I have a medical condition that had been ignored for years in other hospitals (both in Turkey and overseas) and here they diagnosed it and are doing all they can to help me control it and get healthier again. Yeah, prices are a bit high but that's why it's called a "Private" Hospital. I'd rather pay a bit more than to deal with the rude staff from state hospitals(and their lack of attention). My experience was worse than terrible in Memorial. Of course they made a beautiful luxury hospital and receptionists behave very nicely like a hotel but doctors are horrible. I visited 2 different urology doctors for one issue. They are careless, unknowledgeable and arrogant. They charged me 15,000 TL around 500€ just for a urine and blood test which was not even completed and made me to go to another laboratory to take it again. Doctors diagnose was wrong and they even didn’t talk to me clearly. If you’re a foreigner don’t go there they are ripping you off and waste your time.

Memorial Hospital Antalya, The Worst. No management, no glows, no doctors. We have booked our Check up month ago and when we arrived they start to book doctors but Dentist wasnt there because he/she was on vocation. Management didint know we were coming and they let Dentist go on his vocation. This is not the worst part. Worst part is they said no refund because they made a discount when we booked. Later on they came and offer £17 discount (we paid £1.000) for our next visit or extras if we may have. I think they were having fun with us with this offer but it wasnt funny. the Nurses didint were glows when they take blood from our kids but we asked them to wear glows and got some enemy hate looking on our face. Pay a bit more and go better hospital. Dont border with this one. Wast of money, waste of time.

I’ve been through so many treatments regarding to cancer. I’d like to admit that all staff working in this hospital are very helpful and highly professional. I had an emergency case in the past three weeks and I’ve been through the hell in other hospitals, I had to kindly ask my professor Mustafa Ozdagan and his assistant Aida to pick me up by ambulance from that hospital. They organized immediately my transfer and I had all I need immediately and hospitalized with a big care and love. They made all necessary medical treatments and I was operated successfully by professor Alihan Gurkan. Who is fluently English speaking person. Yeni sisteme geciyoruz dediler ve ekstra istedikleri testleri dogru düzgün degerlendirmediler. 1 gunde bitmesi gereken detayli kontroller cok fazla check-up hastasina randevu verildiginden yetişmiyor. Doktorlar da haftanin bikac gunu musait oldugundan 1 haftada bitti tetkikler ve sonrasinda 1 haftadir sonuclarin pesinden kosuyorum. Doktor Oben Duman'a ulasmaya calisiyorum, telefon, mail ulaşamıyorum. Çağrı merkezinde Beşir diye biri var Türkçe konusamadigi için İngilizce konuşuyoruz ve adamin Ingilizcesi yetersiz beni anlamiyor ya da beni oyaliyor. Rezil vale sisteminden hiç bahsetmiyorum. 15 liracik parayi alabilmek için seni ne yapip ne edip park ettirmiyorlar ama kendileri diledigi gibi park ediyorlar.
