Good hospital, but the nurses are a bit strange.

It's a place like a business, not a hospital. The human relations that don't know how to talk are below zero. The doctor is having a hard time not shouting. I went to a private hospital because I wasn't satisfied with the service I received and I definitely don't recommend it. The good thing for me is that I learned that it is not preferred in an emergency.

I went to Turkey for a gastric sleeve surgery on 29th of April. I was operated by Dr. Prof. Burhan Mayir. Well - I arrived and everything was amazing. The hospital where I was operated (OFM), the doctor that did the surgery, all the nurses that took care of me with medicine and care. I also like the fact that they keep me under supervision also now and reply immediately to my messages. THANK YOU PEOPLE. You are truly AMAZING.

I had a very bad experience with this hospital!The costs are huge and they seek to get as much money out of patients as possible!Try to avoid this hospital as much as possible! The doctor Cengiz Yilmaz invents diseases so that you can be charged more ! It is a problem with they if you already have medical insurance! Please stay away from this hospital!!!!!

Stay away. I took my 2 year old baby after he fell. I padded the boy's undershirt until he left with my own means. Believe me, I provided better health care for myself. I was very calm. I did not cause any malfunction. I did not work as a rush manager. I ask about the child's x-ray results. There is no doctor. Assistants go and ask the doctor. They say nothing is visible (what is the invisible image or is it the problem). There is no understandable explanation. We went 2 times. But for some reason, we couldn't meet with the doctor again. When we went to meet for the second time, he talked on the phone. Are we playing by ear? Is it that difficult to provide information? Thank God, we are leaving to transfer him to another hospital. First, they try to get him to sign the paper. He has an open wound on his head, there is a risk of infection, he was just a child who was going to have surgery and stitches, but when he said he wanted to go out right now, he suddenly became a healthy child. We tell him that he is bleeding again, so they say let's dress him up. My humble opinion to you; Your employees are bored with the health sector, so you should talk about it and reach an agreement among yourselves and turn it to another sector, but this time take a course in packet communication. The ER is a fiasco. You will go bankrupt like this. You can't save yourself even with 23 thousand TL for aesthetic stitching.

Our experience with this hospital was good prior to the last visit which was a exception. We kept waiting for the translator for about an hour while our one year old baby having fever and crying. A girl came for translation , unfortunately instead of helping with translation she was very rude an careless left us for another patient came after us with less emergency case, when she came back she was asking impolitely about why i don’t speak Turkish and that i am supposed to speak for myself !! This was shocking how blunt and dare she was instead of doing her job she started to investigate about patients personal matters and stressing us more ! As a result we have left the hospital without seeing the pediatrician and wasting our time going to other hospital . What we don’t understand is that where is the immediate manager and what is he doing for preventing such aggression and bad manner from some of his employees ?

The most unprofessional hospital from what I've seen in Antalya. The only care about your money and won't even tell you over the phone how much it costs to consult certain doctor. Their lab tests are 3 times higher than in other private hospitals, I'm glad I checked prices and didn't waste lots of money on this place....better avoid this hospital.

I had a great experience with the hospital! I was there for a planned hair transplant and everything was very clean and structured. The international team around Nazli was very friendly, organized everything very well and the translator Buse was always available to answer questions throughout the entire stay. Big thanks to Oguz and the medical team at the hair transplant department! Very professional advice, operation and aftercare. I always felt like I was in great hands and am very happy with the results. Highly Recommended!

Unless your head is severed, don't go to the emergency room. Yesterday, I went into the emergency room with great pain. Unfortunately, the emergency doctor made the diagnosis with a 1-minute conversation from 2 meters away. He had a muscle relaxant injection. But there was also a need to administer painkillers with a serum, but that was a separate fee. It's like if we ordered dessert, if you want to put cream on it, it's charged separately. In other words, a muscle relaxant injection was given for 750 liras. The real test happened with the nurse. We have never been beaten for asking a question. Ofm is immediate regret. I'm going to my polyclinic appointment now. I will also comment on it.

An intervention was made from OFM Hospital emergency on 27.03.2024. I had swelling on my right hand finger so I went. The nurse friend inside (Tuğçe Hanım) was very sullen and made negative comments about the hospital in front of the patients. Instead of confronting them with interest and explaining what happened, they stood at the table 3 meters away and made a statement (Mrs. Berre) (there was a curtain between us, it was difficult to make eye contact). When I asked for the image of the shot film, they gave me a CD after waiting for a while, but I cannot view it. E did not fall into the state. When I ask if it is possible to send the image another way, I get the answer no. I was told that my finger was broken, but I returned without any action being taken or even a look at my face. I stayed with the money I paid. Thank you 🙏🏻

My mother came to OFM Antalya Hospital due to severe cardiac arrhythmia during our vacation in Kemer. First in the intensive care unit for 2 days, then in the normal cardiology ward. We were treated very friendly and courteously by all the doctors and nursing staff and looked after with the utmost competence. As a former nurse, I can judge this. Everything was very clean and the hygiene measures were strictly adhered to. We had an interpreter who spoke perfect German available to us around the clock, who also took care of the reimbursement of costs with the insurance company. My conclusion: If you're going to stay in hospital during your holiday in Turkey, then definitely go back to the Özel OFM Antalya Hospital

They just want your money. There are better hospitals around. Save your time and look for other hospitals, and try to prevent yourself from going here.

I broke my little finger and got badly help in the hospital. Doctor'd set to me gipsum, after 3 weeks he removed that. In another hospital doctor said me that gipsum was bad and the axis of the finger is broken. If you have an opportunity to go in another hospital, you'll must do it.

