We visited to inform about the prices of the hamam and the guy at the front desk immediately started telling us we can’t have se.x with the ladies of the hamam. What? We didn’t even say anything related to that we were just informing about the prices. This deprived man is a disgrace to his country. Make sure you do not go here. No star at all!!!! RECOMENDED NOT TO COME TO THIS HOTEL!!!! Don’t ever ever come close to this hotel. Owner was really really rude, disorganized and no customer service at all. What’s your reaction when seeing the owner scolding customers like a child? what if it happens to you!!! After reading all the bad review about the owner, damn they are right!!!! Also in one of the room, the fridge is so stinky!!!

THE WORST PLACE TO STAY!!! Please stay away from this hotel! We had a bad experience with the front desk clerks who were completely unaware of how to welcome guests. It was impossible to communicate with them due to bad English! The owner charged more money and set his own rules. He was kinda agressive, and sly. No knowledge of etiquette of communication with guests at all! They never said even Hello or Good morning. No respect to the guest! This impoliteness made our first day in Antalya spoiled!

A make shift mirage upon entering. Got charged for a breakfast that was prepared in 2 minutes. Limited cutlery, no variety of food. Bread still in crates. Only watermelon was fresh. The room appeared to be outdated and oversized furniture that felt claustrophobic. Bathroom was horrendous!!!!! Shower had reminisce of the last 500 showers on the floor(see pic below)had to shower with a had towel on the floor. Loose tap fixtures. NO mini bar fridge as advertised. A Flintstone type bed, suited for Wilma. Pool was lovely. Surrounded by dying flower beds! Reception staff: unskilled and uninformative. Room service, stained bedding wasn’t changed, and no towels in hotel. We where questioned for every request, from cleaner towels to paying for late checkout. And refusal to allow baggage storage. Bellman: nonexistent. No assistance in our checkout, to an extent a taxi driver had to assist us.

I wrote this only to advise other travelers: don't come here. there are many other hotels with reasonable prices nearby the inan beach(very nice and clean beach I must say). Before my arrival they contacted me and i asked how to get there through public transportation. But they told me the wrong route and wrong number so I ended up using taxi to get there. When I finally arrived, I asked again and the owner, Ibrahim, he laughed and said it's wrong, then went emotional and denied the message was from the hotel despite the fact that I have all the texts in my phone. My intention was to know how to get around here but yet he was too impatient to provide information. In my opinion you could have various ways to provide information if you don't want to spend time on your guests. You could have trained the other staffs to provide them or even do some digital work.
