The rooms were spacious, the food was delicious, and good customer service. Complete family farm stay resort. Gym, indoor games, kids play area and outdoor games.. Spacious swimming pool. I strongly recommend it.

Average experience. Rooms are good in Royal Tulip. Royal Rose rooms rest room cleanliness has to be improved. Food is surprisingly ultra expensive. Desert portion is very very less. Very surprising. Food is mostly hit & miss. Some items are good, mostly below average other items. Customer services are ultra slow and have to wait for too long to get anything requested. Pool & out door games are good. Most disappointing is the expensiveness !!

A huge resort in a quiet town, a bit off the road. A beautiful place with very hospitable staff wonderful architecture and smart use of space. They've got everything from pool, cricket space, park, gym, conference hall and a cute little farm with rabbits, ducks and chicken. A wonderful space to spend time with family. The food range was wide and delicious. Spent a memorable time here and would li e to visit again.

It was our sudden plan for a vacation with my family and my friend’s family. We were finding a short distance drive from Coimbatore and found this place in instagram. The place is located in a remote village. The ambience of the resort is very nice. Kids friendly, couples friendly. Food was good and the price was nominal. Worth the stay. Morning buffet could be better.

We were on a day trip to this resort with all age crowd. They also allowed us to do a birthday decor as there were less crowd on Sunday noon. Loved the food even though there isn't much variety. We were given complimentary room for changing outfits and man it was so clean and neat with bunk beds and one king size bed. Our elders had good nap time. Pool time was the most fun and kids loved it so much.

Extremely overpriced for the amenities they provide. This is basically a resort built to be a staycation place for families in Pollachi... Tourists from outside, better check other options before ending up here.. 1.Biggest issue is ' lack of privacy' . They provide a sit-out for every room wherein , when you sit, the entire resort can watch ..... 2. Frequent power cuts when someone runs to switch on the GENSET which according to them takes ' only 2 minutes' 3. Had to leave early to topslip when they said ," Water heater is just switched on, it'll take an hour to get hot water." 4. Indoor play area is literally antique with dusty books, broken board games and non functional recliners 5. Food is average 6. Very limited snack options. 7. Cramped cottages, no space for a leisure walk... 8. Rooms are very basic with creaky cupboard doors,noisy fan.... Very bad experience....

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Amenities are excellent. Indoor and outdoor games, campfire, swimming pool neatness & maintenance, cycle ride are excellent. Most admired thing is, the way they treated the guest and amazing food.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and was at 12:00 am too. Complimentary breakfast was decent enough with good options. Swimming pool was the best entrainment. Indoor games were scattered needs some maintenance. Overall had pleasant time with family and friend. Recommended for family and couples. Road leading to resort is narrow and confusing. It would be great if a sign board is placed.

We had excellent stay at this resort. It’s a family friendly resort. Hey highlights I have listed down… * Environment and ambience was excellent * Food taste was very good. Pantry is well maintained with good ambience. Support staff at pantry were great and simply super service. * Rooms were well maintained * Swimming pool was maintained excellent and daily maintenance was performed by the support staff. * Front office support Ms.Pavithra was so courteous and provided us excellent support for the stay. Things which can be improved * Path way approaching the resort has to be maintained. Hardly one vehicle alone can travel and lot of bushes which scratched the vehicle. * Coffee we cannot get filer one, BRU coffee which they serve is not that great for the cost we pay. * I find food is over charged compared to outside.

Fairly new resort with friendly staff. Very good ambience and good food. Regards facilities offered are well suited for both families and group of friends. There is much more room for improvement since its a new facility. Hope to come back next time with my family.

Front office communication should have been better.. the location is good but if they still keep to serve the same taste of food it is guaranteed that no customers will look to stay in this resort.. change the chef and server good quality foods

A nice resort with beautiful sceneries. Never expected such poor food . Vry poor taste . Should improvise alot. Even Coffee/tea was too thick n din taste well. Rooms wer gud but the whole place needs so much of maintainance . Our room's balcony could not be used at all due to gutter smell. No pleasant smell even at check-in. The only good part of the resort was the spa inside . Mr.Vinoth really deserves alot for his humble service. My mother felt really great after his foot reflexology treatment and also me. I slipped the stair steps n strained my ankle and could even move. He really took vry gud care n was always ready to help. I got much better before my check-out. Would suggest everyone to take his spa and ayurvedic treatments. Very affordable and vry relaxing. Makes the stay more pleasant. Took nearly 5 sittings within my stay period. Highly Recommendable 👍

Resort was good and hospitality was good. The receptionist Gayatri was very friendly and the waiter jeeva were helpful and courteous in getting special meals made for our 2 year old. Overall it was a good experience. Only improvement areas was bathroom needs to be more clean as we found hair in the sink and on the toilet seat. Also the swimming pool didn't seem to be very clean. Food there were very less options and also the taste wasn't great so kindly look at improving that.

My friends and I stayed there on the 7th and 8th of Jan 2023. It was a decent resort with good amenities. The facilities were good as well, the pool was clean and well maintained. Kids play area and options for indoor games were plenty (Table tennis, carom, chess, table soccer, board games etc.). The rooms were good but the quality needs to be improved slightly for the price they charge. Food needs improvement with a lot more options on the menu. Service was decent enough as well. Enjoyed the stay overall and had a good time with friends and family.

