Very Bad!!! It’s The worst summer vacation I spent in this hotel! 1- First, the hotel was full of disorderly Jews, screaming as if the place was for them only. They made a lot of noise and chaos in the hotel . 2- The food is very bad, full of oils and fats, and the same food does not change. It is distributed in all sections without diversity. The fish is very bad, and the drinks are bad. I advise everyone with all my heart. If anyone wants to relax and have delicious food, let him escape from this hotel. And I will not forget the poor cleaning of the rooms!! This is my review from my personal experience!

It is a nice and big hotel, With proper facilities and service. The number and space of the pools is sufficient. There are 3 slides for more fun.. The private beach is also very enjoyable.. The food, especially the snack bar, could be better. Of course, I went when it was a WOW hotel..I don't know what changes the service has made..

A lovely complex , it's huge ! the pool is fantastic and again huge. food in the main restaurant is very good quality and massive range to suit all tastes. all the staff I've encountered are professional and happy to help. our housekeeper is a delight in block 5000's a lovely smile every day ! we don't have kids with us but they are very well catered for. plenty bars to choose from all serving top shelf alcohol , soft drinks and cocktails , recommend upstairs in reception , the bar lady is brilliant and the rose sangria is recommended as are all the cocktails. been here a week and it's above expectations ! don't hesitate to book and enjoy !

I was excited to spend 2 weeks here with my family. First day into my vacation and it sucks. Employees are very rude here, they think that customers owe them something, and they are giving attitude. The room that I checked in was dirty, the floor was filthy, and a cockroach was spotted in the lobby. They great you with a non alcoholic champagne, which I get it, not everyone drinks but there should be some options. They don’t even have regular milk for kids, even though it’s a “ kid-friendly” resort as they claim, you also won’t be able to take any food from the dining areas for your kids who might have missed breakfast /lunch/dinner, which is very unaccommodating for me, there are different circumstances when kids just can’t come out to eat. Very mediocre place and for this money you can definitely find something better. My family and I won’t be returning. Edit to respond to the owner’s response: thank you for bringing it up to your upper management. A couple of things to clarify: 1. We have not left yet and staying at the facility for another 10 days. 2. If you read my review carefully, it doesn’t say that you have “no milk”, it says you don’t have regular milk. You offer semi skim milk, which is not a good option for toddlers. I asked the staff about it and all options they had were semi skim milk and lactose free milk, babies and toddlers should consume whole milk. 3. It is great that you train your staff, but 900 people could be difficult to manage each personally, the interaction that I had with a couple of employees was not handled properly, in my opinion.

I’ve seen lots of negative comments on here which I find hard to understand. We’ve just returned from a week at this hotel and found it to be superb. The staff are incredibly hard working and helpful. The food has a huge variety, there’s something for everyone. The one downside is it can be busy and hard to find a table but a little patience and you’ll be fine. Drinks are great, the pool is large. It’s worth walking down to the pool first thing and putting your towel on a sunlounger, seems to be the norm here. Again, if people want to moan about that then crack on but life’s too short and some people will moan about anything! My son enjoyed the water slides and the beach is a 2 minute walk through the resort. Overall it’s a lovely hotel and we had a great time.

We were six days at the hotel and enjoyed every moment. Plenty of food, drink, alcohol, treats, ice creams. All included extra. Excellent performances. The hotel is amazingly clean. The room we got (superior type) is very big and clean. Wonderful sports activities. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The entertainment team was excellent. I have two comments that I hope you will take into consideration: 1. The acoustics in the rooms are bad. The door is not soundproof, so anyone who walks outside the door and speaks (not even yelling) is heard as if he were inside the room. The doorbell is also awfully loud. If someone rang the doorbell of the next room, we were sure it was ours and jumped out of bed in a panic. The room door is very heavy and slams hard with a horrible noise that shakes the room. It is also very dangerous and can easily close on a finger. (Happened). 2. Fifteen minutes before the dining room closes, the workers start emptying the food stands, start tidying up. It creates a very stressful and unpleasant feeling. You can wait another 15 minutes. It's not pleasant. You feel like you're in a race to get food before you pick up everything.

