Customer service is appalling and discriminatory. The girl who attended us was haughty, rude, and when she realized that we where Spanish speakers she was even contemptuous. The experience was extremely negative.

Delicious tea. Wasn't much of a tea drinker but boy did they make me into one.

In love; but could use some more consistency regarding their drinks. One time they are amazing; the other time...not so mmk much.

Like the selection on the menu... Really friendly staff, liked how they were able to quickly recommend when I asked for something without caffeine... My drink tasted really, perfectly sweet, bought probiotics lemon/lime and really like the cups they are served in... Will definitely try other things on the menu when I return

Had my first HiTea (Pure Milk Tea) it was delicious. The staff is friendly, informative, those guys were more than happy to answer any questions I had, very pleasant experience.

Fantastic tea place. Tried probiotics, special tea, boba, and still trying different things every time I go. You love it & will always come back for more!

Customer service was awful👎🏽 At first, I didn’t see the menu, so I asked the lady about what they had to drink today. She condescendingly pointed her finger to the menu, and then when I said that I will just go somewhere else, she turned away (with an attitude), and whispered something to her coworker. + body language suggested she was annoyed. Why r ur workers so passive aggressive? I won’t purchase from HiTea again while she works there. Awful customer service.
