Ordered delivery and one of the pizzas had the crust horribly burned. When we called the lady at the store, she asked us to bring it back because they needed to see it. When we explained it was delivered, she said "Don't you have a car?". Her rudeness continued and when she asked if we ate it, we said we tried a piece but couldn't finish it due to the burned crust. She said a driver would come to get it. After another hour we called the store and the lady said no one was coming because she said we told her we ate it. Absolutely disgusted at this point, we drove the pizza back to the store and even after opening the box in front of this rude individual, she had to show it to an owner, who promptly said it should have never been served in the first place and to give us our money back. Whatever proud business this has been through the years, it has been tarnished with some new people who shouldn't be running things. You look at the photos and decide for yourselves if you want to be insulted over something that looks like this.

Not worth the price!!! Conveniently they don’t have any prices posted on their website. $35 for a SMALL pizza and SMALL salad and this is what they look like…. I could of made the salad out of sandwich supplies that I had and the pizza wasn’t event melted together. I should of gone down the street to eat and gotten a meal at an actual restaurant for the same price. Also the Chef states that it comes with onions and cucumbers and my salad clearly did not have that…

I was so excited to finally be back in the area and to this restaurant for what I remembered having delicious pizza. We ordered a large pizza 1/2 combo and the other 1/2 with just extra cheese. Our Server took the order wrong and brought out a large full combo pizza with extra cheese on one half...She admitted to the mistake and took it back then brought half of it back and gave it to my friend that wanted all those toppings, shortly after she brought me a half cheese pizza from one they already had sitting in the kitchen, threw more cheese on it and re-baked it to melt..It tasted as awful as it looks in the picture, we tried to explain this to her and she got very defensive and snippy like it was our problem and boldly stated their pizza is fresh. I felt very uncomfortable with her attitude and decided to just say okay thanks, check please. Paid it and left. I'm just disappointed that they think serving a twice baked pizza is acceptable :(

Stopped in to eat at Oma's. I was looking forward to trying their New York style pizza. It was short lived. A kind gentleman told us to have a seat wherever we wanted. After 15 minutes nobody waited on us. One waitress came to the table next to us to help them. She looked at us and walked away. Some other folks were seated by a waitress. At this point we all decided the red flags were up. We all agreed we better leave. If your charging premium prices you should deliver premium service. We got up and walked out, passing waitresses. Not a word. We have eaten out in this community every night and felt welcome and enjoyed our time in those places. On a good note we drove over the bridge and went to Pesto. Best Italian food I have had. See that review. Incidentally, Pesto responds to every review. Oma's responds to not a single review. After all as they told another customer, "We've been in business for 51 years". If your hanging your hat on that, good luck for the future. Sticking your head in in the sand doesn't make your problems go away.

Ordered 2 pizzas carryout. The workers were pleasant and willing to do anything. It was our favorite pizza on Anna Maria. We eat a lot of pizza and this was definitely worth it.

#2 on our pizza favorites (#1 in Las Vegas and #3 in Indy local). Eeked by #2 due to first ever sausage slices not chunks, fresh green pepper chunks not slivers, sauce almost like #3 and thinner crust than both competitors. Super garlic buttery bread (not sticks) is a unique winner and the meatballs meat ground soooo fine not lumpy. We've vidited the area 5 times and finally in off peak season so parked in their lot and had a pleasant lunch. The waitress was old and feisty but hey you expect that in an Italian joint. The decor exactly what I expected, felt like I was in NYC. Would visit again but not too soon as they claim to have the largest pizza and we have a lot of leftovers!

This was the only place I could find that was open past 9pm on the island. Having been driving by, it was always really busy so I thought it would be good. We placed an order by telephone and just got one cheese pizza and loaf of garlic bread. Just like typical Italians, this place was great. Their dough is wonderful and tasty. The pizza was great even though it was only a simple cheese pizza. It was also great the next day heated up again. We did not eat in and it appears they have fairly limited seating inside the restaurant, but take out was great and I would eat here again. As for price, it was a little high for pizza but this is on the island and close to where we stayed.

Very good pizza. Their stuffed mushrooms are absolutely delicious!! Unfortunately they need help as many other restaurants do. It’s Hard to stay open when their is no staff to help ya out. Oma’s went above and beyond for me last Week as he was there and if someone called he would answer phone but had to stay closed to keep it from getting to busy because had no workers to help out,he agreed to make me a pizza and mushrooms to pick up on my way through from a day at the beach While there we had a nice chat. I pray he finds help for his restaurant that his family has run for years .. Thank you once again and it was delicious as always . 😀

