Don’t think twice! Go ahead and treat yourselves to a wonderful experience with Simon and Amanda. The boat is clean and beautiful. Their company is fun and thoughtful. We had a bit of an overcast day but they made the trip really enjoyable! Amanda made a delicious lunch from scratch. We had some wine and laughs. Amanda and Simon are very humble and welcoming. Thank you!

If you're looking for a great way to experience Antigua's coastline I'd highly recommend arranging a tour with Simon and Amanda. We booked a 4 hour trip as 2 families with small children (including a 11 month old baby) and had an amazing time. Not only are Amanda and Simon just lovely genuine people but they were also really attentive and flexible to our needs, they were great hosts and really made us feel at home while we enjoyed the sailing trip. They shared lots of interesting facts about Jolly Harbour and the local area, plus took us to a great beach where we could paddle with the children and also do some snorkelling. Amanda prepared a fantastic lunch and ensured all the group had plenty to eat and drink. It was also really nice to just chat with them both and learn both about their journey from the UK to Antigua.

Brilliant 4 hour cruise with Simon and Amanda. Very comfortable boat and easy to get in and out of the water. First snorkel spot was a bit rough so Simon found a better one. Lynn got to steer while the rest of us enjoyed the cold drinks. Fantastic lunch including vegetarian option Amanda rustled up as we forgot 2 of us needed that! Finished off with Amanda's rum punch and chocolate cake. Simon is a very knowledgeable skipper and their stories of how they came to Antigua are amazing If you have time and money have longer!

We had the privilege of sailing with Simon and Amanda on March 17th. They were both so kind and hospitable and made sure everyone enjoyed themselves. Simon was a great captain and Amanda prepared a most delicious lunch with the best rum punch we had while visiting Antigua. Thanks for a most memorable experience!

What a fantastic way to spend a day on the water. Simon and Amanda are not only good sailors, but great hosts as well. We passed the time snorkeling shipwrecks, cruising around the Western side of the island, and sipping on Amanda’s delicious rum punch. Simon and Amanda share not only their favorite, unique spots with their guests but great conversation about their adventures at sea as well. We would recommend Antigua Island Paradise to any party looking for a quieter, more personal alternative to the larger day charters available. Thanks again for a great trip.

Simon and Amanda provided the most wonderful experience on our sunset cruise. We had an extremely relaxed and fun time, from being allowed to sail the boat to fantastic fresh food with delicious rum punch. If anyone is looking for a private tour with great company then look no further. The Caribbean side of the island is definitely the best for views and quality of bays and clear water. Simon and Amanda are brilliant hosts, very knowledgeable and informative of the area took lots of photos for us and even sorted a taxi to take us back to our hotel at the end of the trip. Great value for money and a memorable experience

We can not thank Simon and Amanda enough, for what was the highlight of our honeymoon in Antigua...their boat trip. If you are looking at booking with them, please do not hesitate. They are the nicest people, with the kindest hearts, who truly care about the island and your experience. They took us to a private beach where we were the only two people swimming. We felt like we had the island to ourselves. We snorkelled and explored, while they taught us about Antigua. We were 'Carried Away' to parts of the island we wouldn't have seen any other way. Simon is a very skilled sailor and we felt totally safe the entire time in their hands. Even with a little rain, Simon knew how to navigate safely. Amanda made sure we were content the entire time and prepared the most delicious meal for us to enjoy. The only thing I wish I did differently was to have taken a photo with them for our amazing memories!!! THANK YOU! -Sean and Nikki

We had a wonderful pre-new year sail on the Carribean with Simon and Amanda. Simon shared a lot about the island, explained what we were seeing along the coast as we sailed and dropped us off to swim on an amazing beach with soft sand, clear water, all to oirselves. Amanda made us an amazing, very generous lunch served with wine. This was by far our best experience learning about the island, meeting a wonderful couple with a great story on how they landed here. What a relaxing, joyful way to spend the day - thank you Simon and Amanda!

10 STAR, actually. We almost always make our own arrangements rather than sign up for cruise ship shore excursions...this ranked right up there as aTOP best experience. Our crew: 4 adults (one with special needs) and a 10 year old....3 generations...everyone had the most wonderful day! 1) Communication ahead to plan and schedule, perfect. 2) Follow-thru for pick up at port and transport to ship, perfect. 3) Sailboat/Equipment all beautifully maintained, for us also included the use of a dinghy, snorkel gear and 'noodles', sailboat has a ladder, perfect. 4) Day on the water, perfect. Amanda and Simon allowed us to do what we wanted to do which was mostly swim and snorkel at a BEAUTIFUL completely secluded beach, collect some seaglass, and sail the incredible waters surrounding Antigua. 5) Lunch, perfect!!! While we were sailing and swimming, Amanda was below preparing the most delicious meal for us....a REAL treat for sure. Don't hesitate to book a day with Amanda and Simon.....tho' it appeared to be effortless, they worked very hard to make the day the HIGHLIGHT of our trip.

We had an absolutely amazing time on this beautiful sailboat. Simon and Amanda were the perfect hosts! They were incredibly kind and accommodating. Everything from booking to communication to special requests was seamless and flawless. The boat provided much needed shade if needed, and also had space to relax and lie down. I very much enjoyed the dinghy ride and other members of our group loved snorkelling in the beautiful clear blue waters. We chose to start a bit later for a sunset sail and it was a great decision. The service was unbelievable, and Amanda’s food was delicious. We were very entertained with insider knowledge about the island and other fun facts. They even dropped us off right at the dock of a recommended restaurant for dinner! Simon and Amanda are truly very friendly genuine people, and we very much appreciated the opportunity to be on board their boat for a few hours. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time with Simon out snorkeling around Antigua. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the history of the island , and very professional at operating the boat. He was an excellent guide during our snorkeling, leading us through the water and pointing out unique fish and the different types of coral as well as a shipwreck. He made our 10-year-old daughter feel comfortable and safe in the water for her first snorkeling trip, and letting her name his floaty BOB! We highly recommend Simon for a good snorkeling excursion. Worth every penny. Thank you Simon for a wonderful experience. John, Carey, and Natalie.

A beautiful cruise in Carried Away with Simon and Amanda out to Cade’s Reef. They were wonderful hosts; making sure our fins and masks fit just right. We saw many different fish and a sunken boat - great few hours! Highly recommend ☺️
