The rooms were so nice and very well put together. Decent space and lovely shower and bathroom!!! The spa facility was incredible, nicest place I’ve ever been to, only improvement would be the hot tub, it was not hot enough and needed more bubbles from the jets. The buffet was delicious for breakfast and dinner the night before was great! Highly recommend the Chicken Thighs and Fries! Although the fries could have been cooked a little more. The location is nice, security available outside always eager to help, there’s shops and a cash withdrawal place, all you really need, only reason I put 4 stars for location is because of the amount of people begging outside, this is solved a lot by how helpful the security was after some kids got too touchy. The staff were incredible, super kind, gave us a HDMI chord to watch TV from a laptop on the TV. They even opened the spa early for me at 6am. Always greeted with friendliness and joy. Overall incredible place, lovely staff super friendly.

Spent the week end at le Louvre hôtel, it was amazing, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, perfect hotel to just relax from the busy city of Tana. Will definitely book again.

Lalaina and the team were brilliant! It’s mg second time to stay here. The service, suggestions for activities wee on point 24 hour. I was really taken care of and the team including Ranto and Herry and Duca are exceptionall. Food was 5 star- the steak with the fois grois- wow! I will return!

We only came to the cafe and got some dinner and hung out in the upstairs lobby until our late night/early morning flight but the staff were friendly, food was fast, location is central and seating was comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for anything more We didn’t stay in the rooms though so no comment there
