Worst
service,
spoiling
the
Brand

VIP
with
their
service
support.
VIP
must
change
this
as
service
center.
They
don't
have
a
dedicated
service
person,
a
person
will
come
once
in
a
week
or
10
days
from
Hyderabad
to
do
servicing
for
the
products.
I
have
the
product
last
January
(2020)
and
received
today(January
2021)
exactly
one
year.
I
gave
the
product
in
January
2020
for
handle
repair
and
requested
for
replacement
of
handle
as
it
might
broke.
They
took
two
months
and
in
March
after
two
months
of
frequently
calling
and
visiting
the
center
they
had
told
that
the
handle
is
replaced.
When
I
went
to
take,
I
found
that
the
stand
is
broken
and
the
store
manager
was
telling
that
it
was
like
that
when
we
gave
the
product
which
was
a
lie.
I
have
asked
them
to
replace
handle
eventhough
it
was
not
broken,
then
how
would
I
ignore
if
the
stand
is
broken.
When
I
had
asked
the
same
thing
he
said
he
will
be
replacing
the
stand
for
free.
He
took
10
months
to
replace.
I
went
to
center
somany
times
as
they
will
not
respond
correctly
when
we
call
them.
They
will
ask
the
purpose
and
will
tell
us
that
they
will
check
and
all
and
they
will
never
call.
Today
they
delivered
the
product
and
charged
500
for
their
mistake.
The
actual
repair
cost
was
350
and
this
replacement
due
to
their
irresponsible
behaviour
costed
me
500.
The
store
manager
and
staff
are
very
irresponsible.just
because
of
the
brand
image
and
the
store
being
in
prime
location
it
is
running.
In
last
February
2020
after
giving
the
product
for
service
we
have
purchased
big
bag
for
8000
in
the
same
store.
We
would
not
have
purchased
from
this
store
if
we
waited
for
one
more
month.
It's
better
to
purchase
from
shopper's
stop
or
some
other
showrooms
rather
than
from
here.