Not worth all the fanfare, I gave it a shot twice and was disappointed in both. The food is just regular food nothing outstanding . The buffet closes before the announced time. So loud in the dining area with staff collecting plates without asking and food wasted like anything because people are worried the buffet closes before they finish. The pool area has cheap entertainment also full of under 5 years old kids who have limited activities. So if you want to relax then this is not your place. If you have teenagers then go somewhere else , if you complain then the general manager will get secretly involved and you will regret it because he will manipulate you and u end up feeling guilty and he might even lead you to get angrier so u can leave the place feeling horrible. Try it and you wont regret it or just ask the industry people they know his tactics. The rooms are updated but low on many safety aspects. Beach is good but your seat will be taken if you go to the shower as there are no enough seats . Towels will get lost if not stolen so careful. Internet gets the job done. Overall night entertainment is on the low cheap level. Welcome to Sultanahmet noises …drinks?? Better bring your own bottle and u will thank me.

Fab large hotel with very good facilities and lots of fresh food and top shelf shorts to drink. Very friendly staff from maids to hotel staff to the engaging entertainment staff. The hotel was exceptionally clean it was slightly out of season so not so busy. Our whole group would recommend this hotel and would love to return one day.

the service at the reception desk is not good at all, they are not smiling at all, the answer for every request is NO. they are not listing at all. they are basically very rude mainly the Russian workers. we booked 2 rooms adjacent to each other as family and in the check in they gave us to far rooms for disables guest. in the last day we asked for late check out after 30 minutes of arguments in between front desk and guest relationship they approved it till 1700. when we came at 1700 they said no one approved it and you should pay 120 euros, 20 euros per hour. they speak to you very arrogantly with out any sympathy , when Russian guest are coming immediately they are smiling. i recommend the Hotel management to recruit Turkish origin workers at the front desk they have much better hospitality attitude. these incidents left us us with very bad taste from this hotel

There are numerous aspects I could discuss about this hotel, but I would like to highlight the exceptional staff working at the restaurants. They are remarkably polite and provide excellent service. In particular, I would like to mention Eray, who was consistently friendly and attentive. The hotel is an excellent choice for a week-long stay, although staying for longer might lead to boredom. The entertainment options are fantastic, but my only minor complaint is that in case of unfavorable weather, there is no suitable covered area for the shows. The pool water was clean and enjoyable. However, I had higher expectations for the beach. Overall, I am content with my decision to stay at this hotel.

Really loved it. The only downfall was that some of the staff didn't even speak English or Turkish. İt was mostly Russian to be able to cater to the crowd. Food was too over the top tbh. And people wasted so much food. I enjoyed the non-alcoholic drinks. And staff was super helpful in providing baby cribs for us. The resort itself is very nice, but I probably wouldn't go again as I'd look for something a bit more conservative.

We recently had a 3 night stay. A wonderful experience and a very large resort. Some of the restaurants and entertainments were closed due to being out of season but I can imagine in season the resort would be a great place to stay. Fatima from guest relations is fantastic. Any issues or requests she was always happy to help. A wonderful lady who treats her customers with so much love.

One of the best resorts in Antalya, with large territory and compact, lots of Food and beverage outlets with a huge variety of food and drinks with high quality. Very polite and helpful staff . Large Swimming pool , separate one for children with beautiful kids slides. Aqua park looks very nice however I didn’t use it . One of the best beaches that I have visited . Sun beds are available and never faced a problem to find empty one although hotel was full. Sea was just amazing. Good night entertainment. Recommend this hotel for families/couples and even solo travelers .

