I had my teeth cleaned here and it was great! They had an interpreter for my boyfriend and I who spoke both English and Arabic, the entire staff was very friendly and warm, the prices were very reasonable and they did great work! I would highly recommend them if you are in the Konyaalti area!

I had an absolutely great experience dealing with Bazi, Doganay and the hole team. They have 2 fantastic receptionists that look after anything you can possibly need. I had my child with me and they kept him entertained as I got my work carried out. The dental work carried out was the best Ive ever had in my life. They are very caring and gentle. I spent a couple of years researching dentists in Antalya, and had consultations with over 10 different dental clinics but I didn't feel fully comfortable until I spoke with the coordinator at Papatya (Bazi). Unlike the other clinics who communicated via WhatsApp message and email, Bazi called me via WhatsApp call to fully discuss and answer all of my questions. I felt so confident that I brought my treatment date forward. When I arrived I was made to feel so welcome. This is an actual dental hospital, There is a specialist here for pretty much all aspects of dentistry so any issues that arise will be sorted professionally and to a very high standard. They only use the best quality dental implants as standard whereas other clinics were charging additional fees for the premium implants. In total Papatya quoted me less than the other clinics for all treatments but maintained top quality. Special thanks to all the dentists who worked on my new smile, It looks so natural , Dr Ahmet, Dr ilhan, Dr Emre, Dr Anilcan and the entire staff team. You're all absolutely amazing xxxx

I don’t like this place, because equipment is not always worked and another doctor didn’t know how to use Airflow, he use it without water just with powder. I think it is a big mistake and is not safety!

Awesome service and comfort on every stage of the treatment process :) Seeing a doctor because of chronic infection after bad treatment in another clinic. After 3 weeks I feel good, thanks the doctor, but it was a bit expensive.

Awful clinic! Pretty sure that most reviews written by the clinic itself I had an absolutely negative experience in this clinic. My names Baudi I was recommended to come here and I’ve been told that the first visit(consult) is free. Then I’ve been asked to pay for the next visit so I did. But plans changed and when I called and said that I have to cancel the appointment and wanted to get refund - I’ve been told that it’s impossible. That I paid for the first visit. That doctor did some job (which he did not). And that no one told to pay for the second appointment in advance. I was surprisingly disappointed. Bcz not only they didn’t refund me but sounded like I was lying. I guess they specialize on foreigners who don’t know much the city. Do not recommend this clinic.

I can sincerely recommend this clinic! These guys did a very important job, they returned my trust in dentists :) I had a strong fear of dentists, because in my childhood the treatment was very painful. I went to this clinic and found here a complete understanding of my problems. Doctors and assistants are very professional, attentive and empathic. They explain every step and do excellent anesthesia. I experienced the least amount of discomfort. I am very grateful to Dr. Eren Koluaçık, Dr. Anılcan Aygün and of course to the assistant and translator Can Kavrem, who accompanied and supported me at all stages of the treatment!

He put us in touch with Emre who has been an absolute god send as he organised everything from start of the treatment to the finish including organising transport. At the beginning I had my concerns about having my dental treatment carried out in Turkey, which quickly disappeared. Paptya dental hospital was recommended to me by several locals. I wrote to at least 10 dental clinics and found that the prices vary extremely. They are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. Emre worked hard and the support was exemplary. Mr. Dr. Anilcan informed me in detail about every step. The clinic is impeccable and offers a very high standard. I can highly recommend the clinic.

After years of suffering, I came into contact with this clinic based on a recommendation. I contacted the patient coordinator Emre by phone and received great advice over the phone. I have to mention that Mr. Emre was able to convince me to visit the clinic not only because of his perfect English but also because of his friendly and competent manner to get an on-site impression. I felt very comfortable from the first second. It is a super nice and, above all, hygienic clinic. I was immediately impressed not only by the unbeatable price, but above all by the professional advice and expertise. So I started treatment straight away. The first treatment was completed in 4 days. I have had a total of 12 implants inserted and I have to say that I have never had such a sensitive dentist as Doctor Anilcan. (And I've already been to a lot of dentists in Germany) I had hardly any pain worth mentioning and received great care from the entire staff. At the second treatment, 3 months later, my teeth were inserted and I felt like a newborn. Not only is it visually perfect, everything is also technically perfect. If I could, I would rate it 10 stars, the hospital, the doctors, the staff, the price and especially the treatment were the best thing that could have happened to me. Ultimately, I was so satisfied that my mother also had her teeth done here. Two friends will also be undergoing treatment soon. A big compliment especially to Emre, who looked after me carefully the entire time and even after the hospital was closed. A jewel of the clinic, thank you very much for everything 🙏

