(Translated by Google) Antique stadium in Perge. Being among the ruins, you feel the swift and inexorable running of time. Centuries passed like a flash and thousands of spectators who attended sports competitions from ancient times to the present pass before our eyes. The Perge Stadium could accommodate about 12,000 people. It was one of the largest stadiums in Asia Minor. It had a length of the arena of more than 200 meters.

Nieźle zachowany a raczej zrekonstruowany rzymski stadion. Część trybun nadaje się do siedzenia i oglądania zawodów. Miejscami wybrano ziemię żeby pokazać jaki był poziom areny w czasach antycznych.

Beautiful and fairly well preserved despite little to no signs of restoration work. We'll worth visiting.

(Translated by Google) You can find a break in the podium, enter the arena and feel like a resident of the ancient city of Perge, where on holidays people go to watch how a man beats in agony, how ferocious death rejoices in the yellow circle of the arena. When the spectacle becomes overflowing, you can go to the museum store for bread - but beware, the seller will cheat you, carefully check the change. The cost of visiting is 50 liras (September 2020), with a ticket you can get to the amphitheater that is located nearby (you need to leave the museum) (Original)

(Translated by Google) I can say that the phenomenon called history has officially taken shape. I can tell you to see it for sure. You have to see how a civilization established a city. The museum card is valid and the normal entrance fee is 45 TL. What you need to take with you are glasses, a hat and a little water. There is no canopy resting area inside, so do not walk around at noon, I recommend you to be fast and wear comfortable shoes because it is a very large area.

(Translated by Google) Perge is the most planned and organized city among the Roman cities in Anatolia. It is necessary to see the Stadium, which has remained quite intact.