Definitely not a Five Star resort. There is a big difference between this and other resorts in the area, but the resort is large and has many amenities. Location is right on the beach facing the Mediterranean Sea. The grand buffet is really amazing with lots of food options to choose from. The staff is friendly. I gave it four stars for the following reasons: - Rooms are updated but looks cheap - Bathrooms, especially showers are old - nightly programs are ok but not that much fun. Mostly music Overall, we had a nice experience for the money we paid, but most likely will stay at a real Five Star resort and pay a little more.

Very large and equipped resort with lots to do and see, huge pool area and buffet with lots of options. Not the best of beaches as I’ve been to much better beaches in Turkey but the pool area does make up for it. The rooms are modern and a decent size but the bathroom is fairly small. The taxis from the hotel will try to charge stupid rates for local trips but do try and make them use the meter if possible as it’ll be a much fairer price.

Stayed here and the resort itself is nice with mediocre food. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were lovely and were very helpful. The actual receptionists lack general customer service skills and make promises they can't keep. We stayed here for 7 days and since arriving we chased an invoice every single day for the payment that was made for the rooms. Every morning they promised the next day till we left and then promised they'd email this over. 3 days later and still no invoices received. If quality service and luxury living is anything to go by I'd be going to one of the better competitors. I'd be happy to remove this poor review if the comments are addressed and rectified.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of May for 5 nights, a family of four people. The hotel is extraordinary with the best value for money. it is located right on the beach and rather far from all major hotels and only 20 minutes from the airport. The kids had a blast with the slides and the swimming pools. The shows at night were magnificent. The staff of the rooms were very nice and helpfull. I would like to emphasize the hotel manager Olga and her colleague Fatima that were extra helpful in solving a little issue with the checkout.the rooms are all newly renovated and clean. this hotel has all tha facilities you need and more.Food was great as well with large variety of all kinds, seefood was missing though.Go ahead and book it! you will not be disappointed.

Great holiday break with family! Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food, facilities, and service was amazing. Local antalya bazaar near by too. Just one thing to point out, hotel should consider swapping drinking glasses to plastic cups as there were occasions where there were smash near bar, restaurants and near pool. Other than that brilliant place for family. Will definitely come back! 👍

I would NOT call this hotel as 5*! Be careful with the food and do not consume dairy products there. We went as a group of four, and three people, who ate yogurt for breakfast got intestinal virus. The doctor is awful at this hotel, you just pay 30€ and then he comes and tells that you need to go to the hospital without even checking anything, so I even had to teach him how to do the check-up for babies, but he still didn’t see/ catch the issue, which I am dealing with now. The guest service only wished us to “get better” and no further action was made to the kitchen. The service isn’t good there too, I gave it 2 stars just for the room cleaning (the ladies were nice and pleasant) the rest of the staff is not friendly and give you the attitude like you stay at the hotel for free.

This is one of the most amazing hotels in the world!! Everything was perfect! We were lucky to spend a week here and loved every minute of it! The pools are fantastic, the restaurants are stunning, the rooms are elegant and comfortable and the sea is unforgettable! But the most touching was that every minute of every day, everyone worked to make us feel really happy! We are extremely grateful to all the staff at Swandor Palace for their kindness and helpfulness! It was the most amazing and beautiful week of our lives! Thank you all! ❤️❤️❤️

Stayed here for a week with my wife and 2 kids. Service was excellent, my eldest loved the waterslides and the food was to die for - my only criticism is that you can't get food during the day apart from at the "snack restaurant" and you can't take it out to the pool or beach. Maybe fruit and snacks other than nuts at the bars? Other than that it was perfect.

