My friend had sleeve gastrectomy done in this hospital. The doctors and nurses did a very good job and were super nice and accommodating. The sisters were always there and we were never alone. I was allowed to sleep next door in the visitors' room and was also warmly looked after. Everything went great, he had hardly any pain and was fit again after 1 day. After 3 days we were released and from now on a new life begins for him!

I just visited this hospital for my swollen thumb under terrible pain. Receptionist advised to see orthopedist and then start registration. I looked for their orthopedist for 10 mins and couldn’t find him. Went to front desk again. This time she called doctor’s cell phone. They discussed something on the phone and decided to send me upstairs to see physiotherapist. Physiotherapist was “busy” as well. They didn’t even send me to X-Ray even though I can’t move my arm due to terrible pain. Now I am driving to another hospital by one hand. Never seen such medical service in my life. I am just SHOCKED

I want to warn all international visitors to avoid this hospital. My father died in intensive care after 10 days. The hospital administration was horrendous including Mr Dank who was the interpreter. He lacked humanity, was always pressing us for advance cash payments and accused me of removing my father's body from the morgue to avoid paying the outstanding bill!!!! Also the location of the hospital is in the middle of nowhetw.

Very supportive and caring staff. Most speak English very well. The hospital is clean, modern, and with top-notch medical equipment. The patient rooms are spacious, have TV, free WiFi, and have private bathrooms. The hospital has a canteen with great food. DR Umut Gunduz is genuinely honest and very supportive, and he's an expert and a renowned surgeon. Highly recommend this hospital.

This hotel has some issues. Small repairs remain incomplete. Toilet doesn't flush and won't do faeces. Staying in a twin single with my friend we have made several requests for her at meal times which have gone unanswered. She has had an operation and cannot eat, requesting beef extract type liquid is like asking to fly over the moon and that is the tip of I very long list of failures of this inattentive average hotel.

I have just arrived back to the UK after having had surgery with Clinic Phaselis and was treated and cared for by the nurses and staff at the Thermessos hospital - 4th floor. I must say that I was incredibly impressed with the standard of care and kindness I received from all the nurses and staff. I couldn't fault them one bit. I was never left unattended or on my own and whenever I needed something, they were always there for me and did everything in their power to ease my pain. They always entered my room with a smile on their faces and although their was sometimes a language barrier, we managed fine by communicating via Google translate. I was receiving care in a different country and it would be rude of me to expect them to speak my language. The hospital is very clean and the room facilities are outstanding.
