We spend 2 awesome weeks in Madagascar with our big family team travelling across country. Whole trip was planned and organized by Lee/Tanala Adventures and we see so many amazing places and always feeling safe, which was very important as traveling with little children. Despite of extra effort required due to small children in our team, Lee was flexible and keep positive attitude through whole trip. We were traveling to Madagascar with total of nine people group. The yongest one was little bit under two years. We had a very succesful trip with Lee. Everything was arranged perfectly and if there were any problems, Lee handled them all very well. Hotels and restaurants were perfect and cars and drivers that we used were also very good quality. During our trip we visited many beautiful and exciting places, for example Tsingy, Ranomafana and Isalo. Lee also arranged us a visit to one local school and small hospital, which were not originally in our schedule. I can definitely say, that if you are going to travel to Madagascar, contact Lee, and you won't be disappointed :)

Tanala Adventure made miracles for my trip! I decided to choose a package with bis transport instead of private car, which was way more stressful for them as well as transport is not reliable. When buses broke down they put me in a car or alternative solution so that I could always reach destination in time. Accodomation were fantastic and difficult to find if you are a tourist. Lee has been available 24/7 during my entire journey, giving advise and tips on restaurants and security. I absolutely recommend them for tailored adventure!

Great experience and we had the best agency to do that tour. From the first moment Liantsoa and the Tanala group tried to make the best to satisfy me and my friends. We had a great tour with Paul and the best driver. All the hotels they had chosen for us were very clean nice and with big rooms. My sister and I travelled for 10 days with Tanala Adventures. They are a top locally run company. Lee gave us exceptional service in designing a trip that suited our budget and interests. Thoroughly enjoyed our recent three day/two night trip out to Andasibe with Tanala Adventures and their excellent guide, Lee, and driver. We’ve been wanting to visit Madagascar for years, and it was everything we’d hoped and much more. Tanala was efficient and organized in putting together the trip, suggesting an itinerary and customizing the details to fit our family of 5. Picked us up in Antananarivo, drive back and forth to Andasibe in a comfortable vehicle that allowed for excellent sightseeing along the road, an adventure in itself. Accommodations at Vakona Forest were fantastic, excellent meals, and a very relaxing environment. Our kids wanted, of course, to see lemurs. And we sure did, and much more, with long walks through the forest, including a wonderful night walk. Lee was a top notch guide and taught us a lot about where we were and where we’d be going during the trip. All in all, incredible, and we look forward to returning to Madagascar for longer next time and seeing more with Tanala.

Tanala adventures just made everything so smooth an easy for our trip. Liantsoa came to our hotel several times to help us with our trips and the guides and drivers they use are excellent and very nice. When we had a flight cancelation they fixed it so that our planned trip to Andasibe could be done earlier in the week. If you don't know what to do in Madagascar, just let Tanala adventures plan your trip for you. Always feeling safe, taken care of and for a much better price than other agencies offered!

We chose to travel with Lee based on other local reviews and were very pleased that we had made the right choice. Having contacted Lee via e-mail he organized our itinerary and accommodation based on our particular interests and we had a wonderful time. Lee took us along the Tsiribihina River until the Tsingy of Bemaraha and the Baobab Alley, delighting us with his culinary skills on route. Other tours were with Setra ,his friend, who charmed us with his funny stories and delighted us with his knowledge. Lee provided us with a wonderful experience and went out of his way to make our trip special. We found him genuinely friendly and helpful and would highly recommend him!

The most outstanding tour company I've ever had. I can't imagine a tour through Madagascar without them. From the start, they were extremely adaptive and constructive in building the best itinerary possible, considering where I wanted to go and the schedule available. Lee met me the day I arrived in Tana, we passed through the itinerary in detail, and he helped with supplies and preparing me for the coming days, even finding a better currency exchange. We stayed together for 12 days, and he was attentive and funny throughout the journey. He taught me a lot about Malagasy culture, history, and language. The hotels were top notch and the food the best possibly in the places we were. Incredible trip, I strongly recommend traveling with Tanala Adventures.
