This the worst so called 5 stars hotel we ever been. There a long way to the beach. The food is just catostrofal, same all the time, not tasty, and absolutely not like a 5 stars hotel, you must to wait a long time to get your food, they use for this covid matters. The staff is just so unproffesional, they do not have any communication with the guests, they do not any will must of them, they are tired, not enought and they do not have any idea how to work with guests. Avoid please if you don't want just to waste your money and distroy your holiday!

Fantastic value for money. Excellent service. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely wants to give great service. Comfortable chairs in the lobby, plenty of sunbeds, several pools and slides. Bars and food are available over the hotel and grounds. They have an amphitheatre for entertainment in the summer, but in the conference room during autumn and winter. The conference room is ok for singers but only adequate for visiting dance groups as lighting and visibility is poor. Plenty of choice in the restaurant and there are a few a la cartes available. Rooms are clean and modern.

I stayed here back in September 2020 with my partner and 4 children aged between 3-15. This was our first ever family holiday, so didn't know what to expect. CHECK IN.... Quite and easy check in, staff were polite and friendly. We were shown to our rooms and our suitcases were brought to our rooms for us. The hotel was kept clean and tidy throughout. ROOMS .. Nice size standard double room with tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge which is topped up daily. There are toiletries provided in the bathroom aswel as a hair dryer. Clean towels and daily room cleaning is provided every day. FOOD AND DRINK... Could not fault any of the food, very good selection of food in the buffet restaurant and outside BBQ , there was a different theme every day. Pool bar food was really nice, pizza, burgers, kababs , chips etc. There was hot and cold drinks including bottled water provided at the buffet and pool side bars. Let's not forget the ice-cream kiosk for the children. POOLS... A good selection of pools with or without waterslides for children and adults of all ages. Towel cards are provided to each person for fresh towels. ENTERTAINMENT... The entertainment was really good and the children loved the mini disco. LOCATION... Hotel has its own private beach. There are plenty of shops as soon as you walk out the hotel, the prices are very reasonable but the shop keepers put you under a lot of pressure to look in there shops. The hotel is only about a 20 minute drive from the airport. OVERALL.... We all had a fantastic time for our first experience abroad on holiday. I would definitely return to this hotel. Not forgetting to mention that the management came round to every single person and extended the check out time for free on the day of going home.

After reading other good online reviews, we chose this hotel for a last-minute break, and we were not disappointed. Transfer time from Antalya airport was around 25 minutes by coach. The staff met us from the coach and checked us straight in and got our bags to the room swiftly. All through our stay, they really tried hard to make sure we were happy and genuinely care about guests. They have staff checking regularly to see if there are any problems or anything else you require. The hotel offers food and drinks for anyone who needs around the clock. Offering a very large good quality and varied buffet and various snacks at bars around the hotel and grounds. There is no waiting for service at any of these. Ample sun lounges at the private beach and numerous pools which at many hotels there's a big problem with this and I've noticed is allways commented on in reviews. To keep brief, the hotel has numerous pools, a small water park with a separate toddler pool with slides and rides. Indoor pool and spa. Numerous food outlets and bars and restaurants with plentiful supplies. The hotel also has a small fun fair, private beach with shelters and a pier with a bar and water sports. Daily activities plus tennis courts, football, small crazy golf, and plenty of others I've missed. We had a very large family room that was stocked with toiletries daily as well as the fridge, which was also stocked with beer soft drinks and water. The only slight issue we had was that the beds were quite hard!

For me and the wife it was a great end of season trip, last bit of sun, not busy at all, no kids with us and very few at the hotel, perfect for a Victor meldrew like me. Staff were all great, very helpful and not a single issue either any of them. Will pop back again when cheap deals appear online.

Fantastic hotel. I have nothing to say other than AC was not working properly in room 211. Luckily it wasn’t too hot when we travelled. Will need to be sorted before the busy summer season kicks in.

