This temple is well maintained now after the recent renovations. Whenever you visit this temple and the river area you can really feel the nativity effect of our roots. Temple is located few KM's away from Mettupalayam bus stand. Few buses were available to reach temple from Mettupalayam. Boats are available in the water area. But river is not clean. If temple Maintenance people or government take any initiative it will be so good. It's nice place to visit. Full positive vibes . Parking area available. Few shops were available you will get basic things as well for Pooja and snacks kinda things. Google is showing 2kms but I think it's more far than that to reach. May be it's not updated yet. No restaurants available , you have to go to city to eat good food. Positive and good place to visit. Give it a try to visit.☺️☺️

I went to temple after nearly 15 years. There have been a lot of convenience for devotees. The temple was not crowded. This place still lacks in good restaurants. If you wanted to goto good restaurants, you will have to go to mettupalayam only

Government elephant caring program is going on in this temple. This is a government initiative to protect and care the elephants mental and physical health. In this program the government officials check the status of the elephants.these elephants are owned by different temples around the tamil nadu.

This time around, we took the Kovilpalayam to Karamadai route.. From Karamadai, we travelled on Tholampalayam road to reach Thekkampatti... Drive from Thekkampatti to Kaliamman Temple was beautiful due to scenic mountains and with Bhavani river flowing alongside.. Since there was little crowd, we were able to find a shaded car parking space inside the temple premises... Got a peaceful Darshan of the Amman..🙏🙏🌹🌹

It is a very peaceful place and one can feel the calming environment of such a divine place. There is a good sitting arrangement on a big whined of the temple. All its infrastructure is outstanding, very well designed. Beautiful view of the river. Statues are excellently carved and more detailed. One Good place to make a holiday.

A holistic and calm temple with crowd during Friday and other auspicious days. Ample parking which can even accommodate Buses and lorries. Both covered and non covered parking available here. Just 5 Kms away from Mettupalayam Bus stand. There are different types of queues for entry into the sanctum with various rates, so choose wisely. I recommend to go for the ₹50 counter, as we can see the deity in close proximity.

The temple was good inside the temple snacks and food is very tasty but money is very high for all the stuff then it was a good day to me go to the temple and enjoy the things thank you

My (1.5 year)daughter didn't take food properly. One of my grandma said to visit this temple and put the thayathu. Now my baby is fine.

Huge space to park your vehicle. Don't bargain buy whatever the price.. Very old people standing whole day for Running his family. We can't help for the entire. One day spend as much as you can. 15c bus will be available from here to reach metupalayam. Up and down service. No tickets for women. 😁😁😁
