Very nice hotel to rest. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The staff ar very friendly with a pleasant attitude and attentive to help you. Regarding the price, I think it is an affordable option. Yet, I do not recommend to change money here as the exchange rate at the hotel is really low, if you need money, do it at the airport.

The hotel is very busy. The rooms are good. Small but enough for a short stay. TV is there with Korean channels. A few of those show English movies. The location of the light switches could be better. The staff are helpful.

The experience with this hotel was a nightmare. The hotel supervisor Clara had clearly no professional training where she couldnt even handle a proper check-in for the guests. EXTREMELY rude, impatient and unbelievably arrogant, best part is she even claim that she 'own the hotel'. Definitely a huge disgrace to the city image of Incheon and the standard of Korean citizens. We had a group of 9 Rooms with this hotel and we even get threaten by the supervisor Clara to cancel our bookings. We do not tolerate no such nonsense and take no threats, and we immediately changed all our bookings to a much better hotel Park Marine which is only 50m away. Please do avoid this hotel at all cost unless you wish to have a taste of this brainless arrogance.

Although we only stay 1 night... very great experience to relax after a long day of tour... Bathtub- rooms for 3pax has 1 queen size and 1 single size bed.

Rooms were of average quality. Shower pressure was horrible, lights in the room always turn on randomly by themselves, TERRIBLE breakfast and horrible gym.

Great value for money. Carpet has stains and some holes, but this is not uncommon with carpets as it is not easy to fix, but otherwise everything is in good/very good condition. Staff very friendly, unfortunately a little out of the way, but as the taxis are very cheap, everything is ok

This hotel is quite ok. Spacious rooms, nice bathroom, amenities, etc. The staff speaks English. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Railway station is just a few steps from the hotel.

Typical Ramada experience. Loved it.

It was a large and well-furnished hotel room. The staff were helpful when we checked in and out. It was a little far from the airport but the taxi fare wasn't bad so it was worth the trip.

We are very happy for everything. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Close to everything. Definitely coming back