Fantastic, amazing variety off food caters fall all, from local cuisine to vegetarian to European to British its all there. Constant cleaning staff all friendly and the staff work hard. My first all inclusive and trip to Turkey give it a go just brilliant

The star of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff, every single member of staff we encountered during our 14 night stay was exceptional, friendly, hard working and made our stay enjoyable. Rooms We started our stay in a standard double room. The room was quite small based on other hotels in Turkey but it was clean and comfortable. There was a large double, single and a camp bed for the 4 of us. There was quite a bit of room for clothes but it was challenging finding somewhere to store our empty cases. We did have an issue with the sliding balcony door on the 2nd day. The door kept sticking as the seal was coming loose. This sage continued for 4 days with the very attentive maintenance team coming to fix it then the same thing happened. We reported this again on the 6th day and we were immediately upgraded to a larger family room on the 8th floor. This was amazing with 2 single beds downstairs and a double bed up stairs on a mezzanine floor, I would definitely recommend booking this room Food and Drinks We really enjoyed the food. Yes it can be quite similar but there is always some variation. The outside area at night always had amazing Kebabs, steak, lamb cooked in front of you. The beach bar was also quite nice for lunch but not a great deal of choice. Our criticism for the food was the pasta was always a bit bland. Other Turkey hotels we have visited always have great pasta choice but this was slightly disappointing but not a major issue. A-la-carte We managed to book 4 visits during our 2 weeks stay. Book from guest services who are brilliant Steak – best of the lot, definitely recommend booking this one, great service too Italian – really good food Turkish – disappointing and not very enjoyable Fish – didn’t book Pools We spent most of our time by the relax/quiet pool which was lovely. The waiter (Ibrahim) is amazing and never stops. He walks around the pool all day offering people drinks and delivering them to you. The other pools were quite hectic. The pool with the slides has loud music most of the day, great fun in small doses. The larger pool is really busy. We did sit round there 1 day and once again the waiters never stop bringing round drink after drink (Manny). There is also people cycling around brining food (burgers, hotdogs, pizza) and twice a day there is a ice cream scooter which is full of lollies which comes straight to where you are sitting Shopping There are a few within walking distance. Outside the hotel and turn right there is a small shpping mall and a bar. The bar is quite expensive but has live football. There is another larger mall about 15 mins away if you turn left out of the hotel. You can keep walking for loads more choice. You can hire a 3 person scooter for 15 euros for an hour which is great fun and allows you to see further down the strip Guest services This is quite unique, they walk around the hotel all day asking staff if they are ok, how is the food, room, service? Anything we can help you with….They really do this day after day and sometimes they can ask you a few times in a day. So if you have an issue they report it and get it sorted Fairground Open 6 days a week from 7pm – 9pm (closed Saturday) quite small with Dodgems, big wheel, pirate ship and kids ride but you can go on as long and as often as you want for free. Staff As mentioned they are all brilliant and really take care of you. Reception staff are welcoming and helpful. Restaurant, bar and waiters never stop. Kitchen staff keep cooking and replenishing the food. Cleaning team are always around. They really know how to make your holiday and run around after you all day. A little tip goes a long way and they really appreciate it too Evening Entertainment was quite poor and no where near as good as other hotels. Rambo is amazing! So overall a nice hotel with some very unique features that we haven’t experienced in Turkey. Great value for money considering quite a few of the hotels in Turkey have significantly increased their prices over the last few years