All inclusive resort. Very good for families with kids. Not for couples or elderly people. Ample food, medium quality. Ample alcohol of good quality. Very poor housekeeping and maintenance. Expensive extras and shops compared with nearby bazaars. Kids activities are wonderful. Most staff is seasonal and non-professional, but with a lot of commitment. Rooms at building number 4, rooms ending with 18-39 are all facing the service entrance of next door hotel and a huge generator…. Night meals, mainly for very early check out - are of lower qualities. All in all- highly recommended

Very close to the airport, varied facilities, great food, excellent service in the restaurant and bars. Would have been a marvellous experience if not for the cons: awful, awful mattresses - not only are they worn out and extremely uncomfortable, but they also creak when you turn to the other side, and quite loudly- just loud enough to wake up anyone sleeping next to you. Another huge minus are the flies who are flying right above the food and actually landing on it. If you are travelling with a baby, be informed that there is no canned baby food available in the restaurant- in any hotel I’ve been so far, there was always at least some variety of canned baby food, and also baby yogurts etc. The hotel staff solved this issue by improvising a ‘baby corner’ with mashed vegetables when I requested at least something to be able to feed to a 8month old baby, but I didn’t expect that a hotel of this level would not have canned baby food. The detailed minuses described did not prevent us to enjoy the holiday nevertheless, as everything else was enjoyable.

We spent 8 nights during August. A family of 5: 3 adults 3 kids and honestly it exceeded our expectations. - food: there is a very wide variety of food, and different restaurants at different times. Most dishes are repeated everyday yet there are other daily dishes. The food is good, there's something for everyone. The desserts are not the best though. - drinks: open drinks 24/7 - rooms: clean, organized and nice rooms. But the beds and pillows are not very comfortable. - entertainment: we all enjoyed the activities and shows, everyday is different than the other - kids club: my daughters absolutely loved going to the kids club everyday, especially with the crafts and games going on daily. The staff is amazing, helpful and very friendly. All in all our experience at swandor was a 10/10, if you're looking for recommendations here's one.

We stayed in mid-September for four nights/five days. I give all the recommendations for Resort. It can be seen that everything is somewhat older, but it is quite well-groomed. There are some minor culverts such as unstuck floor molding, sometimes you can smell the smell from the drain and for two days in a row the floor was wiped with a stale cloth, so the stench in the room was felt, but when the maid changed, the problem was no longer existed. For me, this was my first vacation to a resort in Turkey, and I consider that type of vacation ideal for families with small children. The team in charge of entertainment is active and dedicated to guests from the morning hours. A really rich offer as far as entertainment is concerned for every taste; Volleyball, billiards, aquatic fitness, yoga, clubs, concerts... especially worked hard for smaller children; The staff of the playroom would be especially praised. This part is ideal for preschool children. As for food, I didn't find any complaints. The statements from previous reviews cannot understand; I wonder what those people who complain eat at home!? And that they serve the same all the time, there is such a large selection of hot and cold dishes, desserts and fruit that you have something different to eat for the whole month every day. The main restaurant is tidy and the staff is very friendly. The central bar where cocktails serve throughout the day is great. Here I recommend that you let the cocktail masters make you cocktails according to their wishes, literally "surprise me" and you will get real little masterpieces and it will do everything for you with a lot of enthusiasm. As for the profile of the guests, it is all more or less middle to high middle class. But those same guests, if they learned to behave, would all be a much better experience. some of the nastiness I've seen; woman changing diaper of the pooped baby and then puts that open diaper on the table for drinks/snacks, a piece of half a slice of pizza left on a clean set table, people load themselves into a plate of food who can carry it for five people and then they don't eat it, They throw puffs and garbage everywhere even though there are waste bins at every turn. All in all, we will come back because we know what we will get for the money invested and we were satisfied with that

This hotel is stunning and very similar in looks to the iconic Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. Our travel provider gave our family a standard room and couldnt amend the booking, to our relief when we arrived BERK at RECEPTION greeted us with such a warm and kind welcome we were put at ease. He kindly upgraded our room to make our stay more enjoyable. It has made our trip so much easier having a separate room for our baby and not all crammed in one room. The FOOD here is delicious and always lots of variety. The restaurant staff are always so pleasant and willing to help and generally very friendly. The kids club is fun and lots to do but staff could be a little more engaging with the children. Some of the toys in the park at the kids club are a bit run down, but other than that nothing to say. A lovely enjoyable stay, thanks again to dear Berk who helped out our family ❤️ I must mention HOUSEKEEPING who was EXCELLENT! They were so kind and helpful, would always go the extra mile. Our room was always fresh, clean and restocked everyday.

