    Ordered a pizza, some Parm bites and a 2 liter. It took about an hour and 30 minutes to show up, forgot my 2 two liter and I saw the driver via my ring doorbell coming up to my door. I got to the door as he was just about to get in his car, I saw my two liter wasn't there and tried to chase the driver down to tell him but he sped off. I called the store cause my pizza was mangled and they offered to re deliver it but it would take forever. So I went and got the pizza myself. Woulda rather had a refund but it was late and I was starving at this point. So very disappointed

    This location Is by far the worse location I’ve ever dealt with that its just a meme at this point lol! When you order from this location you must mentally prepare yourself that most likely your order will be messed up, that they will take forever to deliver, they will forget something or ignore simple delivery instructions 😂

    This is now the second worst experience I have had from this location. The first was a few months ago and the employee forgot to put chicken on a chicken beckon ranch sandwich. Yes the chicken was nonexistent. Now this last time I figured I’d give it a go. Why not? It’s been a few months… All the previous employee are probably fired or have gotten better. So I picked extra on the chicken and cheese just to be safe. The attached photo is what I received. How freakin high are the kids working here? And where is the manager? I’m officially done with domino’s because of this location. Don’t bother with getting anything from here. The area is full of many small pizzeria’s that would gladly take your money.

    I ordered online with the app. The tracker sat in the someone making the pizza for an hour. I then tried to call. I called four times and it just rang. So I had no idea if my pizza was being delivered! I was livid! I drove to the location. I asked for the manager. I then called the number with the manager or perceived manager in front of me. No answer and she said they were having problems with their phones. I look down and the phone was off the hook. I looked up at her and she put it back on the hook. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order. She flat out lied to me. This is now going on 1 1/2 from me original placing the order. I know times are tough and no one is working but a simple answer of the phone to explain the situation would alleviated the issue. I will never order from this place again and will encourage others to do the same. I have been a lifetime resident of Ramsey and they have lost my business and hopefully others that I tell about this experience. Lying to customers, Horrible customer service.

    Took over 1.5 hrs, pasta was fried to the dish, cheese bread was black but somehow all the food was cold. At first they wanted to compensate with a free medium pizza on the next order, spent over $50 so here's $6.

    My Order took over 2 hours. Messed up on my order, and overcooked the pizzas. I don't know what these workers are doing, but not the best. I wouldn't recommend them. *****want a free pizza next time, pick up instead of delivery. They can't even meet the 2 minute guarantee. I gotten 2 pizzas already. Working on my 3rd.

    I made a review for this place last year about how they had good pizza for relatively cheap, and they have somehow dropped in quality so fast it's like they fell off a cliff. Cheese and bread there is somehow terrible now even though they get all the same ingredients they did before, and the customer service is the absolute worst I've ever experienced, stuff like outright not delivering food that was ordered 4 hours before closing, leaving stuff out of even small orders, and not even picking up the phone and blocking customer's phone numbers when they call to ask where their pizza is. Some higher-up employee at domino's needs to replace everyone there because the people that are there now are the worst people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.

    Had the most pleasant experience at this beautiful establishment, 1 hour and 10 min from placing the order to quality check !! what fast-paced service, honestly Ethan my guy deserves the sloppiest kiss on the forehead for his service tonight, I would give this man the stars if I could, have never received a faster delivery from this location yet !! keep up the hard work fellas you deserve that, I agree why would you answer customers' phones, why would you make that pizza, why would you do your job when you have better more important things to do. LOVE this location and the people here never had better service in my life <3

    First time I ordered from here they put jalapenos on my pizza, I dont like spicy. I settled for the free pizza they offer, but I placed an order at around 11pm (2 hours before close) and waited and waited for my food to show up. But it never came, and all they did was offer me another free pizza, when I ordered more. They took my money, and was okay with it.

    Horrible customer service. They touch food without gloves once it's out of the oven. They have no help from delivery drivers that sit outside for 15 to 20 minutes before coming inside to help. Burning everything stating dominos says everything should be burnt when it comes out of the oven.. burnt or charred because there's a difference. Needs to be closed down.

    Have 4 start cuz prices change from what they say online online prices are .. And at check out . There now.. Idk.. But The choice who works late night. Idk how she does it all but that's off... Gets everything cooked right and always had exactly what I ordered.. Iv never looked domino's,, till she worked there but she cooks it all correctly .. Thanks

    I would recommend to go somewhere else manager gave me reason for using scales yet portions don't make sense .I ordered extra on everything same order as before a d now quality is just awful DM was indeed t helpful

    Fixed up a big stack of pizzas from my grandson's birthday party everything was perfect. I always said great luck at the Ramsey store on 167th.

    I always try to give this store a chance, but I think tonight was probably the last straw. I don’t understand how on a busy Saturday night I can have my order delivered within the hour, but on some random Wednesday night I wait for 2 hours and end up just having it canceled anyways. Not the first time it’s happened either. I worked here during the pandemic, so I try to imagine what can be going on at that store where it takes 2 hours to NOT make a pizza. The only thing I can come up with is people literally just standing around doing nothing.

    Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas for family dinner. Pizza seemed old, not even resembling freshly made. The toppings were so skimpy, and the edges on both were burnt..This is the 2nd time out of 3 trips now, that I have been dissatisfied with this sites product..Well, will now start going back to the 7th St sire in Anoka. A longer drive, but, will be getting what a paid for, and be a satisfied customer again.

    I used to love ordering from this location but the last three times we’ve ordered, it’s been terrible. It literally looks like someone was pulling the toppings off, not thoroughly cut, burnt, slices that had toppings (including sauce, cheese etc) missing, no sauce for the cheesy bread when I indicate I want the garlic butter. Definitely not the dominos we love anymore. Will not be ordering from this location anymore. I will drive to the Anoka one instead and do carry out. So sad because my husband and I typically order at least once a week or once every two weeks. Pic below is an example of one of our pizza slices and what it looked like.

    Excellent service by Ethan and team. After a not-so-pleasant experience at another Dominos, I ordered a pickup at this restaurant. I'd forgotten to specify no-cut, or clean-cut vegetarian pizzas to avoid any meat touching them. Since it was my mistake, I paid for them and ordered another two of the same. Told Ethan to give the earlier ones to someone. He didn't have to, but Ethan gave me a discount on the next two orders. Later, to my surprise, he even refunded the earlier order saying he didn't want to charge me since I wasn't going to eat them. This kind of service is what wins over customers. All my future Domino's orders are going to this restaurant, even though I have other Domino's closer to my place. The pizzas were also very well made and my family enjoyed them. Thank you, and keep up the great work, Ethan.

    It's usually pretty good, but we've gotten burned a few times. Once just a really bad pizza and then recently we got a pepperoni pizza when we were supposed to get a chicken bacon ranch, totally the wrong pizza! That was disappointing.

    Literally don't even use this store to order. Anywhere else is better than the one on 167th in Ramsey. Sorry not sorry. Long waits and slow employees. Smh (Pizza tasted ok)

    Ordered food at 7:07 on a Friday night. Had to call at 8:03 to see what the status of my order was. They told me 30-40 min. I said I order at 7:07. I understand they may be short drivers/busy, but if this is the case, do not take online orders. They’ve lost my business. So almost 2 hours for an online order? If I had known, I would have done pick up.