We just came back today from a 10 day all inclusive holiday and it was fabulous. The hotel is really lovely. It's a massive resort with lots of bars dotted over the complex. We had a beautiful sea view room with a massive balcony which had a jacuzzi, the kids loved this & had baths each evening after the day of swimming. They have 2 smaller kids pools, one has a giant paddling pool with water slides and it's brilliant. We didn't use the kids club so I can't really comment on this much, but it's because our son is too young (3yrs) to attend & our daughter is 10. It just wasn't quite right for her, as it seemed more younger kids went (between 4-7 roughly). They did have activities for teenagers, but she isn't old enough, so it's more about her and her current age, this isnt meant to be taken as a negative comment. The sea is just a short walk and it's lovely, the sea was so warm. Plenty of water activities but we just didn't do any, we were happy to have a swim in the sea and play in the sand near the water. The drinks are great, no grumbles and it includes processco. The food was fantastic, so much to choose from and they always had the usual chips/nuggets/burgers/plain pasta for the kids. We enjoyed the food and it's pretty much available all day. They have ice creams, waffles and lollipops in the day all included (my kids absolutely loved this). They also have a small fun fair with Ferris wheel, bumper cars, small rides which is a nice touch and also included. The staff are very friendly, they couldn't do more to help. My daughter turned 10 while we were there and they decorated our room and gave her a bunch of flowers. They also decorated a table in the restaurant and gave her a small cake, it was very special and my daughter was very happy. Thank you Mammy and to all the staff who helped. This is a great place for families. Everything is onsite, no need to leave the resort. What could make it even better: A regular evening kids disco for kids of all ages and what I mean is just music the kids can dance to for an hour. They did have kids club, but this was mainly for the smaller ones following dance routines on stage. It would have been great if the kids had a chance to have a dance to current music and get the parents up to dance with the kids. More umbrellas/parasols by the kids pools or install more overhead shelter. Displaying a full list of weekly activities and evening events. The hotel do display what is on for the next night, but it isn't shown before the night before so you can't really plan what you want to do in advance alongside trips. I would have loved to see an itinerary of the evenings so we could plan our days around what was on at the hotel (pick which nights the kids can stay up super late and days we could have an earlier night). The main shows don't start until 9:30/9:45PM which is quite late for smaller kids who have been up since early morning (my son is 3 and he struggled to stay up). Take your own blow up floats, they charge an absolute fortune! We got stung, the market across from the hotel wanted to charge us €50 for 2 small floats. I bartered down to €30 but I would have preferred to leave with nothing but they had already blown them up. Nothing had prices on and we got distracted as they gave the kids 'free' gifts as we walked in and should have asked about price beforehand. The taxi which runs from the hotel also overcharged by quite a bit. The cost to go into Antalya city from a taxi called to the hotel was €30, but we decided to get our own taxi back and it cost €17. Apparently this overcharged price happens to all the hotels due to licensing, not sure but it's not just this hotel. This comment is more our personal preference than a negative. Although they have everything onsite, my husband and I missed being able to take a walk outside of the hotel and wander into shops, pop into different bars and restaurants, this is something we enjoy doing and to break up the time at hotels. There isn't much outside of the resort within walking distance except for shops/malls.

The best summer holiday we ever had with my family. We’ve been in Spain,Italy,Greece and Bulgaria but this hotel gives you the full package:cleanest rooms,most polite staff,amazing food, just no words to describe how happy we are. Expect us next summer again!!!!

The holiday was great from start to finish. The staff tried there best they could to make our holiday something really special. A special thank you to the man which works at the funfair, making sure my little girl got on all the rides and had lots of fun, man on reservations for restaurants and man who was on reception when we arrived 27th April who went beyond his role to make us welcome and changed our room when we had a small problem with the first room we had. The room we had was amazing with great view of the sea and swimming pool, the room was cleaned each day to an high standard with mini bar topped up for free each day. The swimming pool were crowded and trouble getting sun loungers, but the hotel had lots staying there the week we were there, mostly with children which they could not help. There were also space near the two quite pools but ones for children were full each day. We ourselves preferred to go to the hotels private beach each day. The beach was really nice and there was a bar near the beach and one on the pier. The staff also came round offering drinks to loungers and came round each day with food and ice cream. There was waterworks on the beach but we thought this to be expensive. The food and drink at the hotel were of a hight standard and most drinks were included in the all inclusive deal, included a wide range of cocktails for both adults and children. These were pool bars, beach bar and other restaurants which were included in the all inclusive deal. The public bus stopped near the hotel which took us cheaply into the city of Antalya. The kids club and entertainment were good which included bingo, live music, dance troops, form party, hotel party nights and more. There was a gym at the hotel and shops but found shops cheaper away from the hotel nearby. The fairground at the hotel was great for young children, and the man who opened it each night was brilliant with my little girl. The staff were the best part of the hotel and really tried their best to make your experience as good as they could. All three of us really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day.

All the staff were super amazing friendly and very professional. They sorted out plugs , sockets and laundry without any hesitation. They were willing to do anything to make our stay comfortable. A staff member called ozay was especially very helpful.

This hotel is unbelievable we came home last night 4 nov after a fantastic family holiday .First class food the choice was unbelievable and the Staff well nothing was too much for them honesty. Thank you all for our kindness.and great service.

Stayed for 7 nights late Oct 22. Great hotel, super friendly staff, only 15 mins from the airport. Food - incredible selection, quality & choice (you won't go hungry!) Several a la carte restaurants - we visited the steak restaurant which was nice and a change from the ai buffet. Clean, spacious rooms - we had a jacuzzi terrace room which was excellent. Choice of several pools and right on the beach, no rush for sunbeds in the morning as there were plenty. Great animation team who don't pester you to get involved if you don't want to. Lobby bar area was beautiful and we spent every evening in this area. Only tiny improvement we'd suggest is to supply future guests with thicker bath towels, beach towels & bed sheets! But all in all a fantastic hotel which is down to the hard working staff. Excellent value for money & would definitely return.