Except food everything is great. I am really disappointed that they have so many choices of food in buffet, but nothing is tasty except pizza, but how much pizza one can have. It was very sad to see people waist so much food. Instead of buffet at least at lunch and dinner please put menu down so food is not thrown away!!!

An outstanding experience! My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of celebrating her birthday at this remarkable hotel, and to say that it exceeded all our expectations would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel's grandeur and the array of fantastic amenities it offered. The hotel boasts an impressive and expansive pool that spans the entire property, ensuring a spacious and uncrowded experience for all guests. The water slides and playgrounds were perfect for families with children, providing endless hours of fun and laughter. The presence of an amphitheater added a touch of charm, and we enjoyed a few relaxing moments there. One of the highlights for us was the refreshment stand, offering a delightful variety of drinks, from ice-cold flavored water to sweet and spicy concoctions at the bar. The patisserie was a treat, and their excellent ice cream made for the perfect indulgence on a hot day. The dining experience was simply outstanding. The vast dining room offered a mouthwatering variety of cuisines, leaving no room for hunger. We savored every bite and appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes. The private beach was truly stunning, leaving us in awe of its beauty. The hotel's efforts to provide a range of sporting facilities, including soccer, tennis, volleyball, and ping pong, made sure there was never a dull moment. The pool activities were a blast, ranging from lively water polo games to energizing Zumba and spinning sessions in the water. What truly made our stay extraordinary was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were attentive, warm, and genuinely made us feel at home. It was the first time we experienced so much fun and excitement within a hotel that we didn't even feel the need to explore the surrounding area. As a couple, we were looking forward to a memorable birthday party. To our excitement, we discovered the hotel had two amazing clubs. "Kube," opening at 11:30 pm, offered excellent music, and we had a blast dancing the night away at "Xone" during their party night. The only aspect that left me slightly disappointed was that the hotel didn't any special treatment or gestures on her my girlfriend birthday, despite me mentioning it in the notes before our trip. Although they assured us it would be taken care of, we didn't even receive a cake, the smallest symbolic gesture, only a happy birthday wish on WhatsApp. Nonetheless, it was a minor setback in an otherwise outstanding experience. In conclusion, our time at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The multitude of amenities and activities, along with the exceptional service, made it a dreamy escape. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing yet exciting vacation spot. Whether you're a couple seeking romance or a family in search of fun-filled moments, this hotel promises an extraordinary experience that will linger in your memories for years to come.

Genuinely lovely place and all round experience. We stayed for 8 nights, which is probably enough, as the food although extensive was repetitive after a week. The staff made this place, they couldn't have been nicer. The hotel visually is amazing, the pool was massive, the shows were good and everything was very well kept. You need to visit the tower bar just before sunset, it has brilliant views. Would go again for sure

Nice hotel, very clean. Food really good but repetitive. Bar staff were brilliant and made any cocktails you could ask or describe to make. Late check out area are OK and makes a late flight enjoyable on your last day. Plenty of space around the pool which is very large. Slides look fun for young and old. Location is poor and it is not advisable to go walking outside the hotel as it is severed only by a busy road. Taxis are easily got. The shop in the foyer is strange. No prices but can get hold of mostly anything. I paid 200 lira (£10) for some paracetamol. Overall a good hotel but wouldn't rush back.

Came here for 5 nights with family, and I must say we had a great time. Its absolutely fantastic for kids, so many pools, play area, loved all the drinks, food is good, would definitely recommend to other people. We had a great time. Some areas of improvement for me would be: Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear conversations outside and if you have a garden view room, you will most likely hear the entertainment from your balcony which when you have young kids trying to sleep in the daytime, is not great. Food is good overall but quite repetitive. Excellent options and loads of choice but could do with different restaurants that do not serve buffet food. Buffet causes a lot of food waste, gets repetitive and you find yourself eating for the sake of it. Staff are quite rude on reception and unhelpful. We struggled to exchange currency and the man on reception was really quite unhelpful and dismissive. Otherwise, very good hotel.

