Spent a wonderful Christmas Day on arguably one of the best of all Antigua's magnificent beaches. Superb sandy beach with safe swimming and easy entry. Gorgeous scenery and excellent friendly service from Harry, the beach chair attendant, and Janice who runs the clothing concession. Dennis' offers a lovely restaurant with an incredible view. Been back several times since.

Love this beach . 2 sun beds are 26Xcd . Dennis’ Cade on the beach. Park just at the side of the beach. Good snorkelling. What’s not to like

We're stoked to come here next time. We did pull off the road to check it out quickly, and wished we could have had more time. It's super calm, and there's shade and the views are incredible. I'd pick this over Darkwood any day.

The most beautiful beach in Antigua that we visited! Also Dennis restaurant on the beach is awesome - great duo! 😍

Ffryers beach is lovely. The beach is lovely and blue; makes a gorgeous view. It’s quite big so there is a lot of space for people. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent from locals. There are 1 and 2 persons with food options like the shed closer to the end but the food was just okay with a high price. I’d recommend taking food if you can. There is a huge bathroom out front (looks abandoned but is actually quite clean) . I enjoyed my time here.

With so many choices in the island, ffryes beach is by far the most quaint and peaceful beach.. not crowded at all and the restaurant dennis is very good. If you go there and need anything, talk to Acare.. he walks the beach all day making sure everyone's needs are being met.. he can cook, he can book you hiking tours, boat tours, jetski rides, massages and anytging else you might need.. all from the comfort of your beach towel..

We took a taxi (actually a shared bus, but locals call it “taxi”) from the port to Ffryies, they charged 10 USD per person. Trip took 30mins approx (one-way). You’ll get light sand, clear water and beautiful different sea colours, however, regarding snorkelling, it was a rip-off since the coral is mostly dead (bleached). In a 5-scale, snorkelling would be 2 in the northern rocky area. Locals rent jet ski to tourists and people get usually crazy on these things, so swimming or snorkelling in a mid distance from the shore is dangerous as you can be hit. Actually, some girl crashed into other’s jet ski! That got really messy for them as they refused to pay for damages and clearly locals rent uninsured machines.

Scenic and not crowded. Can easily find shady spots. As of Dec 2023 no showers were working, only 1 restroom open. Quite a bit of junk thrown in the bushes and the worst of all, glass shards. Definitely not a 5star beach

After seeing the reviews we were super excited to come here! Water is stunning and a lovely temperature however Beach is a little underwhelming with a steep slope into the water and local vendors quite rude. Nowhere to eat besides Dennis which was awful, good drink hut on the beach though.

We went in the middle of the week, so it was fairly empty of people. The water was calm, very easy to relax and enjoy the day.

Absolutely gorgeous beach, the sand is not white but very very close! Water is crystal blue. We came here after a storm and so the tide was high and waves unsteady, yet it was still gorgeous! They have a bathroom and a washroom, it is public so you could just drive up to the beach. We enjoyed ourselves.
