I found Dr. Mangala Gowri while searching on Google for fertility doctors. Chose her after seeing her rating. And we are so so so happy to have chosen her. We felt immediately comfortable with her and I admire that she was never after money. She genuinely explained my case very straight forward. We truly felt valued with her honest opinions. First round of IVF was successful and we are blessed with a baby girl. She is very knowledgeable and studies the case thoroughly and doesn’t fritter away your time or hers. I really really thank Dr. Mangala Gowri for replying to all my msgs during the treatment and pregnancy and her complete guidance. She is one genuine doctor we can’t find everywhere. She is god to us for making our dream come true. Ankur hospital staff have been helpful in making my payments easier. They hav never forced us to make payments. Their pharmacy staff helped me get my injections first that were supposed to be taken on time without refusing or making me wait for billing. They worry most about your situation than being after your money. Big thank you to the hospital staff.

What clinic you guys have no good behaviour if I call they cut the call on face ?!. And 3 weeks is been done for doing semen test till now I didn’t get report is that how u guys play with the patient ?! One of the worst facilities! Provides wrong bills, when you call them they don't receive calls. Argues and misbehaves with patients. And cuts phones. I was interacting with Miss Reshma, every year she provides wrong data and wrong bill. When you correct her, someone from her team (male) cuts the calls and doesn't respond. Be very careful of this facility.

Lab people are very arrogant..no privacy..they are interested in patient's personal information rather than giving information... Lab employees don't have manners and they don't know how to communicate with patients..they are more keen towards patient's personal information
