Vacation ruined!!! Pre-booked car, received confirmation and on the morning of car pick up, once I called them, they only then communicated that no vehicles are available. Completely unprofessional!!

Ranged a car from here and it was great. They picked me up from one location and dropped me off elsewhere with no hassle. Best price I saw on the island for a week long rental. Car was clean and modern as well.

Stay away!!! We had to change our car out three separate times (wasting a lot of vacation time in the process). Cars are unsafe and not driveable. No apology ever given and full rate applied. Don’t rent from this company!!

Terrible company. We booked because they told us they would drop the car off at our resort and then they told us 2 hours before we expected them that we would have to come and collect it. We had booked a baby seat when we made the booking but when we got to the car they had no baby seat and no way of getting one and suggested we go to the airport and find another company to rent one from. Zero apology given. Very rude staff at every contact even before things started going wrong. Wish we had checked the reviews before going with them. Avoid!

Hands down one of the worst customer experiences my husband and I have ever encountered. The lady assisting us with our return was extremely rude, short and abrasive. When we asked why she needed to run our card during the return, her extract words were “didn’t you listen to what you were told at the beginning.” She also stormed away from us at a few occasions leaving us wondering if we should follow her or stay where we were. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

The customer service was awful. They made us wait at check-in for 50 minutes. When we got a car it broke down next day with a flat battery. They had no replacement car to give us and left us abandoned
