Friendly, helpful staff, especially Ms. Pelin who speaks English better than I do; which was a great help. Generally clean amenities and the room. There is a small cafe and a store on premises if you need a snack, furthermore, supermarkets and bakeries are in walking distance. Internet speed was enough to stream movies in good quality. Security is great, with buzz codes and hotel entrance, and triple locks on the room door. Areas of improvement; Sound insulation could be better, as you can hear the noises in the corridor. Elevator does not reach the penthouse floor. So you have to climb 1 floor by stairs.

Not good the people in the reception are greedy and looking for money only

There’s no hot water available, when asked they provided an schedule of availability, 5 pm -1 AM , We tried several time , but there wasn’t any. The shower was horrible, a tiny water heater, first it’s boiling water , and then in a few seconds freezing . Tried so many times , but no use . The staff were not really customer friendly either . When I complained about the smoking smell in the room , the reception said it’s your PET’S smelling !???????

Fantastic staff from management to reception. They all go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Clean apartments with ac and WiFi. Not too far from local attractions, reliable bus service 2 minutes walk away and low cost taxi service. Overall we had a fantastic stay...thank you for your hospitality.

Nice clean apartments. Staff is brilliant. Enjoying my stay in the area . Plenty nice resturant to eat around and 15 mints drive to antalya town centre.

Absolutely worths for it's money. Quite and clean place with amazing mountain view. Most of personal pretty fluent in English which is rare in Turkey. You better have a car living that place. Pretty distant location from grocery and sea shore.

Friendly staff! Nice location!

The hotel was a catfish it looked nicer in picture. They put us in the basement and the windows downstairs only had a wall... no natural light. We asked them to change the room and they refused. Also it was really hot and the a/c would not work properly.

Did stay here for 4 nights, Apartments looks good, swimming pool and reception guy really friendly. Housekeeping not very good , our flat was dirty, if you don't want to clean floor just leave a hoover in the room, did find on the floor in the living room Needle... Good we don't have kids or pets... TV did not work, WIFI was bad, and only WiFi in the living room, Aircon pipe was leaking water all over the balcony. No privet parking, parking on the street.

Very nice and clean hotel. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in.

Rooms are clean and tidy. They have a restaurant for breakfasts and snacks. If you want to eat a main meal you need to inform the staff so they can order for you. There is a bar near the pool, you can drink almost anything, including exotic ones. I stay for a long time and have been friends with the staff. And before I forget, the mountain view is amazing.

Good points: staff were helful; location is great - shops walking distance, good restaurants and bazaar nearby. Bad points: not very clean, smells cigarette everywhere, damp and leaking ceiling in kitchen on our first allocated apartment- we had to transfer to different one; toilet needs upgrading and cleaning; loud noise from other apartments until 3am; TV no English channels; Internet connection is appalling!!! Will definitely not recommend.

At the reception, I run into three people, convivial, cooperative with a big smile.They're Mr. Alican, Mrs. Esra, and Mr. Komek. The location of the hotel is fantastic with mountain view. The room is good and clean. The service is very good, prompt and up to satisfaction. Price wise is fair enough. Shopping and bazaars are nearby. I do recommend especially with such front desk people who can make your day not drive you nuts..
