I stayed at an all inclusive resort with friends the majority of my trip. I spent my last two days here. I was shocked at how large the room was. I had the one bedroom. Very clean. A few bottles of water, juice and coffee to get me started. Nice porch with beautiful views of the water and mountains. Comfortable bed, but if you have any neck issues the pillows may be a little too large for you. Ample room to store clothes and a nice area to hangout if with more people. Calvin was a pleasure and very attentive.

This Villa is an amazing gem. So beautiful and clean. The check in was private fast and friendly. The views are breath taking. It is a walk away from lively bars, supermarkets and beaches.

I stayed at this gem of a place last May, and I enjoyed my stay there so much that I’m going back next month! I stayed in the Blue Lotus apartment which was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. If I had issues, which was hardly any, Calvin was always willing to help. He also helped with recommendations of things to do in Antigua. He’s friendly and engaging. I’m looking forward to my stay there next month!

I recently visited Antigua for the Antigua Boat Show and Villa Touloulou was the perfect accommodation for my trip! As I was travelling with a business partner we had two separate rooms and also communal living space. Everything was in perfect working order and the porch/views of Falmouth Harbour were truly stunning! The real highlight, however, was the service from Calvin the Villa Manager. Calvin greeted us upon Arrival, toured us around the villa and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. And he was also there for Departure to make sure everything was perfect. What put it over the top, however, is that I left my work iPad in Antigua!! I was so stressed about getting this back but Calvin was kind enough to figure everything out, pay for it himself as FedEx would not accept my payment over the phone and get it shipped back to me! This alone is worth a return stay. 5-star high recommend!!

Small hotel with large rooms with amazing outdoor sitting areas and great views of harbour. Watch for mosquitoes in the evening. A little hard to find, turn onto the road at the CAT sign. But great once you are there.

First off Calvin was a great host, the roo m is exactly what is advertised. What i asked for i got and more, peace and quiet, excellent accomodation. I stated two nights and i wished i stayed longer, will definitely be going back for more R& R. Keep up the great work Calvin. Love this place ❤❤

Calvin was a great host and super responsive. We loved the place and would definitely come back. It was nice and quiet and I think we had the whole place to ourselves.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Touloulou over the Christmas period. The apartment had incredible views, was well furnished and very clean. The location was peaceful, set in beautiful gardens. Calvin was an amazing host, and was so helpful throughout our stay- cannot thank you enough!
