Great staff both on ground and on the catamaran, service is excellent and care to ensure no liter is even mistakenly dropped into the ocean, the afternoon sunset cruise was amazing, great dj, food, drinks but you know even what was more amazing the vybes, had a ball from the departed to when we docked. Keep up the great work crew.

This is a must do. We circumnavigated the island of Antigua on the Excellence catamaran. It was such a relaxing and ride to start. Then we stopped at a private beach to snorkel and swim. Which was beautiful. Then lunch was served on the catamaran. Rice and peas. Fish. Chicken. Pasta salad. And a regular salad. The food was delicious. Then the party starts. Great vibes. Great time.

Very available and fun crew, we had a blast! Great cocktails and grilled lobster, we visited 2 beaches, they’ve let us take pictures and swim for 1h each time.

Awful customer service from majority of the staff on board the vessel, save for a gentleman named Jordon who ensured that guests were happy and having a good time. Getting a drink at the bar feels like a scene from Oliver Twist where you are begging for porridge. The drink is served with no eye contact and a swift turn of the back. I asked for a glass of water and one staff washed his hands, served HIMSELF a glass and then left the bar. Imagine paying for that type of treatment. The sound system aboard the vessel needs to be upgraded so that all aboard can hear the safety measures and other announcements. My friends and I did their Friday Barbuda Trip and it was good despite some of the staff’s attitude. Barbuda is beautiful. The ride over can be very rough so if you are prone to being seasick be prepared. Nonetheless, they serve you decent food and drinks, but not always with a smile. The office staff were amazing and super helpful but I am not sure I will return.

We really enjoyed the Cades Reef Snorkeling Tour on the Mystic Catamaran. The crew provided excellent and professional service throughout the day and the boat was very comfortable. Perhaps not the best reef in the world, but still saw a few fish, and had an enjoyable experience. Good food, strong rum punches, and excellent music on the return journey.

Fun, fun, fun!!! What a great experience. First they take you on a tour of the coastline of Western Antigua. Then they stop for some snorkeling at a reef. I freaked out a little as I just couldn’t make myself breathe through my mouth and use the flippers so I just swam near the boat but hubby went to the reef and saw lots of fish and said it was cool! Then back onto the boat for a very tasty lunch and drinks! Their rum punch is great and actually has alcohol in it! Then a stop at a unpopulated beach for some swimming or sunning. Then the party began back on the boat! Great music, lots of drinks, dancing! What a great crew and fun time with a bunch of other fun tourists!! I sure used a lot of exclamation points but I can’t emphasize enough what a great time this was!

Tropical adventures was a great experience. I took my son on an excursion with them and we both enjoyed the comfort of a smooth ride on the ocean , and the experienced staff that were intentional about making sure everyone had a good time and stayed safe. We had drinks, food and plenty of music. Along with having many picture moments we enjoyed the snorkeling. Would definitely recommend this tour company to anyone to visit .

Staying on the island at Fort Shelley villas , we took advantage of this great experience with such lovely folks. Being our extended family if 17 people of all ages, We were able to get a very sensible price for a whole afternoon 1pm thru sunset (who put that island there?) Cruise including snorkeling and beach hopping and delicious BBQ. From the ladies running the office to the captain and crew all highly professional, very Service oriented, and above all a happy team made for a very fun time... on our exclusive days sail made for a very special experience on the island. Thank you, cheers