We were looking for a pizza shop that makes Gluten Free pizza. I called first and asked and they said yes! They have a great gf pizza! Its a 12” round personal size. I was hopeful to have a good pizza and we went in for dinner. Im gluten free for 11 yrs and the struggle for gf food while traveling is Real! We walked in and were welcomed with all smiles. The server told us to pick any seat we would like. The interior of the restaurant is what you would expect. A italian/pizza style restaurant. Approx 15 booth style tables. Our server was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the gluten free menu items including the salad dressings! My husband ordered a medium pizza 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 sausage. I ordered the gf pizza half pepperoni. I have to say… of all of the places Ive eaten across the USA….THE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA WAS AMAZINGGGGG! I literally could not stop saying that with every bite I took! Lol I was sooo Happy!! I seriously want to order a gf pizza and have it FedEx to me!!! Sounds crazy right?? I know!! But it was SOOOOO GOOOD!!! The crust was just like a real non-gf pizza crust. It wasn’t the cardboard crust like most gf pizza’s are. If you are gluten free YOU HAVE TO GO HERE!!! You too will be so HAPPY!!! My husbands regular medium pizza came out larger than expected. Cooked perfectly and the crust was lightly crisped with just enough chewy-ness to make it an excellent pizza as well! Being from the NJ/NY area we’ve had our share of pizza! Oma’s Pizza and Italian Restaurant is by far a total WINNER!!! If you need gf or regular gluten-full…Please go here. You wont be disappointed! 😁❤️⭐️

At the recommendation of friends, we visited Oma's pizza and completely enjoyed ourselves! I don't know where or why the negative reviews for bad atmosphere - bad food - bad et cetera. Our hostess/server was very enjoyable! The building is a bit antiquated, but I take no marks away for that. Our seating area was clean, well lit, and comfortable. We were quickly seated,. We received our drinks immediately, and our orders were taken within 5 minutes of us being there. Our pies were delivered very quickly (piping hot) as well the order of ravioli. While the pies may not have been the best I've ever eaten...they were, no less, very delicious!

Went in on a Monday night and it was crowded. The wait was going to be 20 to 30 minutes so we decided to get a pizza to go. Response time was excellent! We had our pizza ready in less than 15 minutes including one large one small and some stuffed mushrooms. Took it home and had an incredible feast! Best pizza in the area! our whole group decided it was worth a second visit in the week while we are down here.

Me and my fiancée come to the island every year for the past 4 years I grab pizza at least 3 times for the 10 days we spend here and it has been consistently amazing every time we have it. My step daughter doesn’t like pizza and she eats it. Something different of a sauce sweet but not to sweet and an excellent crispy crust definitely worth the stop

Been eating here for over a decade - the pizza is really great! I love the cozy booths/ambiance inside - I really really hope they never remodel (it's a bit dated in there) and decide to "modernize" the interior, as it would be a shame. Anyhow, I felt compelled to finally leave a review because I was recently there and not in a pizza mood, so I got the chicken marsala....and WOW! It is SO good, I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner. Love this place - it is an island staple!

My family and I are visiting florida for a week, and this has been the best food we’ve eaten so far. We just ordered a large pepperoni pizza, but it was absolutely delicious. When I went in and picked it up, everyone was super nice, I even talked to a ton of other customers who were also very nice, very approachable as well. I tipped, and the lady told me that people who dine in don’t even tip, which shocked me very much. I loved this place and would very much recommend it to everyone! — also something that was very cool, as soon as you walk in, you can see the cooks making the food behind the counter!

This is an OG restaurant and I know why its been around so long…. The food is fantastic. Friends and I had a bacon and mushroom pizza along with a side of penne alfredo and cheesy garlic bread. It was the perfect meal to end a long and fun day on the island. I suggest patio dining.

Everything from the hostess, the server, and the food was just completely disappointing. Our server only showed up to take our order (after being reminded by her manager) and deliver it. The pizza was very bland. In fact, my wife joked that it tasted like an oversized cooked Lunchables pizza and I couldn't agree more.

The service and food were amazing. We went for dinner one night and breakfast the next and both visits were awesome. Our waiter Walter was friendly and fast. To top it off, the portions were huge!

I was in town to eat elsewhere but I stopped her to use the restroom since I am 6 months pregnant and I always have to use the restroom. when I walked in all the staff were sitting up front and they weren't busy , I asked if I could use the restroom and this older lady said yes u are so beautiful yes..she was so sweet and affectionate made me feel like I was in a real Italian kitchen. I will go back just to try thier food because of this. They even offered me water as I left. Thank you for ur kindness.

I looked at pizza and it was all undercooked. White dough. The lady at counter would not seat me because she wanted to clean up one side of small dining room at 9 15 and they close at 11pm. Everyone who worked and served there were grumpy and unpleasant. I finally told them that no one there smiled at me once and they wanted to argue about that. I walked out and will never darken their door. Ever. Totally self absorbed people. They suck!!!

Terrible service. Booth seats very old, and you sink into them. The food was cold, and when I asked to reheat it for us, the server gave me an attitude. They only allowed us to use only 1 plate for appetizer and pizza. I'm not happy with anything about this place! We ate because we were hungry, but we definitely didn't take the leftovers home! Also, this place is very small/tight fitting and not wheelchair accessible.

We split an order of Lasagna and a Calzone which were both good. I liked the Lasagna best as I thought the Calzone could have used some more sausage. Our waiter was great and was very helpful...the downside was having to hear another waitress bickering and complaining about every little thing going on...customers don't want to hear that.

Stopped for lunch. Pizza was really good. Beer was cold. Service was friendly and quick. Decor is a little dated & dusty, but we were there for the food & we were happy. Would return again!
