Quite rude Audiologist. Unable to explain features of the Hearing aid devices. Literally ask me to find other Audiologist to fix the hearing aid for my mom or i have to go and read the big book on Hearing aid device that is front of him. Worst service. I don't recommend this place.

Recently my friend purchased hearing aids those workig very well now he is so happy & Sravanalaya is a Good named center with hard work and good service for Hearing problem patients keep it up ..SO finally we are so happy to visit again....

Think before twice choosing this centre They only give more preference to NRI and improper response to parents and also money minded people If we are went to doctor to raise our issue they don't even take it

Wish I could give negative rating. Took my mom here for Audiometry test which concluded with only option to go for hearing aid. Here's where the drama started. To begin with, the Doctor/Practitioner gave us few options to chose the audio device. All those options were just numbers(cost of the device) and no details about what the device features or anything of that sort. When I asked about the features, the first response was go and consult some other doctor. He does not have any respect or minimum courtesy for the patients. In this day and age, thought there is lot of information is available on web, we still consult doctors for their expert opinion and guidance in these sort of situations. Stay away from this clinic!

Shravanalaya is one of the best hearing solution centre. Dr. Narendra is a such a nice and cool person i eever met before. He personally cares about kids... The way he conveys and talk to kids are awesome. Nice to meet you sir.... Hope this will be the best rehabilitation center in entire Andhra Pradesh...

My son Sahas Reddy is diagnosed as above 95db hearing loss in both the ears. Audiologist Narendra sir suggested cochlear implant for him. Narendra sir clearly explained each and every point about cochlear implant surgery. After implantation for the speech therapy we went through the same institute Sravanala. All therapists are good experienced and treating the every child with special care. Especially thanks to you bhavani madam for the taking of my son to the next level behavior wise and speech way. Thank you so much narendra sir for your time and help. If you are looking anything related to hearing problems for children or older people....I strongly suggest Srvanalaya Speech and hearing center.

Sravanalaya speech and hearing institute..... If I know, this institute before three years ago....till this time my daughter will be normal kid....... Sravanalaya is the one of the grate institute for speech therapy.Dr.Narendra sir is a such a nice and grate person I never ever met before.he personally care about each and every kid till the date join...the way he handle the kids are awesome....and also sir gave me the home guidelines for my daughter.....my daughter joined four months before this institute with speech delay and behaviour problem..now she started communication in sentence level..i strongly believes that this is the one of the best rehabilitation centre in guntur. Sravanalaya such as a nice and exlent service here. My son also joined since one year I have great experience on this place . No words to say How much I thank full to sravanalaya ( speech &hearing) institute. Especially I great full to all therapist who are guided to our childrens they are deeling with our childrens very good communication, patiency, the way of moulding to our childrens behaviour( not doing to child abuse) Incas of if the therapist ready to little bit of biting also , seriously that mean they don't behave like crud. They make a bonding with our childrens to understand the therapist communication and to improve our child life🤗

I highly recommend sravanlaya institute for services, I have a special kid with whom i have been to lot of therapy centres at Hyderabad. But, no where i found an improvement with my kid.Now my kid is able to communicate needs and trying to explore words.Narender sir and bhavani garu will analyse each n every kid and guide you the ways to work with your kid. Speech is worse here, Management doesn’t take the staff professional, even staff doesn’t have that much patience they will torture the kids by pinching the kids and repeating the same schedule everyday. We have a bad experience here.
