Very good food and service as usual. Subway is my go-to fast food restaurant!

Tried the new sliders for the first time with mixed results. The cheese steak slider had some decent favor while the Jack and cheese was very bland. Unlike a regular Subway sandwich you only had a choice of cheese and no other veggies were placed on the slider with exception of green pepper on the cheese steak. My opinion is with the sliders you lose out on what Subway is all about by adding a healthy and tasty balance to a sandwich. For price of two sliders you can get a nice 6 inch with toppings of your choice. Don't think slider concept will work at Subway

Went into subway expecting normal fast and friendly service. Unfortunately they refused to serve me. I have a very real and serious medical condition, it’s actually unsafe for me to wear a mask. I politely told the worker such and he absolutely would not serve me. The other parties with me did have masks as they should but again I can’t wear a mask and he wouldn't serve me. Lets start with the fact that I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION he had no right not to serve me without a mask not only that but even asking what my condition is let alone not serving me over my condition is ILLEGAL and i could actually sue. Not worth a fight i refused to even raise my voice. Needless to say none of got food nor will we be returning. Awful service. Rude inconsiderate worker.

Walked into subway with friends hungry. The sandwich artist Stacy behind the counter was washing the walls behind the toaster and standing on the countertops. Instead of using the step stool she decided it was appropriate to have her bare feet where food is prepared, cooked and served. That is a food violation, unethical and unsanitary. We instantly left after commenting we don’t feel comfortable eating here. Don’t eat here feet food!!!!

Walked in and watched this lady working walking all over the counter tops where they make sandwiches. Major health code violation. Who else knows what they are do there. We left right away! Happened july 27th at 340pm.

These guys are by FAR the best subway to go to if you want it done right. The women I'm charged Teresea has a wonderfully trained and honest crew. The food looks good, they're fast but not "in a rush" like the one in Maple Grove. (Check my review) These guys get it right in a timely manner with a smile. ALWAYS a pleasure ❤❤

This is the best Subway for online ordering in the area in my humble opinion. You get what you order. If you ask for extra jalapeños or whatever, you get it. Unlike some others where if you're not there watching the sandwich be built they skimp on things. A perfect example is the Subway on Main Street in downtown Anoka. Several times I have ordered online and asked for extra of certain items only to receive some skinny, skimpy sandwich. Totally unsat! But not with this Subway. I jump in my car and drive a couple miles from my office to payronize this location rather than walking one block to the downtown Anoka Subway. Its well worth it.

Love the staff here. Definitely the best subway in the area (there 3 that I know of too). Usually everyone here is wearing masks because it’s right next to a hospital and medical specialist clinic. However, today there was a man without one that claimed he “couldn’t wear one” in line. They should have asked him to order over the phone or on the app from his vehicle if that was true. He was not asked to leave. He was also ignoring social distancing. Corporate really needs to be clear with their stance so employees have options for douches like that.

Not a big fan of cold food it's alright once or twice a year. I take a friend who can't drive there I don't eat here but maybe 2 times a year

Really need some training. The two workers were totally ignoring the online orders and then while 2 of us were waiting for our late orders, a person came in and they just put his in front.

This is my first visit to this store, it was not crowded, appropriately staffed, and the gentleman who came from the back to take my order was polite and seemed genuinely interested in helping customers. I didn't order online, because I wanted to check out the cleanliness first. It seemed pretty clean and the employee who made my sandwich was sure to not touch food and the register with the same gloves. I was out of there fairly quickly, came home, and tried my sandwich which tasted as good as I remembered.

It's clean! Service was a lacky this time but hey we all have days like that. But the 4 stars is due to the new smoked brisket. I really wanted more flavor and it just wasn't there really.

Fantastic Subway. Young sandwich artist Beth is a true artist. We wanted a steak sandwich and she suggested toasting it with peppers and onions included and it was such an amazing suggestion! Bathroom was spotless. Best Subway ever!

