Dr. Jay is amazing. He is warm, funny and a great dentist. He really cares about his patients and his craft. I have been a patient for several years, but took my teenage children to see him recently for the first time. My daughter has anxiety with anything new. He was so great with her and made her feel very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and office is top notch and clean. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist.

The entire staff is caring and compassionate. If you call after hours, the doctor on call gets back to you quickly, listens to the problem, and follows through on necessary prescriptions/care, then checks back to make sure you're okay. Dr. Ayoroa-Perez is exceptional. She has excellent patient rapport, listens, and explains things so that they make sense. She is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She is also a skilled and gentle surgeon- even for those of us who have anxiety about needles and pain.

Warm welcome, cohesive staff. Never felt rushed through my appointment. Most importantly, each person that had a part in my appointment, knew their job throughly and explained everything they were going to do before hand. My first visit and I would not hesitate referring them to anyone.

I found any painful situation and in need of a new dentist quickly. Not only did they get me in within three business days, but they also make crowns on site. It is so refreshing to have such kind and caring people taking care of you. I highly recommend this dentist, as I have also moved my entire family to this practice.

Best dentist I have ever been to in my life! We travel full time, so it is difficult to find a dentist on the road. I wound up flossing a bad filling loose, and was needing to get in somewhere right away. This office got me in right away, and offered to go ahead and examine the rest of my teeth since I have such difficulties getting in with a dentist. Sarah did an amazing job of helping me feel comfortable and low anxiety. She talked with me, and was so thoughtful about my whole experience. She helped me to get my two young children comfortably situated in the room while I had my procedure. In fact, every single person was so kind to my boys, and never once did I feel bad for having to bring them with me. Dr. Clayton worked quickly with Sarah to get my cavities filled. He was very thorough, and so kind. They were even able to have me come back the next day for a cleaning and to make sure my fillings were all nice and smooth. Kim was my hygenist for my cleaning, and she was just as sweet as she could be. She went above and beyond in her service. Dr. Jay came to help me smooth out some rough edges from the previous day's procedures that I couldn't feel right after I had them done. He ensured that everything felt exactly comfortable to me. Everyone in the office made us feel warmly welcomed. Genuinely sweet people from the time we walked in until we walked out! 100% recommend this wonderful place! Thank you for an amazing experience!

The moment we arrived at McCarl Dental we were warmly greeted by front office staff who made us feel a part of the McCarl family. Our dental assistant, with her soft spoken and reassuring manner, escorted my granddaughter to her 1st visit. Dr. Jay reassured her and his gentle soft spoken manner put her at ease. I have been a patient of Dr. Jay for over 15 years and he has provided my family with the professional service through it all. His staff is very friendly and caring. I needed an emergency 3 years ago and called a Dentist close to my home, well that was a big mistake, after two and a half years and nothing resolved, except many extra costs, I called for an appointment with Dr. Jay. After his exam He gave me several choices for repair of my lower front teeth and within three months I was finished. He is my one and ONLY Dentist going forward. We love you Dr. Jay.

I had the best experience you could ask for and that says a lot coming from a person who literally hates going to the dentist. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr Jay McCarl, he was amazing! I had a lot of dental issues & concerns coming in, and he helped me create a plan that made the whole situation a little less stressful for me. So very thankful I found this dentist, I had a great first visit. :)

So kind and patient! Talked me through everything (I’m very anxious when it comes to dentists) I felt no pain. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Definitely will be coming back in the future :) I had the best dental assistant and Dr. Clayton was wonderful.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. McCarl and everyone at McCarl Dental Group. They are wonderful! My daughter chipped her two front teeth two days before the first day of school and Dr. McCarl graciously came to the rescue. His daughter who is a hygienist there saw my post on Facebook looking for an on call dentist and reached out to her dad. We spoke at 10pm on Saturday night and he said we had to get her fixed up before school started. He saw her at 8am the next morning before his grandson's birthday party. They went out of their way for us and we weren't even current patients. They welcomed us like family and were so kind and patient. We'll definitely be returning as regular patients after this experience!
