The worst hospital in my life! I advise not to go there! A gynecologist Ali Ekber Şahin is the most unprofessional doctor! He diagnosed me with an illness and was insisting on the surgery today and now, without even asking me for allergies, blood test, nothing - just do it and pay money! After that I went to 2 different doctors which made me a full examination, they just laughed at his diagnosis! I couldn't sleep well for 2 nights because of him, I couldn't believe that a doctor can be such irresponsible and unprofessional! Don't go there!!!

The child doctor was very rude to my two year old, saw us for less than five minutes and ordered several unnecessary tests some of which we never got results. My daughter was referred to emergency where the nurses could not find her veins. She was pricked several times before they could find her vein. Finally, there are many charges and no receipts. We spent nearly 500tl for a cough with no detailed Receipt for what we paid for.

They demanded payment (2040 lira) for physiotherapy due to a hernia AFTER I'd already finished the course of 20 sessions, when they told me before that my insurance covered it and I would have nothing to pay. Today I went for a medical massage, which is separate from the physio and which I had paid for myself, and instead of receiving it I was taken to an office with 5-10 members of staff at different times and essentially questioned about who told me I shouldn't pay and why for 30-40 minutes. Needless to say, this caused huge stress at a time when I should be avoiding it, and in a place where I was supposed to be receiving treatment instead of stress. I spoke to my agent and he said it was best to pay and then speak to a lawyer later, so I reluctantly did so, but I think this was terrible behaviour (not to say terrible management) from people who are supposed to be providing medical help, and I would absolutely not recommend going to this clinic

Horrible place. It's a private hospital, but they treat customers worse than the worst public hospital. You go seeing a doctor and they start requesting several unnecessary exams and tests just to make you pay more. I asked a printout of the PAID Ultrasound my son made and first they were trying to ignore my request (because they look for foreign customers but no one speaks English). When I asked to the several doctors and technicians I met if they speak English, they either ignored my question or reacted like I was asking them to taste escrements. Merchants, amatorial, rude... Stay away from Akdeniz Hospital Konyaalti!

Private hospital in the main road of Konyaaltı neighborhood. Very polite staff, but better go with someone that can speak Turkish since few people can understand English. It's clean and neat.

Unprofessional, unfriendly and gloomy place and staff. The neurologist Selahattin Bey asked me the same questions when I came for the third time! OObviously, he hadn't written them down before. And they charged me for nothing this time! Their charges are ridiculous, especially compared to the customer service quality and their general attitude towards the patients. Avoid this place at all costs!

Have no idea why it could be any complaints about this place. I was scared to take analysis thinking it’d be a mess BUT it was so professional quick and respectful. One admin speaks Russian and English, other stuff maybe not good but you can really explain if you want to. The woman on reception gave her number and send the results via WhatsApp and it was her initiative. I didn’t have to beg, to ask, so I was impressed that my worried mind was read. Doctors are also zen. All peaceful, all lovely!! Prices are reasonable!! Best best best!!!

Uzm. Dr. Hüseyin ÜSKÜL was rude and rough to my 5 months old baby. First thing he did to greet my baby was to play with her hair which was absolutely unnecessary for the examination, rude and uninvited. he was very late for appointment with long queue outside waiting, so the examination was less than 5 minutes and not done carefully. He wanted to be fast and was rough to my baby and it made her cry. Also the way he does things is not hygienic and we were worried our baby will get sick because of him. (Doctor doesn't wash his hands between patients and doesn't wear any gloves for examination. His secretary doesn't change bed sheet between patients, he put our naked baby on a used sheet from the last sick visitor.) His secretary doesn't care about privacy of patients and let us in the room when the previous patient was still present. He is not qualified to be a doctor, he's a horrible human with no ethics.

Really bad experience 👎🏼no one speaks English they made wait one hour before even give me a number .. go to private hospital it's much better

A very bad and expensive hospital and very bad services. The test a week and more are taking and contacting them not be answered

My only complaint is about their paediatrician Dr. Duygu Ünkaracalar. She has an attitude problem and a massive ego, and treats her patients like they’re beneath her. I do not like conceited doctors with this type of bed side manner. She completely disregards any other doctor’s or specialist’s orders if they’re not in line with her own views. She actually openly mocked the diagnoses of professors I have seen abroad who are far more qualified than she is. She often and shamelessly brags about having gone to school in New York, when in fact, she just has an ECFMG from a hospital in the Bronx and did a fellowship there, which many Turkish specialists do anyway. She also prescribes outdated, potentially dangerous and harmful medicines that are banned in many other countries. She is aggressive, rude, and unpleasant... plain and simple. After having several unfriendly exchanges with her — which has never happened to me before in my life with with any of the numerous doctors and specialists I have dealt with in all of the six other countries I have lived in — I have finally completely soured on Akdeniz Şifa. I would never take my daughter to this specific doctor again. I recommend Olympos Hospital instead, unless Akdeniz Şifa has another paediatrician available. At least you will be treated with dignity and respect at Olympos. Otherwise, Dr. Can at Akdeniz Şifa is great and my whole family loves him. My whole family has had wonderful experiences Dr. Hanife Gündoğdu in dermatology. She’s such a joy! Sema hanım, who did my laser hair removal sessions is also really wonderful to deal with. All of their doctors are great, except for Dr. Ünkaracalar. Avoid her if you can.

Helpful staffs. Good doctors. Specialty Dr. Hosein Oskul. Children's Specialist. Our child is his patient. He is a perfect person.

I don’t mind doctors and stuff, I think they are great…. but this hospital has A HUGE PROBLEM with translators, unfortunately((( You can have a pre-scheduled appointment, but because of the lack of translators you will have to wait for many hours (((( Otherwise very nice and friendly, but waiting is just too long ((((( and prices are not cheap as well…

I have no complaints for the doctor but reception works unprofessional and odd...

We went for holidays with my husband to Antalya. My husband accidentally broke his metacarpal bone. We received very professional and fast first aid in Emergency department. X-ray showed he needs surgery. So we stayed 2 days in hospital. All staff: receptionists and nurses were very good, polite and professional, and cared abt us well.
