Horrible experience! On January 11th I did a PCR test at Olimpos Hospital for my return flight to Germany. Unfortunately, it was positive, which is why I went to the hotel quarantine. On the fifth day, January 15th, I did a PCR test at another Hospital, which was positive again. On January 17th, I did another PCR test in Olimpos, which was negative. Completely pleased I thought that now my quarantine is over. A friend alerted me that my HES code is still set to "risk". I then got the HES app and was shocked to find that I was only on the third day of my quarantine. The quarantine only started on January 15th. I checked the test result from 11.01 again and found that the lady at the Olimpos reception desk wrote down a transposed digit in my passport number. As a result, the test on 11.01 was not entered into the HES system. I called the Olimpos Hospital to ask for help. After explaining my problem to the lady on the phone, she told me to hold the line and she will connect me with someone, who speaks better English. After the hotline music played, I got connected with her again. She always told me to hold the line. 5 times! At the 6th time, she said "offf yeni mi bu". I understand a little bit Turkish, so I could understand that. After that, she hung up. What a catastrophic way to handle complaints! Due to the mistake of the Olimpos Hospital, I had to stay 5 days longer in quarantine, which caused me a higher cost for the hotel stay. I will make a complaint to the Turkish health ministry and hope that this will have consequences for the hospital!

Maybe they have very well-educated and principled doctors related to their branches. Maybe you are receiving a truly unique service when you reach the inspection stage. Unfortunately, I cannot know this because I contacted them to make an appointment to obtain an "airworthiness report/certificate". A woman who I can literally describe as "rude" answered the phone. I told them that I had been trying to find them for a week and that they were not on duty every time I called, but they still continued to talk rudely to me. Once, while an American friend of mine was in their emergency unit, the nurses asked him to "give me a TIP (USD)", and when my friend tried to contact me, they even went to the rudeness of saying things like "Don't call them, he's not your real friend, he's after your money, all Turkish friend of yours want your money". I was able to accompany my friend in return for telling them that I was a jeweler, that I was not looking for money or something (I STILL CAN NOT BELIEVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED TO ME HAHA), and that such statements were nothing but disrespect. This is a hospital that provides such a service, please do not give your money to such people. I have endless respect for the doctors who work in their staff and devote their lives to medical science.

AVOID. The ENT doctor here is negligent. After being told the patient has an allergy to a specific set of drugs he assured "this prescription does not contain this class of drugs". He lied. Patient had many neurological issues as a result of the drugs given. They will injure you here easily.

We came for a chest xray for my wife, we needed just xray, we don't need any examination (our doctor in home asked for it) , so we had to pay for the xray about 350 tl and 500 tl for nothing!! Just because we are tourests we have to pay the 500 tl!! And when we asked about the report they told us that the doctor is not in the hospital, we have to came the next day from 8 to 12 to get the report, so next day I came at 6 pm and the doctor did not write the report, I have to come to the hospital when the doctor is in the hospital and ask him personally to write the report!!!!!!!

Terrible experience. Called them in advance to schedule an appointment to a pediatrician for my 6-year-old son. Translator told us that we can just come in at 7 pm and wait in line with others without making an appointment. However, when we arrived at the hospital at 7:30 pm, they said that they cannot register my son since there were too many kids registered already. When I mentioned that I called in advance and that the translator told us to come at 7 pm, that same translator called me a liar. She said that she never told me to come and that she didn’t even speak with me on the phone. FYI, we came in on December 5, 2022.

If you are not Turkish citizen, they double charge you for anything! Same like a street vendor, i've never heard that even in india or bangladesh... Just stay away

Appointment with a traumatologist without prior appointment. Ankara sigort insurance did not work. The wait for the reception took about 30 minutes. A Russian-speaking translator was present. The doctor ordered an x-ray. Prescribed tablets and ointment. As a result, the condition worsens, the manifestation of severe allergies. I had to adjust the treatment through an online doctor from Russia.

Has to be the worst hospital in Antalya. My friend tripped her foot, no first aid was given, even though we paid 550 TRY! Not even ice or bandage was offered. Lame and disgraceful!

Hospital staff are scammers who try to extort cash. They refused to work with my insurance company because they wanted me to pay in cash to some other company that will provide services for them. After I tried to force them to make everything legal doctor said that his prescription is wrong and I don’t need any procedures at all because they won’t help me 😅 I will make a complaint to the government institute 100%. Hope they check them

Dr. Nergiz was utterly professional and on point during the session with my mom, while still being very approachable and friendly. A+ service during which looked like a particularly busy period.

If you’re a no turkish or russian speaker you will probably have a very hard time here. The staff have insufficient communication and management skills. They practice exams without informing the patient about the prices they will charge at the ending. Their reply below promises a translator in the hospital until midnight which is false. A competent translator was contacted by the hospital as the very last option by telephone. You feel here not as a patient but as a badly treated client. Waiting times for a blood test took over 2 hours and the prices felt extremely unfair. An official complaint will be filed.

I called the hospital on New Year’s Day to inquire about which pharmacy was open today. Assuming it’s a hospital & they should know such information. I was hung up on three times just because I asked in English. Very sad for a hospital that is supposed to be there to help people.

worst private hospital. They don't deserve the money given. Even for a simple operation, you have to wait for hours. Employees are literally fighting with you. It's not a clean hospital. nurses give injections without gloves. We are disgraceful with our money. There are only 4 beds in the emergency room. I waited exactly 2 hours for a serum.

I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.

I recently visited a therapist. The doctor does not want to figure out what is going on with you, so that they take a test, instead, a bunch of unnecessary tests (which take a lot of money), make an unreliable diagnosis and, of course, the wrong treatment for everything. Because, as a result, I got a covid, I passed the test elsewhere. And for the treatment of covid, I was not prescribed anything, only an antibiotic, which is not needed at the initial stage. Hope I get well soon.

I have to tell, that the service at 4th floor by Tugce, Mujde, Hatice team is excellent. They cared about us very carefully and had nothing missing. Tesekkürler!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I visited Dr. Mehmet Öfgeli for heart check up. It was my first visit and had great experience. Dr listened to me patiently, took all necessary tests and convinced me that nothing was wrong. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I feel off my bike and was taken to this hospital. From the moment i was taken in to emergency. I had excellent care. I knew i had broken my wrist too how bad was after my xray. I was advised i would need an operation and metal inserts. How much the cost would be. I was also given the option to get transfered to government hospital for cheaper Treatment. I had the procedure there within an hour stayed over night. Stitches on my eye brow. Excellent service. Yes i paid but it was worth every penny. Staff on the 3rd floor were great. Speacially the care taker gülşen dağ. Helped me with toilet dressed me melisa the nurse. Thank you I would not have been seeen or the treatment in the uk so fast even if i were paying

Had my gastric sleeve surgery here by doctor Namik. Lovely hospital - Treated and looked after brilliantly. I had no problems the nurses, surgeons and translators were AMAZING! I will be going back next year. I trust all of them!

Really bad! I tried to get an appointment by online but it didnt work, the sistem was broken. So I called them to have an appointment to avoid waitig in line not to lose time cause i work. The answer was i dont need appointment, i can come anytime among 08am-17pm. Well, i got there and i was told they are so busy, i need to wait around 45-60mins. I think it was a joke :)

I had to pass pcr test before my flight. Very helpful staff. Foreigner oriented.