Great hotel everybody catered for food wise, pool areas excellent, all inclusive package was very good. All the staff whether it be cleaners to management nothing was too much trouble special thanks to hibrahim looked after us very well. A la carte steak night was amazing.

The service we received from this hotel was fantastic. It's not you're average luxury hotel but we were pleased with the service and how hard the staff work to ensure customer satisfaction. I would recommend this hotel for families and elderly groups.

My friends and I had a holiday in Saturn Palace Resort at the beginning of October. And it was a magical holiday thanks to the resort. All the facilities were clean and were cleaned many times during the day. A great variety of fresh and delicious products, amazing dishes and snacks. Friendly staff (Ibrahim Develi) was very attentive and tried to help with every inquiry, question and wish. I highly recommend this hotel for families with kids but also couples.

Sitting in the lobby about to leave after a fantastic 2 weeks. We we're worried about entertainment as we have a 20 year old. Yes the entertainment is of average BUT, the resort in my opinion, is aimed for young families and I'll be totally honest, the complex certainly delivers 100%. From the General Manager, Hospitality & ALL the waitters/waitresses, the guys on roller skates & bar staff, you guys work dam hard to make memories and to make sure you're enjoying your holiday with no issues. If there issues which im sure there's not many, guest relations are all over it to rectify. We we as a family of 3 thank you for ALL your hard work. You guys as a team are outstanding, stay safe & we'll hopefully met you all again in the future, Sandy, Lisa & Amy, you gave us a very memorable holiday for sure.

Day time is fantastic.. night time is very poor.... Entertainment is around the pools making it hard for children, not enough seats for the size of the hotel, lack of bars open as they close them on the evenings. They have a hand full of staff working round asking people if they want a drink, expect 1 drink per every 2 hours. Disgusting at the evening, good through the day. It seems as though they are trying to limit people (adults and children) drinking

Overall great experience and stay at this hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful including the waiters, waitresses and management. Hakan and the guest relations manager were extremely helpful in assisting me with baby milk for my 1yr old this was complementary from the hotel. Huge variety of food and drink which is a bonus, the pools were great and there was plenty to do at the hotel. Thank you.

I stayed at the resort for 1 week. I would have hoped to give the experience a higher rating, however I was shocked to find how rude the bartender in the reception bar was to guests. After a couple of incidents with this individual we avoided this bar altogether during our stay. The food overall was of good quality, and the vast majority of staff polite and helpful. We booked a room with a balcony jacuzzi which was a nice addition.

Love this place. One of the smaller hotels bit you won't find staff like theirs anywhere. You really are treated special. Brilliant splash park for the children and a few bigger slides for the older children. Plenty of games throughout the day and the kids club is really good. Will definatly be visiting for a 3rd time

Love hotel, clean, tidy, not over crowded, plenty of bars and food options throughout the day and night. Good buffet selection and variety of extras in the cook to order grill and other options outside. Staff work hard and are always on hand and polite, a variety of activities during the day to do. The hotel is not really near anything (apart from other hotels), so hard to pop out etc

Great service in this hotel, staff work very hard and no question is too much. Room was fine, unfortunately a bit noisy in the part where we stayed. Food was delicious, lots of choice and variety every day. Beach + Swimming pool were very nice, lovely beds and if you want something to drink they bring it super fast. We will definitely go back!

High quality food and drinks. Natural orange juice in the morning, excelent grill in the evening. High variety of cookies with very good taste. Doner, pasta wok each evening. Snack bar with shaorma, pizza, french fries, salad, etc. The beach is nice, the staff is great. Perfect cleaning. Nothing to complain.

Food was very poor quality .. nothing to choose from. A lot of deep fried food (( We had all the time digestion problems. Plus beach was super dirty , I understand guests can be pigs , but there should be someone cleaning the beach all the time from plastic

Oh my days! Where do we start came as group of girls and couple of kids what an amazing place this is super friendly thanks Hakan ! Super clean super food so much variety and service with a smile waiters are fast and ask what we need eg drinks etc outside space kids pools amazing lovely nature and the beach is tranquil we loved our stay now sad to go until next time! Highly recommend the jacuzzi rooms wow! Lovely people to talk to this really is a true palace you must visit ! Well done saturn palace