I had a front tooth broken and was very nervous of how it would turn out. I went to this clinic by recommendation of a friend. It was beyond my expectations and to my surprise my tooth became even better from what it used to be. before starting my review, I have to mention that we were a group of three patients who needed different treatments as per our needs from different countries. Before going through my/our dental treatment, I have searched a lot about different dental hospitals in Turkey as it was my/our first ever experience abroad having a treatment. Also a family friend recommenced this hospital as well. So, I have contacted Papatya Dental Hospital. The patient coordinator Mr Emre Colak explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He had to make sure that each of us properly informed about our dental treatments. He explained thoroughly about variety of dental treatments that all 3 of us needed and I had to communicate with other two that what is involved in their care. So it was a 3 way communications as the other two patients were in different country. I have to say that Mr Emre Colak is an incredible patient coordinator. He is not only has taken great care of our health but also organised everything smoothly and on time. It is rare to find an excellent patient coordinator (Emre Colak) who combines such a personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Also My Dr, Dr Anilcan Aygun and her assistance Miss Sumeyra Tekin were amazing as well. Dr Anilcan is a great Dr. He is very understanding and listened to my concerns. Dr Anilcan is knowledgeable and informative that I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Overall, when I go though all these good experiences organising three patients at the same time from different countries, I can’t thank Emre Colak enough about what he has done to make us happy and smile 😃 throughout our dental treatment journey. And if Emre Colak was not organising this we were not be having our dental treatment in Papatya Dental Hospital . So I think Papatya Dental hospital should be proud and lucky to have Emre Colak as an excellent 👌 patient coordinator because he was the one who ensured that we had a smooth preparation, dental treatment surgery and follow-up. Finally, I want to thank everyone who were involved in our dental treatment journey during that week and I am so glad I have chosen Papatya Dental Hospital and I would have no qualms in recommending it to anyone. I will be putting more comment about the functionality of our teeth later and will review how was our dental treatment itself overall.

Both of my kids fillings came out so easily. One from flossing his teeth and the other one when he was eating a popsicle. Very disappointing.

Do not go to Papatya Dental Hospital. These are my complaints against them relating to their treatment of my wife: 1. Did not provide dental work as specified and within the time frame as agreed. 2. Changed specifications of work and raised price without consultation or consent of the client. 3. Failed to provide adequate care and reassurance when clients were left in pain and with concerns. 4. Failed to provide adequate client communication and inclusivity. 5. Caused issue with a client’s tooth by the incorrect placement of a dental implant. 6. Failed to acknowledge that issue and disregarded any attempt by the client to discuss it, even refusing to examine the tooth. 7. Failed to acknowledge client’s concerns and dismissed their attempts to communicate. 8. Intimidated female clients into agreeing to continue with dental work they were trying to raise issue with by shouting and getting angry with them. 9. Exacerbated this intimidation by having approximately seven men stand around nearby, blocking the exit door. 10. Threatened to call police if money wasn’t paid even though clients were trying to raise legitimate concerns. 11. Sent one of the female clients in a car with three men and locked doors to collect money. 12. Created a situation in which their clients; a) no longer felt physically safe in returning to their care. b) believed they would be further intimidated into handing over more money than had previously been agreed. c) had no confidence in the quality of the dental work that would be provided. d) had lost faith that that dental work would be completed in a timely manner or that they would be included in any decision making. e) Felt extremely stressed and anxious. Papatya have been emailed regarding these complaints and have failed to acknowledge or respond.

Poor Standard of work I cannot state this strongly enough: do not go to Papatya Dental Hospital. We had a terrible experience with them. They don’t do what they agree and they raise the price without consultation. They did not do what we had agreed. When we tried to talk to them about it they got angry. Papatya are awful, go there at your peril. They do not keep their promises, do not do the work agreed, do not tell you anything and get angry when you try to complain. They got my implants wrong and caused another tooth to loosen, then denied it and refused to do anything about it. I had to go to another dentist to get it fixed.