The hotel is a good 4-star plus, just below 5 stars. Would I come again with two children and my wife? Absolutely!! The hotel has many positive points and my holiday was excellent, but it also has room for improvement! I will say this though if you are thinking of booking here or have already booked your holiday, then you will get excellent value for money, it’s down to personal experience and I still enjoyed it so I’m not disappointed and left with awesome memories. Must mention the new private pavilions for hire at 130euro for a family of four are brilliant and excellent value for money.

Wonderful hotel and great atmosphere. Visited last week and had a great time. Couldn't fault anything to be fair. Huge surroundings and plenty of activities to do. Restaurants were great with immense choice of food all day. Evening entertainment was good also. Beach at the doorstep do what more could we ask for. Phoned for an iron and it was sent straight away. Definitely worth the money so would recommend it to anyone.

A great hotel! Rooms are clean, sea is very clean. Close to the airport, you do not pay a fortune to taxis. Food is very good; my favorite was breakfast buffet. The only problem is the crowd. The big pool was always too crowded and the water was becoming warm super quickly. Staff is friendly but they can not catch up on with guests because of the overpopulation. You might wait long time for a basic room service order; pudding (approx. 1 hour). I could give 5 stars but the crowd I saw there stopped me. I did not use the big pool even once. Always too crowded and loud and away from any type of relaxation.

Currently staying at this resort and it is absolutely fabulous. Rooms are clean and spacious and pool areas are huge. There is also a separate waterpark with 5 slides to keep the children entertained and a great kids club. The grounds are well maintained and the buildings are very grand like a huge Palace. Food is plentiful and a large variety for everyone. Definitely worth booking your holiday here. Resort has it's own private beach to.

THIS IS NOT A 5 ⭐️ The staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful. If you complain they laugh in your face! The food was shocking and twice we found raw yes raw chicken at the buffet! The shop within the hotel attempted to charge me €14 for a pot of Pringles, Drinks are served in glasses around the pool & constantly being smashed. I witnessed more than one child step in glass, that the hotel staff knew was there but walked away from it. No irons in the room, nor will reception provide you with one. No coffee cups in the room just paper cups! By far the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in.

Stayed here in May 2022 for 7 nights. Beautiful hotel, with plenty to do around the resort. Rooms were nice and clean, staff attentive. It was my husbands birthday during our stay and we were gifted a meal at the a la carte restaurant as well as a birthday cake. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture. Overall a brilliant stay and time at Swandor. The only fault was there were no irons provided in the room.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are always on hand to help and are really friendly. There is always a large range of food available in the multiple restaurants on the complex. There is always lots of activities on a daily basis. The shows they put on every night are always to a very high standard. We will 100% be returning again, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying here.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 1 week. We admire the nature of the hotel and service quality. The staff is friendly and kind. We gathered a lot of memorable moment for ourselves. It was a pleasure to spend our holiday in here. The hotel looks renovated recently and all buildings, pools and rooms are very clean and looks new. Covid restrictions were taken care effectively and we did not see any staff without the mask. The hotel located in a large area and even if the hotel capacity is close to full, it does not feel crowded (which was highly important for us during covid days and we felt nothing annoying regarding this issue). The bars and alcohol options are diverse and we have a chance to experience a lot of cocktails. I should also mention the desserts and patisserie. They were tasteful and fresh. Everyday, we look forward to taste more of them. The room we accommodate is very clean, well designed and has a great memorable view. Special thanks to Olga Pushkar. She was very kind and helpful during our holiday. We definitely recommended the hotel to our friends. My wife and I look forward to visiting hotel again....

Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. We had great time, fantastic facility , amazing food and customer service is excellent. The cleanliness and hygiene was very good considering the covid situation. We would never stay in any other resort next time in Antalya, Swandor is our fav.