I went into this Subway near closing to order three foot long sandwiches. I know, awful. I felt really guilty about it, honestly. The staff here made no complaints, never seemed frustrated or annoyed, and were super friendly about it. I was in and out of there in five minutes and the sandwiches were still made well! I cannot expect this kind of service at any other Subway in the area so I was pleasantly surprised.

Subway is great. I always know what to expect when I order our "usual." I guess it has been awhile since I ordered last; imagine my surprise when my Total was nearly $50!! Three footlong subs, nothing extra, nothing crazy about the subs. A couple of cookies for each person, and one bottle of pop. That is the ONLY reason I didn't rate it higher. My go-to, fast food places should be fast, friendly, flavorful, and AFFORDABLE....or I won't be back. At least not very soon....I can't afford to!

Would've given 5 stars if the store had more staff at this location. That isn't to say the customer service provided suffered, but instead the wait was much longer than some anticipated. The 1 employee there did their very best to move from customer to customer with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude. I made sure to give that employee an extra good tip for handling a large group of hungry and frustrated customers with poise and professionalism. If this location can hire more employees like the one who served me, I would gladly change this to a 5 star review.

Been going to this subway for 10+ years. Great staff over the years, but the prices have now become out of control. I can no longer patronize when I can get the same sub for 1/2 the price (with fresher bread) within 3 miles. This Subway is literally within walking distance and now I'll be driving to other nearby Subways to save the $2-5 PER sub. Owners are clearly disconnected from their sister sites.

I ordered a foot long BMT freshness of the vegetable was not there.. maybe because was late evening?

I placed an order online. Stated it would be ready in 15 mins. 20 mins later, I walk in and they have not started my order. The only worker then disappears in the back for a few mins to prep some more veggies. All in all the service here is way way too slow and I will not be back.

My brother worked here for one day because he was sent by another subway and he said food was everywhere and molding because no one cleaned up. Everytime my family and I come here the manager is making the sandwiches, he puts WAYYY to much sauce and leaves it in a soup like texture that ruins the sandwich for me, and when I called in the hopes of getting another sandwich for the one he ruined, he just was rude and refused. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Employees were gr8, sandwiches were delicioso. Clean store, nice place.

Never got served. Tried getting the attention of staff in back room but no one came out. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come out front to make food but no one came out. This was 1 hour prior to close. I've been here before and not had that issue, but I will say their service hasn't been stellar when I have been here. (Photo is from outside after I left. I went back to see if anyone was on the line and still no one was there.)

This place gives extraordinary service as well as delicious food. One of my favourite places around here. The meals served quick and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this place.

This place is my preferred one. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The stuff is very amicable and the cooking they place on your table is so appetizing. I am always happy to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

The last time we ordered online from this location, the sandwiches we received was really smushed, soggy and terrible. A few food items that I requested with my sandwich were missing and then other items were added that I did not order. And even though I had pick up for such and such time, it's like they made the sandwiches hours early and then left them sitting out. I called them about it and the manager there originally said they would give us a refund. She said she couldn't put money back onto my card, so we had to go up there to get the money. We went up there a couple a different times, but the manager is supposedly no where to be found. And the other employees told us then that they can't give us our money back unless the manager is present. Basically given the run around now. The last time we went there, a manager was there, and now we were told that we can't get our money back at all. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from this location again. Their quality of customer service and their employees suck.

From the moment you arrive in that restaurant the stuff gives you an agreeable feeling. Very courteous stuff, it is a good place to pass time with your friends or with your date. Great cooking, skillful chef, good cost and courteous service. Warmly recommended.

Tristen and joseph killed it! I ordered 2 sandwiches exactly the same except one was the returning champion ultimate garlic brisket, the other was my other favorite the bmt. I asked if tristen wanted to wait for the other sandwich to be done toasting so he could do them at the same time since they were the same and he said hed remember what was on it. That he did! I didnt even have to repeat my order! So convenient. I cant wait for my next visit! Do whatever you can to keep tristen working here hes great

It's a Subway, and they are all pretty much the same. This one had fresh food and good service. It was a clean place. No regrets stopping at this one.
