Very professional..I ordered through whatsapp interaction. Got to know shivangi from a friend. They interacted very friendly. Got measurements from us..it's advisiable to give measurements in person or if we order from distant place we shouldn't confuse them. But eventhough I did a mistake in measurements they took the dress back for alterations. Done that very well and courierd back on time..we need not remind them .just give the dates. It will be delivered on time .I liked the way of handling and promot delivery very much . Liked the fabrics. Will order more stuffs soon 😋

Answer to Reply 2 : Sir, thank you for the reply. I told your staff humbly that I wanted to buy 5 more sets but they kept repeating what they had told me. I had already kept more sets for billing and had to leave those too behind. A customer's intention is not to make it difficult for you but to choose what is right for them. Do check with your staff about the crisp condition of the sets we had chosen and the two we did not owing to size issues. They were intact. Thank you. Thank you for the reply. I think your staff forgot to tell you that we had chosen 6 sets to be billed and had already billed one at the intimation of your staff as we had to give it for alteration and collect it before your tailors lunch time. Like you said we had tried only 8 sets of 6 designs ( as we had to try a different size for 2 sets since they ran smaller than the other sets of the same size) and had chosen all of them. But your staff without even asking how many sets we were buying stopped us when we were trying and so we had to leave with the billed set alone. Please check this with your staff. You may have reached a million customers but I think you understand that every customer is important and your staff should communicate with the customer before reaching any conclusion regarding their purchase. Original review Collections are ok but you are not allowed to try more than two items (even if you want to buy five sets) which is a big hassle. The tops and skirts are in different patterns and hence the fitting is not the same. How do they expect us to buy without trying. Very bad customer service.
