Double room was very compact and an extra bed is not possible to place. Hot Water facility is good. The restaurant at the basement area is an added advantage. The receptionist is not keeping any information about contact numbers of taxi, auto etc..

Have climb up or down a set of stairs to access the lift which is difficult for elders.

Rooms are great but the service is very poor. Front office desk staff behaviour is pathetic and rude. I hope they improve the customer friendliness.

Over all the Raja Rani Residency is Good enough but the restaurant Aryaas under the residency is worst

The best hotel to stay with dine in tirupattur including nearby areas like jolarpet. Good place to stay in radius of 10 km from tirupattur. Food items is good just at restaurant below named hotel aaryaa. Just go for this one .

Very slow in service. Unable to give bill with gst number. Both check in and check out takes more time. Very poor. Complimentary breakfast serving was very very slow. They are serving other customers fast. Asking for advance amount, more than the room charges. For single person, charging double room cost. Totally highly dissatisfied.

Service was worst experience. !!!!!!!!!!! Front Office Rep does not give a proper response for any queries related services. !!!!!!!!! Complementary breakfast was cancelled without any notice and no valid reason for cancellation.

When I reached Thirupattur, which was totally unplanned, I was searching for a hotel. I called up few hotels including this and was enquiring for a room. Since it was a marriage day all the hotel rooms were full. But suddenly the lady receptionist called me back and told me that there is a room available and when I reached there she immediately allotted a room. That kind of helpfulness is rare nowadays. The room, bathroom and bedcovers were neat and clean and that's the main requirement for me and my wife.

Suppose book Suppos you booked the room and went out, your room will be used by others and the management is cooperating for the money.

reception people don't know how to speak with the customers. room service guy always ask for tips. room price is so high. 3500/- per room not worth for tirupattur area. food charges are very high no amenities provided.

Worst experience in my life. No receipt for the payment at the time of Check-in. Tariff rate changes at the time of check -out (within 24 hours). They didn't return the advance payment. Main cheating: Sleep disturbance due power cut in the mid night for a long time. Morning tension due to no water supply. Poor room service . Never stay there. One star because I don't have any choice of selecting zero star