Amazing place for family visit staffs right from the reception to GM plus chef manivel and his team. Spa team Fo team service team all are simply superb. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had unlimited dinner and breakfast. Food was amazing & finger licking experience and every bite of the food was worth it 😋😘and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself as well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I will definitely promote ur resort to my friends and relatives tooo.. Thank you 😍

The place we stayed 2 days with friends 20members... but felt to extend the stay ... Impressed more with ambience and hospitality of the staffs...special mention to Dinesh and Venkatesh.. from booking till checkout treated royally.... Location and features of the resort is very good. Amble space to play indoor and outdoor games. Good swimming pool area, kids playing zone. Maintenance is not up to mark repaired cycles and reception sofas aren’t clean need to improve maintenance. Food taste shall be improved as well.

We want to explore Pollachi n near by location for this holiday and stayed at Royal destiny. A wonderful and excellent place to chill out with your family. We had a great experience there. Overall service was very good, staffs were kind and courteous, food was very tasty and delicious 😋, awesome view during the nights, A lot of amenities for kids and adults too which occupied our kids completely 😁, Lovely pool to have a good evening swim as well... A perfect place for the family holiday.. Few suggestions: water heater facilities could have been better. Frequent power outage has to be taken care..

The place was blissfully situated in middle of coconut trees. Turkeys, chickens, fowls and goats running through the lawn. Had an wonderful time with night walks in the lawn and bicycle rides. The pool was well maintained and service was great. The food is another highlight. A weekend to release all the stress out of you!

We came in for a family trip and it was an ideal choice. The children play area was so good and the cricket and tennis courts are neatly maintained. The swimming pool was clean and good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ramya at the dine in was very polite and attended to all our needs quick and prompt. Very wonderful stay at this place. Very apt for group stays. All the rooms are very big and sufficient for 4 people. All rooms are close by which makes group stay very comfortable. Pool is well maintained. Food quality was appreciable. All the staffs were courteous and neatly dressed. They have lots of extra curricular activities to keep the kids entertained. Overall a nice place to stay away from city.

Good for bulk group bookings. Definitely not for single family leisure booking. Not much of privacy. Rooms are too small and priced exorbitantly. Food breakfast spread was good and tasty. Lunch and dinner experiences were pathetic. Place is not ideal for a resort

We rode to pollachi as a group from Chennai and must say this is one of the beautiful properties located there. Rooms were spacious and good. Its also a very new property and only 6 months as mentioned by them. Located amidst some beautiful fields which we couldn't enjoy due to the limited time available. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. Service was good too. Special mention to the manager Mr Dinesh who ensured everything was smooth. We had to ride out very early the next day and I must say that the breakfast that was packed for us at 5 am was absolutely amazing. We never expected such an elaborate menu especially in a packed breakfast. The only minus I see is the high pricing / tax on food items. Hope the property is maintained the same way always !!! Would definitely visit again.

First of all about location, it is situated slightly away from city. It has its own advantages and disadvantages. It is up to the person who is booking. Rooms I stayed was basic and is average and not really great, I really did not like the way rooms are places. You do not have much privacy in such rooms. Service is again not up to the mark of a resort. They had forgotten to keep the toiletries and even after reminders they didn't bother to supply those. But the ambience is really nice, calm and quite and a very great place for friends and family as they provide a lot of recreational activities.

We had a wonderful experience here. The resort is well maintained with very helpful staff. It has lot if activities to keep you engaged. Kids will love this place. It is a great place for family get together as well for stop over if you are on your way to Valparai .

Average stay. Had to ask twice for the welcome drink. Standard room is of smaller size. Booked through agoda, so got some discount. Else not worth the price they mentioned. Swimming pool is neat and clean. Food is above average. Overall, u cannot expect a perfect resort experience but a decent stay if u get any discount.

Excellent place to take a relaxation with family. Most attractive part is this resort don't entertain public drinking. So we felt very relaxed. I would recomend this resort to everybody and would give 5/5.

We stayed there for 3 days and it was very refreshing. Located amidst the coconut farm the resort was calm and peaceful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Swimming pool was good and we spent most of the time in the pool. Kid has really enjoyed the pool. Walking around the resort after dinner on the full moon day with the fresh breeze was blissful. The Breakfast menu was good and the food was awesome and in fact we acknowledged the chef in-charge over there. It was a pleasant stay overall and I'm looking forward to another visit during monsoon.

The stay was very pleasant but the property is over priced when we check about the amenities and other items available with the package. Also the food was good but very less options. We have promised chefs special desert for dinner but at the end we ended up with Just Icecream. Also in the morning they are serving semiya payasam which is a very wierd option, I don't know how can we expect payasam for Breakfast?

Excellent resort, good courteous staff and neat and clean facility. The best part is that the play area for kids and adults are very thoughtfully done and well maintained. Swiming pool is very good. In house food was very nice and tasty. It is outskirts Pollachi city so If you are looking to stay away from the city’s hustle then this resort is ideal for you.