Firstly I just want to acknowledge Buse Tekin who was exceptional to deal with during a very difficult time when my Mother took very ill the day before we where due to fly home from our holiday in Turkey, her kindness, compassion and empathy made a very difficult time so much easier to deal with. She was always available to take my call and incredibly helpful and responsive to any requests I made. Because of this hospital my Mam got the best care right through to her medical repatriation. She is home now and we are so grateful. Thank you

Your life more valuable than you go to this hospital Please be aware because your operation will fail or you'll end up with different operation as their targets is money nothing else , so your operation will fail and then you need other operation so they can charge you more, and their terms and conditions is no guarantee anything, so you'll end up with more than 20k pounds they were trying to charge me £750- 3000 to send me to another hospital so they could deal with me If you leave, then they're not responsible for me Be aware

At one side good interior and clean environment. But on other side absolutely strange medical service. After trauma i had a vaccine here, but nobody told me what a vaccine it was, and I got no any documents. And nobody saw and sanitised my trauma. When I walked away I asked about vaccine, medical stuff told me that was a “only tetanus, without diphtheria”, but when my insurance company requested additional question to a hospital about vaccine - they told that was a combined vaccine. Anybody can explain how it can be? And what I need to think about it?

I gave birth in this hospital (my second birth). And I was very, very pleased! I gave birth for the first time in another private hospital, but believe me, the fear was like a dream. OFM's staff is very attentive and friendly. I would like to thank my doctor (Ms. Sezin) and the midwife, I had a perfect birth, I will give birth again after such a birth, I am not afraid 😁 Imagine, they even massaged my back, they held my arm to help me experience the pain more easily, they were very supportive (my husband could not give me that much attention 😂) The room was large, beautiful and clean. No matter how clean it was, the cleaner would come frequently to check and pick up the garbage. Doctors or nurses were constantly coming to check on me and my newborn child. Thank you for everything!

Stone cold food, left alone for 5 hours with not even any water and unable to get out of bed. Apparently emergency buzzer not working. Hmmmm. Would never go there again.

My mom broke her leg on vacation and had emergency operation. Everything was succesful. I want to say that everybody in hospital were kind, doctors, nurses and all the others. Kind regards to everyone there, we recommend it. Also, I wanna say that the girl Buse Tekin, that helped my mom with translation was very helpful.

I was rushed here from Fethiye for emergency stent in U.K. I worked for nhs for 20 years had an advanced nurse practitioner. I was taken to a and e when I arrived all sat around no patients who was clearly not happy to see me telling the ambulance drivers I should t be there and take me elsewhere . A nurse with a earring in his ear looked at me like I was a piece of poo and piled me into a cubicle reluctantly . I was soon whipped up to a ward . There was a few nice nurses but the night shift on my first night stay she was rude didn’t smile no gloves mucky nails was just saying I don’t speak English and trying to just put drips in my arm without any permission or explanation , the next day nurses was fine again different night shift nurse following my stent I was coughing small amount of blood I told her and she just shrugged her shoulders and waked off . I then got tourism and all of a sudden she was Florence nightingale . The dr who fitted my stent was fab . The tourism was just about money . She brought a folder to me of papers and just kept flicking the sheet over saying sign sign sign . No explanation what I was signing . I would never go to this hospitals ever ever again even if I was dying . Rude inconsiderate none empathetic staff . Most of them shouldn’t be in the care business because they have no idea that nursing is looking after each patient like it was your family . I complained to the tourism who said she would bring someone for me to talk to never happened . Surprise surprise . Brits Avoid at all costs and trust me it’s costs ps food was disgusting bread stale. The star I did give was for the fab dr. Also just to add a further note they ask for my contact details to respond which I sent and they read my what’s app and no response . Money money money that’s all they want

Dangerous place. Needed to check my health state and make the covid-19 test and my insurance company sent me here. Doctor and stuff were reluctant. My temperature was 36,7 SpO2 was 99. Doctor lied in a report and written me 37,7 and 97. They were trying to hospitalise me and the lied that I can not refuse. But fortunately I came out with some arguments and they let me go. They wanted me to stay here for 14 days.. Who knows what would happen to me. They lie even in reports, they could easily do anything they want to.. DON't go to here!

We are very grateful to Almira and Alyona for their help at the OFM hospital in Antalya. A family member was admitted there as a result of an accident. It was a big stress for all of us, especially since we were worried about the language barrier. However, Almira and Alyona were very attentive and helped us communicate with the doctor and nurses. They also helped with paperwork, explained all the procedures and medications that were prescribed. We were very satisfied with their work.

Modern facilities and friendly staff, had an emergency arthroscopy here, everything and everyone worked like a clock. Most staff don't speak English, but my wonderful coordinator Alena was very helpful and guided me every step of the way.

The attention is really great. Even though I was sick, I felt very good. The nurse didn't leave me alone for a minute. We chatted using a translation app. The doctor was also great, all the medications helped on the same day and I'm feeling fine again. Three days ago, my husband was admitted to OFM Hospital in Antalya with a heart attack. It was already evening and the cardiologist and translator’s working day was over. Despite this, the translator Yulia arrived within 5 minutes. And she very quickly provided assistance in registering admission to the hospital. The medical staff quickly examined my husband with an ECG and so on. And the cardiologist prescribed treatment. My husband spent the whole night in the intensive care unit, and in the morning he was transferred to a ward. 03.11.2021My wife's head was punctured during the MRI scan. We did not stop because of the pain at Akdeniz University and went to the emergency room. The doctor in charge said it was injured. There is no place we haven't visited in 2 years.. Oh my god, stay away.