We booked a cruise ship excursion recently (April 2018) which turned out to be Tropical Adventures Antigua’s “Excellence Circumnavigation Tour”. When we disembarked the ship, we were escorted onto a nearby catamaran (Excellence). After a short wait, we were off. The initial ride was slow and smooth as we all got our sea legs. We stopped briefly at a nearby beach to pick up some hotel guests. How cool for them to have a catamaran pull up onto the beach and allow them to board. The drinks were plentiful onboard and included rum punch, various sodas, or water. A head (bathroom) was in the lower level of the vessel but we did not actually see it so can’t speak to how clean it was. There were lots of seating options including outside on benches and inside under shade on benches. There were also some nets that you could sit on at the front. When we got to open water, we were warned that it was quite rough today and things were going to get bumpy. My husband and I decided to stay out on the front deck and staff made sure we sat low and hung on securely to the railing. They even assigned one person to sit near us and watch to make sure we were OK. It was very bouncy and exciting but also really fun. Everybody else stayed inside and towards the back so less bumpy and less wind for them. After a short while, we arrived at a small deserted island and pulled up onto the beach. The boat put down a staircase and we walked down approximately 10 shallow steps and onto the sand. Very easy. At this point we were given the option of taking a snorkeling tour with a guide or hanging out on the beach. I snorkeled while my husband put his towel down on a private spot on the beach. It was my first time snorkeling. All equipment was provided/included. I don’t think snorkeling is particularly challenging and a good thing as there really wasn’t any instruction. We just kind of figured it out and started following our guide. From what I understand, this wasn’t a particularly amazing spot to see colourful fish or turtles but atleast it was protected water that was easy for beginners to navigate. I really enjoyed it and am now going to snorkel more when the opportunity arises. After an hour or so, we were called back to the boat and a meal was ready for us. We had the choice of fried fish or BBQ chicken, plus rice and salad. As always, the drinks were free-flowing. The food was fine – and everything always tastes better when you are eating outdoors! After lunch, we packed up and went back out onto the water again and started circumnavigating the island as we made our way back to the dock. The ride was mostly smooth. It was really fun to sit on the outside benches and point out all of the beautiful homes we were passing. I know which one I would pick if millions of dollars fell into my lap. We were back on shore with plenty of time to spare so didn’t feel stressed about missing the cruise ship’s departure. The staff were all very low-key and had great senses of humour. Tips appreciated. All in all, it was one of my absolute favourite excursions and I would definitely book with Tropical Adventures when I’m in the neighbourhood again.

LOVED IT!!! Great cruise, I loved snorkeling in the Caribbean sea, followed by a great lunch, drinks, and adult fun. The crew members were handsome and worked great together to ensure everyone was comfortable, safe, fed, and had a good time. Would have been five stars but we didn't know about the lobster option for lunch and they didn't allow us to pay on the cruise for it. The lobsters were HUGE! Will definitely do it again but with the lobster lunch. Antigua Barbuda has 365 beaches and this great cruise gave us the opportunity to see several of the beaches and dock at one. All of the crew members deserve a raise because they all worked so hard with a smile. They went above and beyond. The people of Antigua are friendly, respectful, and very helpful if needed. I travel a lot and I must say this experience is in my top 5. The food is great

Four of us had booked a “See Antigua by Sea” tour from our RCL cruise, and this was one of the best catamaran tours. It was a big crowd onboard and the crew welcomed us and got everyone comfortable for the several hour adventure. Lots of space to hang out either in the shade or in the sun with some salt spray. Our interior guide kept us all informed of each landmark that we passed adding some humor to his comments. It was a windy day, but the captain kept the motion down to a minimum. We made it to the sheltered side of Green island on the east side of Antigua and anchored right on the beach. The crew led us on an hour snorkeling tour. The equipment was clean, in good condition and worked well. There was a crew member in front and behind us along with another in a dinghy for added support. The underwater sights were average, the reef has had a lot of wear and tear. Everyone kept up with the group, but you should be in reasonable shape. They required a float belt which was a big help. When we returned to the beach, the rum punch was opened (full bar available too) and the crew served us all. An amazing lunch of broiled fish and chicken, rice, pasta and salad were provided. The fish was very good. A little more beach time (I wish it had been longer) and then we headed to Falmouth Harbour for a tour of the yachts. This was impressive, but maybe a bit too much time here. Along the west coast the dancing started and another one of the crew led the conga line around the deck. We greeted the harbor with another loud song and dance performance. The tour was 6 hours and well worth the price. A very good and helpful crew. I recommend Excellence Catamaran Cruises for your next Antigua adventure!

Shout-out to Morisha- for making sure I got on my boat even though our travel agent got my reservation mixed up and booked under the wrong name! Had an amazing time on the Excellence tour - the crew was great! Captain was amazing and made sure all the guests were safe and having a good time- with a great soundtrack! Snorkeling, although visibility was poor- was AWESOME! We got to pass around a live conch, and spotted a stingray! Thanks to the whole team for making my visit that much more memorable! 🤘

Incredible tour around Antigua. Snorkelling was a huge highlight for me. Loved the drinks on board and how knowledgeable the crew was about the history of the island.

I am absolutely so stunned at how great Tropical adventures is! I had an issue with my Viator booking and not only did they help me get my money back, they gave me a great price to rebook on another boat. The tour was amazing and our baby was treated like a prince. At the end of the tour, I accidentally locked my keys in the car and they helped us figure that out. I can’t say enough about the staff and the tour. It was the highlight of our trip!
