Hotel webside promised that we'll speak your language. Turned out, that they only speak if you speak korean, japanese or mandarine chinese. Rooms had only King size beds (good ones), loud airconditioning, dripping showerheads and big towels only for one person. Breakfast was deacent, even if you have gluten free diet (and have own bread and cereal with you). Location nearby metro station was convenient and nearby lot's of restaurants, bars, cafe's and shops.

Not bad considering the price. Free breakfast (1 guest only) and free parking space is also good.

Good hotel. Breakfast is not the best, but for this kind of hotel is very well. In bathroom have a hot tube with bubbles, but it doesn't work. Also have shower with a glass walls. It's very nice. In shower cab also have sauna functions panel, it's does not work. Generally opinion is good. Very good hotel for this money.

Rooms are clean, international breakfast meam they have toast, strawberry jam, butter and very light coffee. The massage you can order is chinese, good technic, no questions if you like some extra service, thats very relaxing. Bed a little hard but they can add a soft mat.

Very good service, staff is very Co-oprative. You will get laundry service for free for 1 shirt and 1 paint. You can take the print outs as well.

Brilliant for the travelling business person. Very comfortable rooms and facilities. Would prefer a stand alone table to work at but what was provided was great.

Not really an amazing Hotel. The mattress in the bed is very hard. The breakfast is on a very low level the coffee closer to water than a coffee. Overall the only positive thing is that the service staff is quite friendly and the location is not too bad since there are a couple of restaurants not to far away.

Room 313 kept on flooding and they said they fixed it. The room could be changed but we have to wait 2 hour. Only problem is me and my mom had plans to go touring. Despite the flooding problem and poor communication with the lobby. At least they put waters, coffee and tea can in the fridge after cleaning the room.

호텔방에 둔 돈을 도둑맞았어요 😡 방은 깨끗하고 좋았는데, 도둑호텔입니다. This Hotel is Horrible, Horrible !!! Stole my MONEY from room!!!! Mom was in a critical condition at hospital, so I did stay Aura Hotel near hospital, came from USA.( 08sept to 12 sept , 2023) My room was # 705, I didn’t use room safe box, ( that was my mistake but I totally trusted Hotel employee)I left US $ 6.000 in my travel back .of course I did Hide in bag) Guess what !!!!! Someone stole my money ( was gonna use Funeral expense!!) I hold my Room key till I checked out, who could come in my room?? I reported police and back to USA ,haven’t heard anything yet, hopefully police could catch that Thief 😡😡😡

I am from the Netherlands and the hotel staff is really kind and speak very good English. Also very helpfull. The hotel is in the center of many good restaurants and many convenience stores. Subway is 5 minutes walking. With Subway it is 40 minutes from Seoul Grandpark and 45 minutes away from big shopping area in Seoul . By Subway it is 20 minutes from Oido (sea and many authentic fish restaurants and markets . The hotel area is a safe area with live music outside in the summer. People are kind in this area. It is authentic and they can understand basic English. The hotel is also near many medical clinics and many schools and university. In front of the hotel there is a park with basketball and footvolley field and fitness outside. 5 minutes away from big departement stores (Gojan area) and 5 minutes with taxi from big indoor themepark for kids. Also you can do your laundry at 300 meters from the hotel. There are many tourist but also Korean families on holiday. The hotel is very clean. I am thankfull for the nice stay.
