We had an excellent lunch at this well reviewed restaurant. The restaurant is just opposite side of Darkwood beach. The waitresses were very nice and gave us good advices. Additionally they served us quickly and with smile. Food was delicious and also the sorrel juice was excellent. The toilet was very clean too 2 specials and 2 juices 90EC Definitely recommended

Great food spot at reasonable prices. We had the oxtail and ribs and loved both of them. The fish is really good too. They have daily specials and good local juices. Their coconut ice cream and banana bread were delicious! The staff is really nice. We'll come back!

Aunty Cavell’s is a quaint restaurant opposite darkwood beach. The restaurant is clean and had an amazing vibe (10/10 music taste) the food was probably the best we had in Antigua. The oxtail was fall of the bone tender and the fish was fresh and delicate. The carrot cake for dessert was honestly the best carrot cake I’ve tasted… I should’ve brought 2! The 2 owners are husband and wife and are so welcoming and was a joy to talk to. All in all would definitely be back.

The waitress was the best! Super friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. Their rum punch is absolutely delicious as well as the coconut crush! We ordered a full fish with a few sides. A very tasty meal and we both were so satisfied with our choice. We loved the island vibe and listening to all the locals showing up engaging with the friendly owners! Across the street from the gorgeous Darkwood beach

Tried the oxtail with a side of rice and peas, macaroni pie and potato salad - it was incredible. Then I walked across the street and watched the sunset from Darkwood beach. It might have been one of the best dish and best days I’ve ever had. I look forward to returning and doing it again.

Aunty Cavells is certainly something special. If you're headed towards darkwood Beach, do not overlook this place! The staff are warm and welcoming which pairs well with the incredible food. We had the grilled lobster with a rum punch and it did not disappoint. We are staying at keyonna beach so we would be silly to not come back before we leave. Highly, highly recommend!

Incredibly tasty food! A must visit! Had the oxtail with three delicious sides. Huge portions and very delicious fresh juices. Highly recommend the passion fruit juice! The staff were super friendly and the music was great! 10/10

Employees were SO SWEET here! Very welcoming, fantastic service & the food certainly matched the energy. Platter was large enough to share between two people (but definitely won’t want to as this food was tasty!!!) seasoned well. Make sure to try their pina coladas and rum punch! 🙌🏼 take out and bring to the beach across or eat there. Very spacious. We got the bbq chicken, Mac and veggies with rice.

Arlene (owner) and Mikey are absolutely lovely hosts. Mikey makes the best rum punch. A great relaxed vibe across from the beach. We went back for the rum punch and another meal before our flight home. It looks like there is something new on the menu daily. We tried curry goat, curry conch and their creole fish; all were great. Honestly, the best local food we had, and of course, light years ahead of anything we had at our resort.

Our driver David recommended this place instead of the usual AI fare we were headed back to the resort to eat. We were so thankful he did that as we got to try local fare and it was delicious. We tried the fungi, lobster, conch, and pepper pot. So flavorful! The rum punch and coconut drinks were great too!
