just rude. Swimming pool had issues see pictures..also if you're against budwieser and its recent adds beware of their possibly offensive umbrellas! I personally don't drink bud so I don't care.

Loved our stay here! If this fits into your dates and budget, don't look any longer - book your vacation here! It doesn't look like much from the road, you only see the sign. It's a beautiful collection of villas nestled behind trees and a fence. So much attention to detail - beach chairs/umbrella, beach wagon, pillows on each pool lounge chair. Pool area is a private oasis with trees and umbrellas for shade or open sun. Beach is a very short walk across the street and it's a nice quiet stretch of beach. We didn't use them, but several grills available, all looked clean. Our villa was beautifully decorated, very spacious, so bright and sunny we hated to leave. Keurig coffee and very well stocked kitchen, ice and water in the fridge door, so many appreciated touches. Very clean and a fresh scent. We had to move our reservation and Gabriella was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

First time staying at Palm Tree Villas. The rooms are cozy and clean. Located steps away from the beach, its an unbeatable choice. Theres an awesome pool to use any time you want and the landscape provides plenty of privacy. Cant forget to mention that if you need anything, Wendy responds almost instantly and helps you with any request.

Palm Tree Villa was great, looks exactly like the pictures and is so cute! The hosts communicated everything we needed to know before hand and made it super easy to check in. The location is also great, close to everything. Highly recommend staying here!
