My experience at Juno Hair with Subin was a great one. She explains each step that she does and gives advices based on her experience but no hard selling.

I don’t like how they force you guys give a five star review to get a few samples. If anything they should just have you give any review to improve. I’ll change mine to reflect honestly how I feel. I had Subin and she and the others were very nice and accommodating. I think they do hair well and the location is very luxurious. However, I wanted a specific style and length and sent her a picture of what I wanted beforehand but I got something that was much longer and looser curls. I almost feel like she just gave me the hair that was popular instead of what I wanted. I like that she didn’t push me to buy their products. It was a little pricey for a magic perm especially since basically you have to get a protective treatment along with it which is another 50% more. Overall I’ll likely try another salon.

My friend and I made last minute reservations at Juno and they were so accomodating! I absolutely love my new style that Subin created. She was wonderful and helped give me so much advice based my hair type, what was trending, and what would look good on me. I really loved my session with Subjn and recommend that everyone book with her! First time to Korea and getting a haircut here. Did a last minute booking with Subin the night before and she was able to accommodate me the next day. She was very friendly and able to recommend a suitable hairstyle for me. Also gave me tips on styling and taking care of my scalp. She was also adequately conversant in english. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Since my stay in Korea during the pandemic until now, I always return to this hair salon. Even though I don’t reside in Korea anymore. It has become a routine for me to visit this salon whenever I visit. My go to stylist is 시원 for perm and cut. Always happy and satisfied with the results! Communication in English is good and just enough to understand your needs! The salon is very convenient to reach. The quality and service provided are completely phenomenal and I would always recommend this salon to anyone I know interested in a haircut in Seoul!

Designer ParkHa(Mint) and her staff were very friendly and provided great service, including a complimentary beverage of my choice. The place was cozy and neat which allowed me to let my guard down and relax. I could tell that designer ParkHa(Mint) is an experienced professional from the way she brought to life the exact hairstyle that suits me the most. Thanks to her beautiful haircut, blow-dry and coloring along with the heartwarming hospitality from all the staff, I felt happy and completely satisfied for the rest of the day. Definitely recommend designer ParkHa(Mint) for locals and foreigners alike.

I went to Seoul for the first time and really wanted to try the Korean hair salon experience. Jae Hyuk took care of me and Subin took care of my sister. We both had a lovely time and are very pleased with the results. The staff was friendly and accommodating! I didn't really know what I wanted (mainly just to remove the split ends), and I am easy going, so I told Jae Hyuk that I trust whatever he chooses for me and I am glad that I did. He did a very good job. Thank you Jae Hyuk! Also, Jimin washed my hair and was very delicate and careful and kind. Thank you Jimin! Highly recommend it! :)

Subin truly helped me change the condition of my hair and my scalp. Not only was she very professional, she was also super friendly and caring towards me. Friendliest hairdresser I ever met, would recommend!

First time to Seoul, heard this was a popular chain from a friend and decided to give it a chance but it turned out to be a horrible experience for me. I initially came with grown out peek-a-boo hair (photo 1) and asked if they could retouch the roots and tone it to ashy blonde, they didn’t understand what I was trying to convey (granted they spoke very limited English). Most of the consultation and conversation was limited to pictures and yes’ and nos. The stylists at the desk told me they can’t get my hair to be the exact same bc the bleach would make my roots very yellow/orange and asked if I would be okay going darker (beige). I was open to the idea and agreed but I didn’t know how AWEFUL the end results would be. Instead of a seamless transition and color, I ended up with 3 very distinct colors. See photo 2. Also, since they know I’m a tourist I felt like I was up charged for my hair. My total was $465 USD (dye, color, cut, treatment) when I could’ve done the same exact thing at my local stylist for $280. I felt the process was very rushed especially with the hair cut, felt it was half heartedly done. I called to complain and they agreed to re-dye my hair but they asked me to go even darker bc they can’t fix my current hair. See photo 3. They threw in a treatment for free but it doesn’t make up for all the damage they put my hair through. Went in thinking I’ll come out with peek-a-boo blonde, ending up coming out with brown hair. I would not go back to this place.
